I am sending you pictures of the truck parked on the lot to prove that it was parked thereI also checked with the City of Boise and they agreed that the owner of the vehicle is responsible for the ticketsAlso the signs on the lot say if no pay you will be ticketed or towedIt also is her problem to find out who was driving the truckThere is no way we can get that infoSo if she pays it before it goes to collections, we will expect $and mark it paid in full

Hello, It looks like you spoke with someone and the notice was reduced to $on 6/2/

The manager of the location forwarded me the email he sent to you [redacted] , Good afternoon After reviewing the notes and interactions you have had with many of our staff, it appears that this notice is valid and all the staff have instructed you that it is valid and why I am happy to forward these on to the Revdex.com if they contact us regarding the complaint As a bit of history, we were hired by property management to enforce the parking rules so that the tenants and businesses of this property had parking available for patrons while they were at the businesses The property management had tried many times to work with the neighboring properties and security staff to eliminate the abuse of the parking facility by neighboring properties employee’s, staff and visitors, but had little change They also handled the oversight of the towing of vehicles from their property when they witnessed walk offs from this location at the first offense I have reached out to the property manager and asked if they wished to waive this notice on your behalf They agreed since this was the first violation This notice will stay open as a General Warning, ($fee) in our system and any potential future notices on this property will be enforced and the possibility of towing off the premises at your own risk and expense I do not feel that any further discussion is needed as our staff has communicated everything to you that I would have in this instance Please enjoy your day [redacted] Bellevue & Eastside Operations Manager

Thank you for the information The notice has been voided, and I uploaded the payment confirmation of the $ Thank you

I emailed the notice dept, and here is the responseNotice number [redacted] was issued to vehicle with license plate number [redacted] on 9/2/The notice was issued at [redacted] **, a private parking lot that our company managesThis notice was issued for the amount of $as the vehicle was parked over the two hour posted time limitPer the “Terms & Conditions” posted at this location, any vehicle that is over the posted time limit is subject to a $parking notice and/or being towed. The customer contacted us via email on 9/1/stating that they were parked at the location for lunchThe customer stated they saw signs regarding the time limit posted in the middle of the lot, but parked against a wall as they thought the policy did not apply to that portion of the lot. This vehicle was previously issued notice number [redacted] on 6/11/at [redacted] **, a private parking garage that our company managesThis notice was also issued as the customer parked past the time in which their parking expiredThe customer contacted us via email on 6/11/to contest the aforementioned noticeWe sent a response to the customer informing them that this notice was voided as a one-time courtesy, and that if the vehicle receives any further notices, they will need to be paid in full.Because the customer already received a one-time courtesy void and is still not complying with the posted parking policy, an email was sent in response on 9/6/informing the customer the notice will need to be paid in fullThis location does have signs posted against the walls and throughout the plaza, not just two signs in the middle of the lot as the customer statedIf the customer receives any further notices, they, too, will be fully enforced. This notice has been paid, and is closed in our system

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because I was given the parking ticket within minutes of parking the vehicle, and going to a [redacted] store, which is in the Factoria Village patronsI did not leave the mallI have attached the [redacted] e-receipt from my phone ( [redacted] Receipt.png)During the morning time it typically takes at least 10-minutes to order the coffee and to be servedThe free parking limit was hours (see parking_rule.jpg)I have also attached a receipt (Safeway_Sammamish.jpg) as a proof that I was in a different city within hours of the ticket issue time, and the city is mins drive from the location where the ticket was issuedSo this proves I did not leave the vehicle/mall.I emailed the customer service, but the email was not even read by the them, rather they sent a response threatening to charge late payment penaltyI did not make the payment to indicate I am accepting the ticket - I made the payment to avoid the bill being sent to collection agency and damaging my credit history.Sincerely, [redacted] ***
