We were accidentally sent a duplicate Rehabmart order back in Jan 2020 and have been trying to work with them to get it picked up ever since. In the first month and a half after the error, I made more than 16 calls, spoke with no less than 5 different employees, from two different departments (all of which reassured me this would be taken care of quickly), and left at least 9 different messages that were never once returned. At the end of February, I suddenly got an email from the manufacturer saying they scheduled a pick up for the very next day. This gave us less than 24hrs notice, and my elderly parents were sick at the time, so we could not accept the sudden appointment. Also, the driver called to say he would be there after dark, which would have made the pickup very dangerous due to the conditions of the roads in the area. I relayed this all to a representative at Rehabmart and was reassured that we could reschedule for the following week. Then again nothing, so I switched to emails.

Approximately 26 emails later and still no help from Rehabmart. So, on March 5th, I finally messaged them that I was now considering the items to be unsolicited goods and would be disposing or donating them as I saw fit and gave them until the next day to respond so we could at last work something out. They replied but went right back into the same tactics of pointing at something else as the problem, such saying my father called twice (when we have phone records that show he didn't) and that was why the suddenly scheduling mistake happened, or using a reply that simply said they would be looking into it as if it were an actual answer to my request for more information.

Another week passed, and on Mar 11th I informed the representatives at Rehabmart that I had scheduled to have the items donated the following Monday, the 16th. The next day, I received an email from the manufacturer wanting to now arrange a pickup. On Mar 18th, a Rehabmart representative finally messaged me noting that I had not replied to the email from the manufacturer and to please do so, "so that we can proceed with this." I told them I had gotten rid of the items as I said I would. Their response, "If the items have been disposed of we will communicate that to the manufacturer and you may proceed with them directly from there." To which I reminded them that had been previously told by more than one Rehamart representative that as a Rehabmart customer I would never be expected to straighten things out with the manufacture, but here they were wanting me to do just that. The Rehabmart representative responded by questioning a typo in my email.

Choosing to focus on a misspelled name instead of the issue that has been dragging on for more than 2 months is very typical of the kind of "customer service" I have received from Rehabmart. They "respond", but never actually say anything; they give overtures of helpfulness, but never actually accomplish anything, and they procrastinate and have me run in circles until I've reached the end of my patience, then send a message wondering why I'm not more responsive to working things out, while completely ignoring your own culpability in the matter. It's like some kind of customer gaslighting. Again...and again...and again...and...I would give them another chance only to have them act the same way...FOR OVER TWO MONTHS...MORE THAN 8 WEEKS...APPROXIMATELY 62 DAYS...they did this, yet I'm sure they will mark it in their notes that I was being uncooperative.

Rehabmart assured me verbally that a product would be here by a certain dayIt was not On Wednesday, Dec27, at 12:pm ET, I ordered a Left Hand : Wrist Brace with BOA, Left, S, Black sku: CHT-XXX-XX-XXXX from RehabmartBy Friday 12/I had heard nothing from themI called to follow up as I needed the item for an appointment on Friday 1/5, meaning it had to arrive by Thursday 1/4, and I was concerned it would not with the holiday on Monday 1/if it did not ship 12/I spoke to [redacted] , their rep, three different times, in which she attempted to get their warehouse to answer when it would shipThe final time [redacted] and I spoke, she told me that she had been told by the warehouse that it would definitely arrive by Thursday 1/This would have worked with my schedule so I agreed that would be acceptable The item did not ship till Tuesday 1/and did not arrive till Friday 1/5, too late in the day for my needHad I been told accurately that it would not arrive on time

I ordered a Mobile Oxygen Concentrator for my Mother who has cancerI intentionally ordered an extra batter with the unit (which costs $300) because when the battery included runs down, the unit won't work anymore until you charge the batteryWith a second battery, you can just swap them out and get continuous usageThis is important for someone who is having difficulty breathing without the extra oxygen Rehabmart sold me the unit with the extra battery (at the higher price) but what we got was the unit and a single batteryThey didn't call to tell me I would only get one batter, nor did I get an email or any kind of communicationThe unit showed up on time, but with only the one batteryWhen I called to ask why, they nonchalantly said the second battery is on back-orderIf they had told me that when I was ordering, I likely would have gone somewhere else(possibly why they didn't tell me)When I asked when we would get the 2nd battery, they said they weren't sure but it should be a couple of weeks I had to call them again this week (again, they have NEVER been proactive)After a month of waiting, they told me it's still on back order and it may be another month! This is extremely poor service, both in their lack of communication and in the fact that they weren't transparentThey also appear to have issues with ordering or stockingThe unit is from a well known brand and a reputable companyI sincerely doubt the issue is with the manufacturer I am tempted to return the unit with the one battery they sent and buy it elsewhere

I think the mattress is great It is exactly what I was looking for I chatted with a csr and the information I needed was supplied and then I purchased the item IT was a great experience and guess how supprised I was when the mattress was delivered the next day It was great doing business with you and you will be first on my list if I ever need anything you sell Thanks again,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, [redacted]

My daughter Dance Studio Inspire Dance Academy in Gardner Kansas purchased glasslass mirrors from rehabmart on Aug with a guranteed delivery by Aug We finally received the mirrors on Sept however they arrived in unuseable shape they were tore and all beat up Rehabmart wanted us to just fix them and use them No so then we were told to return them after they receive them we will be issued our refund We returned the mirrors and now they will not reimburse us the $they owe us This is not a good business, they lie and do not back their promise Product_Or_Service: Glassless Mirrors Order_Number: RMXXXXXX

As part of my occupational therapy, my OT recommended a peg board He saw one on rehabmart.com and I ordered it http://www.rehabmart.com/product/multicolored-beaded-pegs-board-9463.html Cost was $25.50, which I thought was high for such a simple product, but I ordered out of necessity for my OT when it arrived, it was a cheap piece of plastic that probably cost about to make and there were NO pegs I went back to the website and saw the image showed colored pegs, only then at a second glance did I see the text that said pegs sold separately (at $42.81) This image for the product is very misleading When I called customer service twice about returning this with no restock fee due to misleading image on their website, I was disconnected Then when I emailed my concern, I was still told it is their policy, I must pay 30% restock fee This company has poor customer service, overly inflated prices and misleading product descriptions How they can be an accredited business is beyond me: Charging $for a cheap piece of plastic (plus $to mail it) is a scam 2.Website is misleading; the visual for this item shows the multicolor pegs, implying that is the article that is priced It takes several glances to see pegs not included text, both my OT and I missed this Taking advantage of people who need this item for rehab by charging such outrageous prices is immoral I understand the company needs to make a profit, but this is pure greed

I have been ordering products from Rehabmart for the last years or so, because I'm taking care of my mom who has dementia I had to get my house ready because my dad died in May and some things needed to be done Among them was making it "safe" and "comfortable" for my mom I came across their website and I was "floored" by how many different products they had! I ordered a bunch of things for my mom and the service was great! I got my products "so fast" from them They have "really" made my job of taking care of my mom exponentially better! Great products! Very, very disappointed in service I received from Rehabmart My order included items They were not shipped togetther Two arrived in timely fashion (week or less) However, 3rd item took days for delivery (after I'd made calls to company.) I never opened the 3rd package and returned if FedEx 5/8/and have delivery verification that package was delivered 5/09/ No credit at all was issued to my account until I contacted Rehabmart 6/05/ ONE FULL MONTH! They told me I had to send them tracking number After I sent tracking number they did give me a partial credit I understand their refund policy but do think it's a ripoff when the company provides poor delivery service I WOULD NT RECOMMENED THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE

First, Rehabmart does not have any means to track their on line ordersSecond, an online form that is supposed to send a message to their "customer service" department just bounces back as a system errorThird, no one answers their "customer service" lineYou have to leave a message and a day later someone calls backKnows nothing about your order and will "look in to it" One week and not idea if their have my order

I called to report defective product and they refuse to return or replace
I purchased abdominal binders and still waiting on the 2nd to arrive The first was worn twice for hours and it began to fray and fall apart and has a hole in the fiber They said they cant return because it was worn so Im just out $65+ because they have a defective product? Replace it!
I have been wearing one of their binders since my surgery 8/15/and thats why I ordered more and it does not have a hole or fraying and falling apart

Ordered a patient lift sling for my son advertised as the perfect configuration for his needs, worked with customer service on sizing and ordering correct product and size, when arrived tried to use and it not only was wrong size to fit my son, it's configuration did not hold my son and would have slipped out and fallen to floor if moved away from bed being under himRequested Return Authorization which company sent with a note stating a re-stocking fee applied to returns and also went on to say if opened or tried on, slings are considered like underwear, a hygiene issue and not returnableI called to discuss, the company rudely denied that they would have helped with sizing and ordering and I could order another but I had to keep with no credit for the original and any future purchases cause they are not returnable for refund or exchangeWhy offer RA's and a re-stocking fee for returns if you have no intention on taking back and crediting?
