Review: I purchased a seat from Rick at the International Bike Show I believe Nov 2014. I then sent in Jan at his request my seat so that he could create the seat. I waited and waited. I then sent him an email and received the following: -----I'm sorry that it's taking so long to get back to you your seat is in the group that I'm working on next week as you may have heard through the grapevine I've had to close my shop and lot of people are making a lot of noise about having their money stolen and seats 'stolen' and what not and I don't blame them but that's not the case I do plan to finish your seat, and everyone elses for that matter, and I will get it checked out next week. if you would please could you send me your address and if you have reversed the credit card or PayPal payment and got your money back if you would be so kind as to reimburse me for whatever you think is fair in the form of a postal money order to mypost office box which is box 113 Cottonwood California 96022 I no longer have a bank account and I have no way to cash a check thank you and I hope you enjoy your seat on do a very fine job of itRick-----A week later I received the same email...my assumption is that he sending out the same email to anyone that complains.Later I emailed him to see if he would just send my seat back...nothing.I have yet heard back from him...no seat nor my $454 back from him.Desired Settlement: Yes, my $454 and seat back.

Review: I contracted with [redacted] to rebuild the saddle from my 2008 Kawasaki Concours motorcycle on 2/7/14 and paid the $244.00 charge. I mailed the saddle to him and it arrived at his shop on 3/21/14. I had received an email prior to sending the saddle stating that they would begin working on the saddle on 3/26/14. Since then, I have had minimal success in contacting Rick (one email) and today found out that his phone was disconnected and he has not answered my latest email sent on 4/23/14.Desired Settlement: At a minimum, I would like Rick to confirm that he has my saddle and when he is planning to complete the rebuild and return it to me. The best result would be to have the saddle returned completed. If the rebuild is no longer possible, then I would like my saddle returned in the original condition with a refund for the $244.00.
