I recently purchased a heating system for my home from Gregg's. The plumber who arrived to help with the install was willing to accommodate some unrelated plumping needs He proved to be not only knowledgeable and professional, but as well gave some excellent advice re my issues....needless to say the service provided was excellent.
Called Gregg's to have our air conditioner checked as part of our service agreement. We were supposed to have an afternoon call but there was a cancellation, so they called to see if it was convenient for the technician to come earlier - very much appreciated. The technician, Brett was prompt, very professional and thorough. He was able to explain what he did and what we needed to do to get maximum efficiency from our air conditioner. July 14, 2016: I just had the best experience with Plumbing Pro Andre B from Gregg's Home Services. Andre completed a complicated plumbing job quickly and efficiently and explained and showed me what he was doing as he worked. I found Nathan informative and explain the workings of the boiler that I could understand and it was refreshing that their was no upselling after the service was completed. And for Jessie she was pleasant on the phone and kept me updated of any delays, due to weather. Nice and thumbs up to the both of them.
