Had to replace 2 older HVAC units and that can be a challenging experience but rescue 1 Air made the process as painless as possible. We were particularly impressed with their planning, timeliness, clean-up and most importantly, professionalism. I have a contract now n don't see that changing for abother ten years!

I recently had my ac stop working. I called around to several companies before I found rescue 1 air. They had a tech out with I'm a few hours. It had been 12 hours since it went out. The tech diagnosed the issue and have me my options of repairs that were gonna be costly or a new unit. My ac is 7 years old and I checked online about the quote to fix it. I decided a new unit was better. This company as a whole works together and has close friendships with Co workers. That's rare and I'm a business owner so that says they are great and I purchased a contract. I'm part of tge rescue 1 family now too!

Rescue One Air came out to service my home A/C unit , he was very up front with estimates and possible problems that might be wrong with the unit , he gave me prices and solutions as how to repair and let me decide on the repairs , prices were fair and reasonable

Rescue One did a great job with my air conditioning install. They were incredibly courteous and polite and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with everything. They didn't even mind my [redacted] help. haha. I could tell that they took their time to make sure that the job was done right and even attended to the cosmetic/appearance elements of the install.

We have had many contractors come to work on our home but the Rescue One team has been absolutely incredible and we feel confident in the quality of the work they do whereas other contractors in the past have done shoddy work which has resulted in the need for additional repairs and inconvenience.

We will always continue to go back to Rescue One for our AC/Heating needs based on our past experience.

Just had my first experience witH rescue 1 Air and I have to say they were awesome! They were fast and efficient, and really saved the day not only for my house but for my family! One technician in particular who went above and beyond was Scott. Not only did he fix our problem but was so understanding with my young children. I'm a stay at home mom and babysit my sister's 3 kids plus my 3. I couldn't have asked for a better tech to come out!!! Thanks so much!
