Rehabmart.com has a great selection of products, competitive prices and really good sale prices When I found I had I ordered the wrong product, I contacted them and asked if they would please make the reyurn process as easy as possible, as I was going through chemo and having a tough time of it I couldn't have received better service! Rehabmart.com took care of everything for me Misti was especially helpful I will deginitely be visiting this store again It's really good to know that if I have a problem or make a mistake, I'm going to be taken good care of by the people in rehabmart's customer service

Cost was $25.50, which I thought was high for such a simple product, but I ordered out of necessity for my OT when it arrived, it was a cheap piece of plastic that probably cost about to make and there were NO pegs I went back to the website and saw the image showed colored pegs, only then at a second glance did I see the text that said pegs sold separately (at $42.81) This image for the product is very misleading When I called customer service twice about returning this with no restock fee due to misleading image on their website, I was disconnected Then when I emailed my concern, I was still told it is their policy, I must pay 30% restock fee This company has poor customer service, overly inflated prices and misleading product descriptions How they can be an accredited business is beyond me:

From the first time I talked to someone it was great customer relationship they walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions without hesitation when the delivery was made the driver unpacked the table for me and had it ready to carry in the house I am truly glad I choose your company Thank You *** ***

I think the mattress is great It is exactly what I was looking for I chatted with a csr and the information I needed was supplied and then I purchased the item IT was a great experience and guess how supprised I was when the mattress was delivered the next day It was great doing business with you and you will be first on my list if I ever need anything you sell

Just recently got diagnosed with sleep apnea was having to sleep with a CPAP After about two weeks I realized I was going to have to find a different mask as the one prescribed for me was causing issues I found rehab.com and they had the exact full face mask advertised I was looking for at $and all other places cost $120, I found this odd but the description was for the exact item I was looking for After waiting for two weeks for my order to arrived and the only thing that was in the package was a strap for the mask When I contacted the company about their mistake they told me that was the item number I ordered, and I told them that the description on the order did not match the item

I have been ordering products from Rehabmart for the last years or so, because I'm taking care of my mom who has dementia I had to get my house ready because my dad died in May and some things needed to be done Among them was making it "safe" and "comfortable" for my mom I came across their website and I was "floored" by how many different products they had! I ordered a bunch of things for my mom and the service was great! I got my products "so fast" from them They have "really" made my job of taking care of my mom exponentially better! Great products! Great choice! Excellent service
