Jason Herrington, the technician came out to look at my air conditioner. He was very polite and professional and gave me several options. He was very helpful and did a great job! I would recommend Rescue One Air heating & Cooling to anyone!

Not as described. I got a free tune up when I bought my house and Shawn helped me with my scheduling. He said the unit would be cleaned and when the technician showed up he said the charge would be $200 Not free. I'm very disappointed and feel that he lied to me to get my business. Bad practice.

My AC suddenly broke on a Sunday night and with just one phone call Rescue One Air showed up at my door early morning to fix it! One of the greatest customer service and great pricing! Best company to use for!

I received a sales call on 9/26/2016 at 11:33am. I informed the Rescue One Air representative that I am part of the National Do Not Call Registry. The Rescue One Air representative became argumentative about the accuracy of the Registry and informed me that Rescue One Air has signed many clients who were on the registry. I asked to be removed from the list and not contacted again. The Recue One Air representative became even more rude and told me that it would not matter and hung up on me. If this is how Rescue One employees conduct themselves, I would hate to be in business with them.

Rescue One Air has the experience and know how to get your service or repair done correctly at a fair price. The entire staff from the people who answer the phone to the field technicians conduct them selves in a positive and professional manor. I would recommend them to anybody that is in need of HVAC service and repair.

We recently used Rescue One Air to install our new A/C unit. Living in Phoenix, ice cold air is non-negotiable - calling Rescue One was the right choice. The crew was on time, on point and answered my millions of questions with a smile. They called the next week to follow up and made sure we were happy with the service, our air was blowing cold and if we had any questions on the unit. They assured us they are always available if anything creeps up. High marks to the RO team. Will recommend often.

Secondly I would like to thank the installer team for doing a great job installing the furnace and A/C. When I was researching furnaces and A/Cs three things were consistently stated: 1) [redacted] was the most reliable brand; they had the lowest incidence of needed repair, 2) [redacted] Prestige Series 90+ Gas Furnace RGFD Series was a Consumer Digest Best Buy. (This is the model I purchased), and 3) The quality of the installation was of paramount importance in ensuring the proper efficiency and durability of the unit purchased. Rescue One Air is extremely reliable. They were punctual and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain to me in terms I could understand and offered me options I could decide upon. I had shopped around before but an very satisfied to call Rescue One Air next time without a second thought.
