Landon was called out on an emergency repair of a high tech, high efficiency furnace. We found him to be polite and courteous and very compotent. When the furnace failed to produce the required codes in it's intermitnent performance Landon was not stopped. He doggedly pursued every option, removing evey component that could be at fault. He did at last find the problem through persistent investigation of every possibility. He did not leave us saying "call me when it acts up again" but rather saw the job through. He is a credit to his company.

I have always been impressed with the professionalism with which they approach each visit and the work that needs to be done. Blake, the plumber and Kelsie, office staff, were particularly helpful and pleasant to deal with.

On October 19, 2016 I had an appointment with Gregg's Home Services to have an electrical inspection of my home and some follow up work done to deal with any issues revealed by the inspection. The technician sent by Gregg's was Seth B. He arrived on time, introduced himself and gave me an overview of his training and experience. At all times his manner was personable, knowledgeable with a willingness to answer any and all questions I might have about the process and the findings of the inspection. His work was thorough and his answers to my questions very informative, helping to educate me about the condition of the electrical work in my home. As my home is over 40 years old, there were many things I needed to know about improvements and updates, information which he readily provided. His process was not a sales pitch but a process of educating me about the problems that were discovered. In presenting to me what had to be done to update my home, he provided me with three priced options of the work that has to be done and provided the positives of each option. Therefore, I was fully informed of what choices I had to make and the cost implications. He efficiently went about completing the work for the option I chose. He was careful, thorough and did the work in a reasonable period of time leaving no debris, mess or necessary cleanup. He cleaned up each location where he worked. He was very careful to wear protective footwear. His pleasant demeanor, efficient work and thoroughness left me very satisfied. I would recommend his work and ask for him again if any future electrical work were required around my home.
The person who came to the house was very knowledgeable and professional. He completed work that should have been done by the original person who installed our furnace. Hopefully, no more leaks will occur.
