customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our auto ship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.According to our records, customer ordered our products (the Revitaline Skin and the Revitaline Eye) on a 14 day trial basis back on 05/19/2016 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $5.97 and $4.97. The trial expired on 06/02/2016 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 06/02/2016 $89.97 for the Revitaline Skin and $85.97 for the Revitaline Eye. Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect. The following month on 07/02/2016 the customer was charged in the amount of $94.94 for the Revitaline Skin and $91.94 for the Revitaline Eye and was sent a new shipment of the products. Customer contacted our Customer Service on 07/02/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did. Customer then requested a refund. Our Customer Service had issued a full for the charge on 07/02/2016 in the amount of $94.94 for the Revitaline Skin. We also issued a full refund for the charge on 07/02/2016 in the amount of $91.90 for the Revitaline Eye. However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus will be providing a full refund for the charge on 06/02/2016 for the Revitaline Skin in the amount of $89.97 for any misunderstanding when placing the order. They charge more than initially agreed on plus they continue to send the product each month even after you tell them to stop ... and of course keep billing my account! Thieves!

Poor customer service. After I completed my order for a trail offer, we immediately received 4 phone calls, all from different voices. Husband hung up. I emailed to complain and was told I would have to pay $10 to cancel, in addition to a request to return the unopened product at my expense. The Rep suggested I call them back within the 14 days to cancel at no charge and keep unusual product. I tried calling YESTERDAY and got a 'mailbox is full please call another time' recording. I immediately pulled up my prior 'complaint' email to continue that conversation thread and demanded a cancellation, with confirmation thereof, that my credit card was removed from their database. They replied at 7:32pm to state I must call to cancel. My visa credit card was hit at 12:35am this morning with 2 charges; $89.97 and $85.97. Thankfully Chase Fraud Protection Services declined the charges. Now I must deal with the aggravation of a closed and reissued credit card, along with notifying my pre-set auto-pay companies!

Revitaline Skin practices underhanded methods to charge outrageous prices for its products. I signed up for a trial of one of their products. It was a 10-day trial from day of receipt. I also apparently signed up for a second product on trial, but you can't find any way to access that product's information, even from Revitaline's website. You must fill out the trial request for its skin cream, and then the website takes you to an additional offer for its eye cream, which has the same 10-day trial period to decide. Since I didn't realize that I really only had the 10 days, I didn't get back to Revitaline in time, and was charged the full price of $89.97 for the face cream and $88.97 for the eye cream, which it turns out I'm allergic to. They have absolutely no return or refund policy after the 10 days; you are then committed to and charged for the entire price. What's worse, the only "company" information that you can get is a P.O. Box address in Santa Ana, CA. And I found that this same P.O. Box is used by at least two other "companies" - Choice Eye Cream LLC and Nouveau skin cream. You can cancel the autorenewal of future product shipments. I'm going to try to find another resource to help me get my money back.
