We would like to begin by saying it’s great to work with a company that truly knows it’s business and thats Rescue 1 Air. We replaced the entire HVAC system in our home and contacted mulitple contractors for the best resolution to the heating and AC issues we were having. Some parts of our home were never warm in winter and that resulted in additional heaters, in the summer the AC couldn’t keep temp due to the location of our home and multiple windows that faced the west. Scott came to the house and was able to diagnose the problem and had a solution to problems, along with pricing and a time line for the installation. All this was done in a single visit. After very professional installation and an excellent staff of installers we now have a very cozy and warm home. We were also able to use the AC just before it turned cold and the house cooled extremely well. Thanks so much for all you did for us, it was great working with Rescue 1 Air. From the scheduling to the installment!

I normally don't take the time to write about a company, good or bad. The folks over at Rescue 1 Air, made me think twice. Its so rare to find good old fashion manners, excellent customer service, and honest technicians these days. From my initial call to the office, until my technician left, it was the most pleasant experience I have had in my life!!!! My technician was there to help ME, not sell me something I didn't need, or take my money. He actually offered suggestions on repairs that would allow me to keep my AC unit for a few more years instead of pushing me to buy a new AC unit... although the price he gave me for a new unit was THOUSANDS LESS than the competition!!!!! NOT ONLY would I recommend them my friends, but also to my family! Thank you Rescue 1 Air for renewing my faith in companies again!

I was having issues with hot n cold spots throughout my home and my unit is fairly new. I called and rescue one air was very nice and patient with my ocd ways. Lol they quickly assessed my system and gave me a print out and costs to repair! Prices were fairly good so I had him fix it! A+ job guys! Thank you

Very pleased with all aspects of service. From the initial service call, the technician identified the underlying problem. He was very professional and assessed our needs. Our AC unit was 16 years old and we had prior knowledge that a replacement was in order for this summer. We received a quote in writing on two different systems and made our decision later that week. They had the best price for the item and their customer service was already A+ in our book. Rescue One did not pressure us or make us feel rushed. We are now truly enjoying the benefits of our brand new, energy efficient Trane AC unit!

I received a complimentary HVAC check as a result of purchasing a home in Surprise. Darren, my service tech was very personable and competent in performing the testing of the system which was over 15 years old. He answered all my questions, explained the shortcomings and provided a variety of solutions from immediate needs to recommendations for improvements in efficiency to ongoing service requirements. All was done with no high pressure to resolve the issues. I elected to have some items done an others to be performed at a later date. I highly recommend their service.
