Absolutely love the entire Rescue 1 Air team. Prices are resonance and customer service is out of this world.

We called Rescue one air last night after my mother's home AC stopped working. Jason the owner was very helpful and had a tech at her home 830 the next morning. 30 minutes later all was good. They are very honest, and on time. I will definitely refer them again.

Darren from Rescue One Air came out today to do a free new home owner check-up on my air conditioner. Found several problems with the system that the home inspector did not find or wasn't on their check list. All minor but would cause major problems if left unfixed.

Darren was friendly and professional and took the time to explain the problems with my system, which I agreed did need to be fixed. I also agreed to the maintenance contract which will be financed at a no interest loan if paid in full with-in 18 months. This was a win-win for me as this will be my first summer in AZ and I certainly don't need to have my A/C go out on the hottest day of the year. This is another reason the maintenance contract is great emergency calls are fixed with-in 24 hours. 20% discount parts/labor, twice a year coil cleaning and system checkup.

Rescue One Air saved the day! They came out on a 114 degree day and we are now enjoying ice cold air! Thank you!

the tech arrived on site and diagnosed the problem quickly. After explaining the issue to us and going over our options he gave us time to think over the options. Any questions we had about our options he answered quickly, confidently and honestly. After we decided to replace our unit, he even recommended a few options on units that were more within our price range that he still felt were great units. He stayed with us as the sales rep stopped by and made sure that we were taken care of. Our bad day became much better because he took the stress out of the situation
