I ordered this product on April 9th,and was told by this company that I had a day trial period that started the day that I ordered the productI don't understand how a company gives you those days to try the product but what you really get is days to try itI am out of town for my sister's funeral when I find out they went into my account and taken money out for products instead of oneYes I ordered both product with the thinking that it was going to be one charge for the bothTo my surprise the charge was and which I was charged $overdraft feesThe customer service lady was like oh well there is nothing I can do and they tried to get the money after days after ordering and would not give me back my moneyIf you don't want to be caught off balance with this company WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANYThis is how they scam you, when they offer the other product

They charge more than initially agreed on plus they continue to send the product each month even after you tell them to stop and of course keep billing my account! Thieves!

Revitaline Skin practices underhanded methods to charge outrageous prices for its productsI signed up for a trial of one of their productsIt was a 10-day trial from day of receiptI also apparently signed up for a second product on trial, but you can't find any way to access that product's information, even from Revitaline's websiteYou must fill out the trial request for its skin cream, and then the website takes you to an additional offer for its eye cream, which has the same 10-day trial period to decideSince I didn't realize that I really only had the days, I didn't get back to Revitaline in time, and was charged the full price of $for the face cream and $for the eye cream, which it turns out I'm allergic toThey have absolutely no return or refund policy after the days; you are then committed to and charged for the entire priceWhat's worse, the only "company" information that you can get is a P.OBox address in Santa Ana, CAAnd I found that this same P.OBox is used by at least two other "companies" - Choice Eye Cream LLC and Nouveau skin creamYou can cancel the autorenewal of future product shipmentsI'm going to try to find another resource to help me get my money back

I'm a elderly woman and this product is awfulI called one day late and they took out $out of my account, this free trial isn't free, u pay for the one that was already shipped to youSo I would like the elderly to beware of these freel trials

I ordered a day trialOrder was to arrive in 2-daysOrdered on Saturday recieved in the mail on TuesdayNoticed two transaction on my bank account in the amounts of and on the 11th day after receiving the productCalled customer service to ask why charged it had not been 14daysThey would not refund money and was told trial started on the 16thAfter complaining was put on hold woman returned said they would refund 35% of money backRude customer serviceDidn't receive full day trialScammed out of total including initial money to try product for the days!

ReVitaline advertised free trial products and I ordered free trial eye cream and skin complex cream on line During on line order, I don't recall agreeing any further charges and believed it was free trial products I ordered the free trial on April On April on Sunday, the company charged me $for complex cream and $for eye cream I called the company right away next day requesting refund for the charges they said I agreed subscription by not calling earlier the customer rep said I had to call with days I told them I wasn't aware they were going to charge any further and the trial products are samples there is no way the company can charge me that much I have since exchanged many emails to the company but not able to resolve this I believe the company is scamming people

Poor customer serviceAfter I completed my order for a trail offer, we immediately received phone calls, all from different voices Husband hung up I emailed to complain and was told I would have to pay $to cancel, in addition to a request to return the unopened product at my expenseThe Rep suggested I call them back within the days to cancel at no charge and keep unusual product I tried calling YESTERDAY and got a 'mailbox is full please call another time' recording I immediately pulled up my prior 'complaint' email to continue that conversation thread and demanded a cancellation, with confirmation thereof, that my credit card was removed from their database They replied at 7:32pm to state I must call to cancel My visa credit card was hit at 12:35am this morning with charges; $and $ Thankfully Chase Fraud Protection Services declined the charges Now I must deal with the aggravation of a closed and reissued credit card, along with notifying my pre-set auto-pay companies!

I returned a product and got a tracking number from the US Postal Service that they had received it and they never refunded my money backI talked to customer service and they told me over and over there was nothing they could do they could not return my money and I was out $

I ordered a "trial sample" from this company online and agreed to pay shipping fee The amount of $and $was deducted from my account on that day On the same day, there was an attempt to deduct an additional $and change My bank flagged this as a fraudulent transaction and froze my account for week The bank ended up denying payment days later I noticed my checking balance dwindling more charges in the amounts of $and $had been deducted from my account! I reported these charges to my bank's fraud department and called the toll free number listed on my bank statement to ask for reimbursement and a cease and desist on charging random amounts of money to my checking account The service rep was argumentative and stated that I had been offered a trial period after which I would begin receiving monthly supplies and be automatically billed because by accepting the "free trial" and not canceling the order I agreed to their termsThey did not wait days to begin charging these large amounts against my account The service rep did finally agree to credit the most recent two charges My bank has also agreed to block this company future access to my account in addition to opening an investigation It has not been days and they are already billing for products I haven't received To be clear, I did receive the samples, however, did not open the envelope and offered to return the unopened package to them They do not accept returns DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT ON LINE FROM THIS COMPANY I don't know if it's a good product but no company should auto bill $per month per product without being very clear up front AND before the "trial period" has expired (also the $24+ charge the day I ordered the "free trial" - what's the explanation for that?) Be warned If you want to buy this product, check out Amazon or a reputable seller

The trial expired on 04/22/2016 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 04/22/2016 $89.97 for the Revitaline Skin and $85.97 for the Revitaline Eye.Customer had contacted our Customer Service on 04/22/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled. We immediately granted the request and cancelled the account.Customer then requested a refund.Our Customer Service had issued a 75% courtesy refund of $67.46 for the Revitaline Skin and a 75% courtesy refund of $64.47 for the Revitaline Eye which the customer accepted.However we feel our customers concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing the remaining refund of $22.51 for the Revitaline Skin and $21.50 for the Revitaline Eye charged on 04/22/2016. I tried to order a trial of skin cream. The website kept asking me if I wanted to try an eye cream. I kept clicking the "no thanks" button but it wasn't working. When I tried to cancel the whole order, it wouldn't let me. So I called the customer service number immediately. They said the only way they could cancel my order is to charge me a $38 early cancellation fee. The price for the trial product was $5.97. I would like to not be charged for neither the eye cream nor the cancellation fee. Nor do I want the eye cream. I'm starting to wonder if this is a scam
