Yardi Resident Screening (“YRS”) provides tenant screening reports (“TSRs”) about applicants who apply to rent a property from owners or property management companies that use our services. TSRs are prepared in accordance with the *** *** *** *** *** ** *** * *** ** ***

YRS maintains detailed procedures so that applicants can dispute records they believe are inaccurate or incompleteAfter receiving a dispute, YRS submits the matter to the Consumer Reporting Agency (CRA) that furnished the disputed information to YRS The CRA has days to complete its investigation. This applicant has not contacted YRS to initate a dispute, however upon receipt of this complaint YRS iniated one on the applicant's behalf When the CRA completes its investigation, YRS will promptly notify the applicant and, if applicable, the property where the applicant applied. November 12, 2015, and YRS promptly initiated a dispute on his behalf with the
consumer reporting agency (CRA) that furnished this applicant’s information to
YRS.  As is the case with any consumer dispute, YRS will follow up with
the applicant directly and in accordance with the FCRA.  The YRS Consumer Relations
team is available to help all applicants who have questions or concerns about
the accuracy or completeness of their TSR.  For more information about the

Good morning. Revdex.com, and Yardi Resident Screening. I acknowledge receipt that you have received, and responded to my concerns. The business is called [redacted] Apartments/The [redacted] Student Communities, as initially shared to the Revdex.com. Their website states that if an applicant purchases a $300 Security Deposit, the tentative applicant would be guaranteed a room. They had not shared the possibilities of denial. Respectfully, I had contacted [redacted] and [redacted] at least five times via email and phone to confirm this prior to the transaction. I was not contacted back at all for further inquiry. I was not even provided an opportunity to share that items on my credit report are being disputed. Manager [redacted], however, had shared that disputes can be made. On behalf of myself, and the rest of the students at Liberty University, I am addressing this matter also to prevent further students, including those with disabilities, from receiving the same mishap. What is stated on their website can mislead any student during advertisement and the application process if what is interpreted is not what the rental agency provides for Liberty University, and Lynchburg, Virginia. I LOOK FROWARD TO YOUR COMPANY REPORTING CORRECT INFORAMTION TO REMEDY THIS HARDSHIP I HAVE EXPERIENCED ,, YOU REPORTED THAT I HAVE BEEN LIVING AT [redacted] IN 2017. that IS INCORRECT.. I HAVE NOT RESIDED AT THAT ADDRESS FOR OVER 2 YEARS THE FACILITY CAN VERIFY THIS. YOU STATED IN YOUR REPORT INCORRECT AMOUNTS THAT I OWE. OVER 3 MONTHS AGO MY CREDIT REPORT WAS CORRECTED OF ERRORS AND UPDATED INCLUDING 2 ACCOUNTS WITH SAME NUMBER WHICH WAS A DUPLICATE AND IT WS REMOVED HAS PAID [redacted] AND [redacted] ACCOUNT. It has been almost 10 days since this message and still no correction. As I said I was fingerprinted and had an extensive background check done to get my new job....with nothing showing up on their background check of me. I don't understand how complicated it is to have this company take the report (a report I have never seen nor have been given a copy of) call the county or counties that are saying I have a criminal history at and talk directly to them and get this straightened out. I also would like to add it sure wasn't a pleasure spending Christmas holiday on relative and friends couches.

I contacted Yardi on the morning of September 14th via email and fax with the completed dispute form. Once they were notified by Revdex.com of a complaint, they contacted me and removed all false and inaccurate information that they had on me. I believe they need to update their records and use the correct information because they could really defame a person's information based off of the old, negative reports they gather records from.

I did receive an updated report. It is my understanding the apartment complex has not received this updated report yet. They need to hear from Rent Grow. Also I paid for the criminal history and I have not received a copy of the report that was first given to the apartment complex. There are errors and I want to get them corrected. I would like my copy and the apartment complex notified. Thank you.
