I bought a ResMed AirCurve VAuto from themThe buying process was simple and easyThe customer care team is very helpful and attentive; Amy answered all my questions before I buy the productIt was the best price I found for this device and it is great! I ordered a Mobile Oxygen Concentrator for my Mother who has cancerI intentionally ordered an extra batter with the unit (which costs $300) because when the battery included runs down, the unit won't work anymore until you charge the batteryWith a second battery, you can just swap them out and get continuous usageThis is important for someone who is having difficulty breathing without the extra oxygen
Rehabmart sold me the unit with the extra battery (at the higher price) but what we got was the unit and a single batteryThey didn't call to tell me I would only get one batter, nor did I get an email or any kind of communicationThe unit showed up on time, but with only the one batteryWhen I called to ask why, they nonchalantly said the second battery is on back-orderIf they had told me that when I was ordering, I likely would have gone somewhere else(possibly why they didn't tell me)When I asked when we would get the 2nd battery, they said they weren't sure but it should be a couple of weeks
I had to call them again this week (again, they have NEVER been proactive)After a month of waiting, they told me it's still on back order and it may be another month!
This is extremely poor service, both in their lack of communication and in the fact that they weren't transparentThey also appear to have issues with ordering or stockingThe unit is from a well known brand and a reputable companyI sincerely doubt the issue is with the manufacturer
I am tempted to return the unit with the one battery they sent and buy it elsewhere

On Wednesday, Dec27, at 12:pm ET, I ordered a Left Hand : Wrist Brace with BOA, Left, S, Black sku: CHT-XXX-XX-XXXX from RehabmartBy Friday 12/I had heard nothing from themI called to follow up as I needed the item for an appointment on Friday 1/5, meaning it had to arrive by Thursday 1/4, and I was concerned it would not with the holiday on Monday 1/if it did not ship 12/I spoke to ***, their rep, three different times, in which she attempted to get their warehouse to answer when it would shipThe final time *** and I spoke, she told me that she had been told by the warehouse that it would definitely arrive by Thursday 1/This would have worked with my schedule so I agreed that would be acceptable
The item did not ship till Tuesday 1/and did not arrive till Friday 1/5, too late in the day for my needHad I been told accurately that it would not arrive on time

My daughters *** *** stroller was purchased through this company through the NYC Board of EducationIt needed to be sent back to the company to get bus hooks to be placed and they wouldnt send a box to get it shipped back to them
After weeks of arguing, they send the boxIt is only supposed to take two weeks to get the part, install the hooks but now we are a month or so in and no one can tell me where the stroller isI have called *** *** the lady who does returns but she doesn't call backI finally get through her yesterday and she puts me on hold to call warehouse, but then I got magically disconnected!
There is another customer service rep , *** , he didn't even try to help , puts me on hold and hung up on me because I said too much as a disgruntled parent whose non-ambulatory child is being affected by all this

Rehabmart had the exact item I was searching for (Universal Halo Safety Ring) and was able to ship it in a timely manner Customer service was extremely helpful and friendly! I definitely recommend this company

Exchanges (wrong size) are prohibited; 30% restocking fee is mandetory, return shipping costs are customer's responsibility & emails are lost in thin-air
The market is not prolific in this category so RehabMart can afford to charge ridiculous prices to people desperate for the comforts of 'life' but their products don't appear to be anything of special qualityIt will be hard to find another medical supply dealer but Ill never use RehabMart again.,

I had a issue with a leak in my cushion while it was under warranty.I talked with a melissa t*** from customer service,she was very helpful, she had me a new cushion sent out the next day.I was very satisfied with the customer service and the roho cushionthank you again

The Customer Service that I received in trying to make a decision the product that I needed for husband was outstandingI needed a support mattress for my husband while trying to gain back his healthThey help me by checking on the product that I needed to be supportive in his rest , that he will be comfortable for his back while sleep in a home hospital bed that have no comfort at allThe customer service person got back with about the product that I was requiring about and that what I call a good customer serviceRehabmart Company thank you for your top service
