I am rejecting this response because: have not received an invoice from this company for such charges it was implied when my lease was signed that the sewer charges were included in the rent why was there made no mention or was asked to pay this amount when the first month rent was collected again there have been no invoices or request for payment received until I? was harassed about paying rent that had already been paid out of good faith there should be a credit applied and an invoice should be supplied going forward for any additional amounts requested

We just had the worst experience of our lives dealing with Renter's Warehouse. They are complete liars making false promises and commitments to get a unit ready, and then blaming the owner for not going through with it. My son was basically told to sign the lease including all the items to be fixed stipulated in there, so he could not lose the apartment, and then nothing got done. They cannot even get their accounting and monthly billing correct. All maintenance requests have been closed without even addressed first, and it is all a nightmare. If you want to keep your sanity, please don't ever do business with this company. You will totally regret it. They DO NOT CARE about their tenants. It all starts from the realtors all the way to their corporate management. This company is a total disaster. I don't understand how they can still be doing business.

Warehouse worked diligently with the warranty company in order to get one of our vendors to the property. The work was scheduled as of July 28. The wall did need to remain open for a time to ensure proper drying of the affected area. I am sorry that this was not properly conveyed to you. We do thank you for your feedback.

I am rejecting this response because:
The incomplete invoice I received from Renters Warehouse also states at the bottom a disclaimer about the owner being responsible for the amount return. Renters Warehouse is responsible for the final inspection of the house to assess any damage done to said house. I have never received a report of any damage.

tenants and were well aware of the fees involved with a 3 year lease. As much as we would like to we cannot control everything that the tenants do. We work very hard to ensure this does not happen but we are unable to rid the chances of something tragic like this happening. Michael was not fired but left to pursue other avenues. The dog at the property was a service dog that we had proof for. We as well as you may not say they cannot have a service dog. The tenant is responsible for any damage the dog may create and can be held accountable in a court of law. The tenant is also responsible for any damage that they cause regarding to smoking. This may also be pursued within the court system. The eviction did take extra time due to the tenant contesting the eviction. Any delay that happened regarding Renters Warehouse did not create any extra time getting the tenant out of the property. Renters Warehouse has worked within all legal limits and has not caused any harm to you. The tenant must be held accountable and we have given you the information regarding the next steps. You have decided to sell the property and not take advantage of the warranty that Renters Warehouse offers and have decided to go a different direction. At this point there is no information indicating that you are due a refund. Thank you.

Hello, this individual is a tenant in a property that we are managing for our client, the landlord. He signed a 1 year lease which does not expire until August of 2018. Something had changed with his life and/or work situation and vacated the property with no mutual release from the owner nor...

Renters Warehouse as the property manager. The WI landlord/tenant statues and laws have been explained to him numerous times and because he does not agree with them, he assumes we are doing something wrong. Once he is released of the lease or it expires, we have 21 days to return any deposit. At this point, he is still under a lease contract.

It appears that there was a discrepancy as the tenant stated. After making contact with the office it also appears that this was worked out through the normal means of communication. Thank you.

You are currently in a lease until May of 2019. We do not have any information as to why you would not fulfill your current requirements.

In business you can make your mouth say anything especially when try to sound intelligent. Bottom line is that the house was left in move in condition. Any wear and tear over an period of time is responsibility of the owner as of the bath tub. Seems like there was an lack of communication between the first Management Company Affinity who was over the property vs Renters Warehouse. I have never seem an legit management company, apartments or private landlord have outrages, trumped up charges like these. I been in and out real estate game since 2002 never seen anything like this. We have had an great rental history until dealing with Renters Warehouse. Not to mention the flooding of the basement in which messed up some of property which we didn't complain about to the management company. We had no issues of this sort with Affinity Properties or USREVI Rentals.  We spent money and cleaned up the property to make sure that everything went accordingly. The professional way would have been to do an walk through before tenant left property and have papers signed off on. Now is word against word which make things complicated. We are not ignored people. We are honest and easy going looking to resolve this issue in an civil way.
