I AM GETTING constant, daily, sometimes 3 a day emails. Every one seems to be from a different email sender. All are Renewal by Andersen. I mark them as spam and get another a few hours later. STOP ALREADY!!!!! If I need new windows, I will certainly NOT buy from you because I consider all these emails harassment. STOP. How good could your product be if you have to bombard people with these things. This has been going on for MONTHS and I am FED UP.

I am getting multiple emails advertising your windows and have tried to unsubscribe with no success. Following that, I’ve tried to block the sender only to receive additional emails from other senders. It’s all a futile attempt that I’m convinced just spawns even more emails. I WANT THEM ALL TO STOP. I don’t need 15 emails per week about a product I don’t want. These are the senders I’ve blocked so far which is again a futile attempt.

I am constantly receiving emails from different addresses that are from Andersen Renewal. It is harassing and non stop. I have blocked the sender every time and have sent to junk but they still keep coming.

I will never buy Andersen Renewal windows and I have told everyone I know about the email spamming practice of your company.

If the mailer appeared in your USPS informed delivery be sure to attach the mailers image as reference.

If receiving mailers for past residents - I am receiving past resident mail and I would like that to STOP! Please remove this individual from your mailing/marketing list.

This company, who I have never contacted in any way or asked for any information in any way, continually spams my email with unsolicited marketing junk that I do not want! I have blocked hundreds if not thousands of email addresses from them, they continue to change addresses and send unsolicited marketing to me. At this point I would not use this company to save my life if it were the last company on earth that could do so! This type of harassment should be illegal. Nd they should be fined for not complying! I’m sick of it! I get 50-80 junk emails every single day, and a lot of them are from this company and from Mcafee, among many others. Stop it! For the love of all that is holy, please, stop it!

Like the many other complaints against this company, I am receiving three or more emails a day even though I’ve blocked, reported, and unsubscribed. I cannot get them to stop, I never signed up for anything or bought anything from this company. How exactly can they have an A+ rating when so many people are spammed nonstop from them?

I want to be removed from any and all emails, and I’d like to see Revdex.com do something that requires this company to stop from doing this to anyone else moving forward.

I get an overwhelming amount of emails from Anderson with the company using fake email addresses for the purpose of preventing the consumer from blocking the advertisements. This is unethical and should be illegal.

purchased 9 windows from renewal by andersen in August 2019 and they are still not done providing me with the installations (9 months). To this date I am still pending two windows that require framing and city inspection and two windows that they need to replace because they installed them cracked. They were supposed to come out today May 11th and called to cancel because they didn't setup the inspector to be available. I have emailed and spoken to everyone in the LA office and acouple people in the Minnesota office. This company has not followed through with quality work, following through with their schedules and their customer service is very very poor. This is the 3rd time they have canceled last minute. They say they will still come out tomorrow and follow the rest of the schedule but for 9 windows costing 15,000 US dollars their customer service and all the mistakes they have made is ridiculous. The first 6 windows they installed it took several months for them to redo all the trimming etc because it was done wrong and they tried to get away with 2 of those windows that they installed cracked... I am pending for them to replace those two cracked windows and two other windows that require framing etc because they said according to the egress code the windows need to be bigger... yet they won't show me any city codes to verify this egress....

I think I shouldn't have to pay 15,000 for a job they still haven't been able to finish for the last 9 months...

We had a large wall of windows installed in our home the week of February 24, 2020. When the job was completed there were loose ends that needed to be taken care of. The wall in 18' high and our salesman promised us a pole to be used for opening the highest windows. It has not arrived and I cannot even get a return email from him. Also, we were hot happy with the finish of the outside of the window. there is a strip through the middle where a piece of cedar siding was removed for the installation. The cedar was not reinstalled. Rather they fabricated a long piece of aluminum and put it in there. Even their follow-up person looked at it and thought it looked bad. I asked for it to be replaced with cedar and was told they would order it and get a crew out to do the work. I have left over paint from when the outside was painted so I even said I would paint it myself. The work has not been done and I have no timetable on when it will be done.

I receive a continuous stream of email spam from this company. Unsubscribing does nothing. Blocking the sender does nothing as they use multiple accounts. The email does not even appear to be addressed to me but when I view the page source, I do find my email address buried within the email itself. I cannot imagine why anyone would do business with this company. Their email practices are deceptive and I suspect the entire company is disreputable. I want the constant email to stop.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 14321766, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me provided that the emails actually stop.

If this company wasn't trying to make it impossible for people to unsubscribe to their email blasts (they do provide an unsubscribe link which I used numerous times without success) and by varying the FROM email address making it impossible to flag the sender as a SPAMer, they would receive less complaints to the Revdex.com.

I would give them a ZERO. I paid 50% for a large picture window in the beginning of November 2019 with a tentative install date before the end of that year. Many phone calls and many excuses later I still had no window and no install date. In the middle of March I cancelled the window and asked for my $4389.00 back plus interest. I made a follow up call to this and have gotten no reply and NO MONEY back

This company won't stop spamming me! They ignore unsubscribe requests and spoof the From line to get the ads for their crappy windows past filters. They are wasting their effort, as I would never buy their windows even if they were any good.

We entered into a contract with Renewal by Andersen LLC on 3/08/2020 for 9 new windows and a patio door.On 3/18/2020 (due to the COVID-19 pandemic) we sent a letter to Renewal by Andersen LLC in witch they did receive, asking them to cancel our contract. We acknowledge this was done outside of the 3 days we originally had by Minnesota state law.
However we felt it necessary due to employment issues as a result of this pandemic and a significant loss to my family with our future investments. We had hoped that Renewal by Andersen LLC would cancel our agreement and help us out in our unfortunate unexpected time of need. Please understand to this date and prior to us asking for or contract to be canceled, NO work had been done on Renewal by Andersens part. Our windows were scheduled to be final measured this last past week, but we cancelled that due to the COVID-19 stay at home order and we did not feel comfortable having anyone in our home during this very stressful time. We also told the person that called us that we had sent a letter to cancel this order a week ago. He said he was unaware of this.
The only correspondence we have received from the company has been a voice mail from the sales person telling us they received our cancellation letter but it is outside of they 3 days we had contractually to cancel it.
WE had just hoped that a locally grown company who has a pant in my same town, would support a customer given the current situation we are dealing with.

Several emails per day from Renewal by Andersen from different email addresses. I mark them all as junk, but the the emails just keep coming from other senders. Also does not allow you to unsubscribe when clicking the link to opt out of any advertising. It's down right harassment when they given you no choice. Didn't even sign up to get any advertisements from them.

A large Window valued at $8,500 was manufactured and installed by Andersen in August 2019. In November 2019 a rain storm occurred and the window leaked profusely flooding our home. Ruining our carpet and doing damage to our drywall. to mitigate the damage we had Kade restoration come to the house and set up dehumidifiers to remove moisture form the carpet and drywall. The installer did not fix the window until January 2020. Meanwhile numerous rain events occurred between November and January causing further damage to our home. Kade's estimate to fix the damage is at $30k but the final amount will not ne known until destructive testing is done to know the full extent of the damage. It has been 5-months with no response from Andersen or its insurance company Liberty Mutual forcing us to seek legal advice and prepare for litigation.
