I found an ad on Facebook said sample for low price to try Figure try out well what I didn't realize I got signed up for a monthly bill and the product ended up on my credit with the trial charge and not weeks later charge I got charged over dollars for a product that clearly didn't work and when I called they told me the tiny message I should've of saw and that would protect themThey used Christy Brinkley and DrOz to advertise so it looks so real Awful product and I am embarrassed to have fallen for their scam

I ordered a "trial sample" from this company online and agreed to pay shipping fee. The amount of $5.97 and $4.97 was deducted from my account on that day. On the same day, there was an attempt to deduct an additional $24 and change. My bank flagged this as a fraudulent transaction and froze my account for 1 week. The bank ended up denying payment. 12 days later I noticed my checking balance dwindling. 2 more charges in the amounts of $85.97 and $89.97 had been deducted from my account!
I reported these charges to my bank's fraud department and called the toll free number listed on my bank statement to ask for reimbursement and a cease and desist on charging random amounts of money to my checking account. The service rep was argumentative and stated that I had been offered a 14 trial period after which I would begin receiving monthly supplies and be automatically billed because by accepting the "free trial" and not canceling the order I agreed to their terms. They did not wait 14 days to begin charging these large amounts against my account. The service rep did finally agree to credit the most recent two charges. My bank has also agreed to block this company future access to my account in addition to opening an investigation. It has not been 14 days and they are already billing for products I haven't received. To be clear, I did receive the samples, however, did not open the envelope and offered to return the unopened package to them. They do not accept returns. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT ON LINE FROM THIS COMPANY. I don't know if it's a good product but no company should auto bill $90 per month per product without being very clear up front AND before the "trial period" has expired (also the $24+ charge the day I ordered the "free trial" - what's the explanation for that?). Be warned. If you want to buy this product, check out Amazon or a reputable seller.

I ordered a 14 day trial. Order was to arrive in 2-5 days. Ordered on Saturday recieved in the mail on Tuesday. Noticed two transaction on my bank account in the amounts of 89.97 and 85.97 on the 11th day after receiving the product. Called customer service to ask why charged it had not been 14days. They would not refund money and was told trial started on the 16th. After complaining was put on hold woman returned said they would refund 35% of money back. Rude customer service. Didn't receive full 14 day trial. Scammed out of 200.00 total including initial money to try product for the 14 days!

I ordered this product on April 9th,2016 and was told by this company that I had a 14 day trial period that started the day that I ordered the product. I don't understand how a company gives you those days to try the product but what you really get is 10 days to try it. I am out of town for my sister's funeral when I find out they went into my account and taken money out for 2 products instead of one. Yes I ordered both product with the thinking that it was going to be one charge for the both. To my surprise the charge was 89.97 and 85.97 which I was charged $108 overdraft fees. The customer service lady was like oh well there is nothing I can do and they tried to get the money after 13 days after ordering and would not give me back my money. If you don't want to be caught off balance with this company WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. This is how they scam you, when they offer the other product.

I'm a elderly woman and this product is awful. I called one day late and they took out $89.98 out of my account, this free trial isn't free, u pay for the one that was already shipped to you. So I would like the elderly to beware of these freel trials.
