I was told by the broker whom connected me to this company that I would have my furniture shipped within 2-daysThis company packs my belongings and says it can take up to daysI have been calling for and ETA literally for weeks and have been unable to successfully reach the dispatchersThe customer service representative said there is nothing she can do to help me find out when my belonging will arriveI have left messages with the dispatcher and have not received one call backI have to plan ahead to receive my belongings because my job requires notification in advance and I need my belongingsI paid upfrontThe lack of communication is horrible

Great Move The movers came little late but move was done quickly and efficiently

Movers were two hours lateOver $5,of furniture damaged and they offered me a measly $132!!! Unacceptable!!!
I waited for movers for over two hoursReceptionist got an attitude with me and told me I would be charged if I canceled even though I was still waiting and she couldn't get in touch with movers! Then they get there and damage over $5,worth of furnitureI filed a claim in July and am just now getting a response that I will be receiving a measly $Unacceptable!!!! I can't even get one of the pieces you damaged fixed with that! I'm pissed and if I have to take them to court I will surely do it and have no problem doing itEasy or hard way I will get what is owed to meI see many other complaints on this company saying the same thingUnprofessional and I will never use or recommend them at allFix it!!! I want a full refund and money for my damages this is ridiculousI should be receiving ATLEAST $

They refuse to pay for the damages their movers caused to my in and in television sets
I contracted (***) with Rolls Trans Van Lines to move the contents from a storage unit and a bedroom apartment to a new location in Bel Air, MD on 4/27/I was told that the movers would contact me the day of the move(which was 4/27/2017) before heading to the storage unitThey did not and called me after they were at the unit I only mention this because this caused a change in price for the move since they had to wait for me to get to the storage unit I lived about minutes away and with morning traffic, I got to the unit almost minutes later

I have documented email evidence from a Rolls employee, Autumn Moreland, (unemployed by Rolls shortly after her correspondence was presented in my claim) household goods went missing between arrival at the Rolls warehouse and loading of a transport vehicle at the warehouse for delivery in AtlantaI've come to understand they didn't maintain the chain of inventory control of my household items during interstate transport; they used non-Rolls employees (local contractors) to unload my goods and deliver in-unit at my Atlanta residence, where I immediately identified to them damage and missing items; I have day-of, time stamped surveillance video of the transport vehicle used as well as the two crew members delivering goods at my Atlanta residence; I retained time stamped, dcalls to the Rolls MD location advising them of the missing items and severe damage to

The movers arrived ahead of time and we're eager to get the job done I like the way they confirmed what we needed and went right to workThey worked hard to assemble and disassemble furniture for the move and quickly pickup and deliver all of our items without any damage There was no haggling over the quoted price and I ended up paying exactly what the sales department quoted Great doing business with an honest and dependable company

I wanted to thank you and your colleagues for making this experience so clear-cut, so easy and problem-freeEveryone I dealt with at Rolls Van Line was courteous and professional- more than that, they made sure that everything went as well as possible

I used Rolls Trans Group on 2/16/and it was a fantastic experienceOther than a minor snafu with honoring the timing of a 9:00am arrival, a quick call to their dispatcher remedied the situation and they arrived at noonThe three men who did the move were polite, accommodating, and detail oriented in moving about pieces of assorted sized furnitureNothing was broke in the move, and they took great care in ensuring that each piece was handled carefully
I would highly recommend this companyAlso, Zeke who was the Moving Consultant was super to deal with and very quick in getting back with responses

Three main issues with the move:
1) The quote said I could request a revised estimate when they arrived on site to move me and when I asked them to they said they would not and could not then the final price was determined by some man on a phone call that was not event there to see my stuff and I had given an exact description of everything but the price increased nearly 30% from quote
2) Contractually yes they had days to get my stuff but they said that was just for liability reasons in case something happened but in getting my quote they said for how short my move was that a "long wait period" on my items' delivery would be to days It took days
3) My biggest annoyance with them was Julie *** had emailed me and said that I could expect my move to go as follows - they send an email when they're loading the truck to come to my new house/delivery, and they call me about half an hour out to finalize the time of drop off I received NO coordination from a soul on this move until the movers were sitting in my driveway on the 13th day and I got a call from the movers and they were asking me how fast I could get there, forcing me to leave workI had called the office or times over the two weeks to see if they could give me any kind of schedule for my delivery and they just threw the day contract in my faceThe men delivering my items told me the office should have contacted me the day before, as Julie had told me they would, but they didn't

They did not finish job and charged me $did not honor contract
They moved me out of a bedroom apartment with little furniture the truck wasn't even half full they charged me $their contact states the take apart and put back together they did not put my future back together they were every rude and unprofessional I would and would not unpack truck until we paid them pls do not use them ever they sent only two guys and they were very slow

We've moved multiple times and this company without a doubt is the worstTheir crew has severe time management issuesThey came to our house times and were, on average hours late each time (for p/u & for delivery)Our contract stated that they were to pack and move our entire house, they left the garage for my mother and wife to both pack and move into storage (I already relocated out of the area), then transport that to our new home My mom had to pick up boxes and packing tape as they crew was unpreparedWhen they delivered our goods, the driver gouged our drivewayWe have multiple missing items along with the broken onesThey couldn't put our furniture back together properly, we had to have another company come out and put it together the right wayThe customer service was atrociousHalf the time no one answers, the other half they can't answer your questionI would never recommend this company to anyone

Lost my stuff and it had been months but I did not see any decision about my stuffsCall them multiple time and sent email many time but no update
Company is full of cheatersFirst on quote time they qouted less amount and when they get my stuff they charged me $more and deliver less itemsThey lost my TV and many kitchen itemsNow it has been months but no update after my many attempt to call them and emailPlease take such strict action for such companies who looted our money

The movers at Rolls Van Lines arrived when they said they would, they worked fast and efficiently; and, on top of all that, they were warm, friendly and professionalI was so impressed with their service that I wrote a note of appreciation to the management and also hired them a second timeI highly recommend this moving company

I was quoted a moving service from Athens, GA to Beaverton, OR through EZ-Moving Van Lines on October 2017, which is a broker company that then coordinated my moving service with Rolls Van LinesI was explained that my delivery would be made from to days after pickup datePickup date was scheduled for October 2017, I was told the driver would contact me in the morning to schedule the timeI waited until 10am and called, the operator told me he would contact the driver and call me back, kept waiting and after two hours I called back, a different operator said that he had heard the other operator talk to the driver and that my pickup time was estimated to be around 5-6pm, but he never called me to let me knowThen 5pm comes and no contact from the driver, I call again and the operator says that he will call the driver and tell him to call meWhen the driver finally calls, he said that he was busy and that he would be arriving be

They stole my Tv and now they want me to file claimWhich will give me .60cents a poundI was told by driver that they have CCTV in warehouse
I was told by driver that they have CCTV 's in warehouse so it can't be stolen from there That means they stole my TV which was 50" and must have sold it and now they are not responding my calls and they want to file insurance claim which I will get only cents poundThus is wrong how such a big TV packed in crate can be stolen from warehouse.this is crime to steal other people merchandiseLot of items were broken.which I understand it can happen but such a big TZv missing is not possible specially when warehouse has CCTV's and security system

It is hard to find a company which will move one room of furniture from one state to another without charging an arm and a leg, so I chose Rolls Van Lines because they were able to do it I was able to have the furniture picked up on a Sunday so I didn't have to take a day off from workThe movers arrived on time, were professional, and everything was wrapped in moving blankets and securedThey even disassembled the bedHowever, the actual delivery date to my daughter's apartment in the Bronx was later than the promised delivery dateThe two boxes of dishes which were put in the truck along with the bedroom furniture never showed upI filed a claim for lost goods, and after a year, I finally heard from themDuring that time, I emailed them and faxed copies of my claim in case my claim had been lostI don't understand how you can lose two boxes of dishes marked fragile, and I had packed them with plenty of newspaper so they would be secure and not breakThey were my Mom's dishes and they have more sentimental value than dollar value, but after over a year, the dishes should have been locatedIf someone received them by mistake, the person should have called Rolls to have them picked upDo not use this company if you are moving anything from one state to another
