I used this companies website to order a "free" trial of two of their productsI supplied my credit card information to pay for shipping and handling I never authorized further use of my accountAfter receiving an e-mail informing me that more products were being shipped, I immediately requested that the shipment be cancelled and that my name be removed from their list of customersThey agreed to this but informed me that my "free" trial was no longer free but would be very close to $They claimed a policy that required the products be returned within days of the order being placed An extremely tight turn around if the policy was knownThis morning I received another email saying my products have been shipped This prompted me to review the original website to see if I had missed the day policy I had not The only mention of return is ridiculous day policy in which unsatisfactory unopened products can be returnedA claim which could never be met as the two thi

I clicked on a trial product and paid for the trial product, then my account was charged $and $89.97, I already paid for the product in the amount of $and $4.97, I called the company directly and requested a full refund, they offered me a 35% refund, then a 50% refund, then a 75% refund, I told them I would just dispute it with my bank, he said if you hang up, you will not receive a refund at all, I was so frustrated, I was like refund the 75% and I will dispute the rest with my bankI want the full refund in my account, I already paid the price for the product previously before receiving the product, I have not received any additional products in the mail, and I would like a full refund in the amount of $and 89.97, I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was transferred to someone else whom I thought was a supervisor and then the guy ended up saying he was an agent, when I indicated I was supposed to be speaking to a supervisor he tried saying he was a supervisor, he sai

On May 20, 2016, I purchased skin care products online from Revitaline Skin It was a FREE offer, I just had to pay shipping costs that were $& $ It was a very short form to fill out and I do not remember ANY mention of the fact that I had to send back the product and cancel within days I always am careful to check for any such claims! Apparently, it was either non existent or hidden somewhere! The full regular price of the product was also not mentioned on the form
I didn't even receive the product until May 27th, days after my account was charged the shipping charges
Unbeknownst to me, my account was charged the full amount of both products on June 3rd, just days after I received the product! These charges were $& $ There was no email letting me know of these charges, as they probably do this to get another chance the next month to charge there exorbitant fees for a jar of cream!
Today I got an email saying I have been ch

ReVitaline advertised free trial products and I ordered free trial eye cream and skin complex cream on line
During on line order, I don't recall agreeing any further charges and believed it was free trial products
I ordered the free trial on April On April on Sunday, the company charged me $for complex cream and $for eye cream I called the company right away next day requesting refund for the charges
they said I agreed subscription by not calling earlier the customer rep said I had to call with days
I told them I wasn't aware they were going to charge any further and the trial products are samples there is no way the company can charge me that much I have since exchanged many emails to the company but not able to resolve this I believe the company is scamming people

I found an ad on Facebook said sample for low price to try Figure try out well what I didn't realize I got signed up for a monthly bill and the product ended up on my credit with the trial charge and not weeks later charge I got charged over dollars for a product that clearly didn't work and when I called they told me the tiny message I should've of saw and that would protect themThey used Christy Brinkley and DrOz to advertise so it looks so real Awful product and I am embarrassed to have fallen for their scam

My mother purchased a free trial of two skincare products from the Revitaline Skin website (www.revitalineskin.com) The web ad said she would be charged for shipping only (charges of $and $5.95, one for each product) I read the terms and conditions carefully and discovered that the "free trial" order had be cancelled within days to "avoid the purchase price." Failure to cancel also meant automatic enrollment in a monthly subscription for each product ($each plus s/h)
On behalf of my mother, I called to cancel and was told she'd received a 30-day supply of each product, that the offer was for a 14-day free trial, and therefore they would charge her credit card for the remaining days for each product ($each; $total) There was no option to return the product Only after I threatened to call the credit card issuer did they agree not to make any further charges to my mother's card If my 82-year-old mother had been on the phone herself she would have agreed to pay the $they demanded for cancellation If you experience the same scam with these people, threaten to notify the FTC, Revdex.com, and your credit card company They will almost certainly refund your money
This company is operating similar scams from the same P.Oaddress, including Dermessence and Nouveau Skin Care
Full text of terms and conditions: I agree to the Terms & Conditions & Privacy PolicyBy ordering a trial you will be sent a day supply of the product and charged only for shipping ($USD)If you feel the product is not for you, cancel within (10+S&H) days from the order date, to avoid the purchase price ($USD) and enrollment in the auto-shipment program which sends you a month supply every days and charge you for the same purchase price of $To cancel anytime simply contact customer service at 888-880-
