Rey M. of Gregg's Home Service attended on time (early in fact!) to fix a leaking drain pipe. He was polite, assessed the problem, determined the solution and repaired the leak in a very timely manner. He explained the cost prior to starting which was acceptable. I was pleased with the service.

Andy M. of Gregg's Plumbing and Heating did some plumbing work at my house on August 16, 2016. He was helpful and knowledgeable, and very professional in his work. In addition, he was pleasant and friendly, so it was very comfortable to talk to him and ask questions. The women I spoke to on the phone, to set up the appointment, were also very pleasant.
Andy M. came out for a few plumbing issues I was having. He inspected all the plumbing and explained thoroughly what needed repairing/updating and why. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Once the job was done, I noticed that Andy also fixed my stair banister, and one side of my toilet flusher. The right side always worked, the left side constantly ran if pressed, and now it does not! I was super impressed with how clean everything was after he was gone, and the extra fixes were an added bonus. Really glad I called Gregg's and that Andy came out.
Landon was courteous and quick with his work. It was a little suspicious that I had this expensive problem very shortly after the company did an inspection and reported all was ok. I don't blame Landon for this, it was obviously the correct solution.
Just completed a full annual service call for our Gregg's-installed furnace. Landon was the tech and he was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and just a very positive guy. Couldn't ask for more.

He was very warm and caring and personable and able to assist me. He was informative and gave me all my options. He was able to diagnose and fix my furnace issue.
