that you were in fact saving money and your rate was no where near 6%. I would be happy to review the numbers with you and help resolve any outstanding issues at hand. Attached are my processing statements which prove I have been processing with Vantiv (previously Mercury) since at least Jan 2106, but in actuality, I have been with them since I started my business Mar 2015...not as they stated "I switched to Vantiv" The comparison for Riverside shows a date of Oct 6, 2016, which I have not received any services to date from Riverside, but have been getting charges deducted from my account since signingThe guarantee shows they will beat our previous rate, or release us free of feesBut the analysis shows their fees to be $higher than the fees we currently payMy concern for the quality of service, the statements, and the time spent contacting them to find out why we weren't processing, draws serious concern for their ability to provide quality processing in the futureI would like to be released as previously requested, without penalty*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I want to see action not words I emailed DR*** once again on 03/21/and she replied with the same email back “I will reach out to our accounting and see what is going on and get back to you as soon as I hear back Well, here it is, 04/03/and never got a word backI emailed DR*** again yesterday on 04/02/and never got a reply back At this point I will only accept the pay off for the equipment fees and a total parting ways I can not waste any more time on this I followed through on everything but Riverside has not followed through on any thing My collections of emails just build up more and more Been talking about legal action for a bit but feel as if it’s felt my situation is a joke at this point to Riverside

The reason Riverside asks for a copy of the contract is simpleSomeone can email you or tell you anything they want, however when it’s in writing and there’s a contract then it can be validatedWe stand behind our product and service 100%With honoring anything someone said, we would have to give away our services for free as most people say they got quoted free things and then the contract says otherwiseI would ask that you send something in writing showing that your getting a better rate
I can appreciate your concern over consumer fraud; however, that is simply not the situation with *** *** Since November, Riverside Payments have withdrawn over $from *** Auto business accountGiven the fact that *** Auto has no equipment of Riverside's and has made no transaction, this must be simply monthly fees
On January 4, 2017, I forwarded electronic documentation supporting the significant savings I am receiving from the competing payment processing company. The email was clearly sent by the competing company and outline the agreement of charges. Again, I do appreciate the concern over consumer fraud however your documentation stated a “guarantee that Riverside will show *** Auto a savings or Riverside will release you at no charge from all processing and equipment obligations”. I feel that electronic documentation sent clearly shows a savings as well as the comparison debits from the business account. A business should not have to accept into an additional contract prior to being released from the Riverside contract to prove the competing company is providing additional savings. This would mean that any place of business in a contract with Riverside Payments would have to be under contract with two credit card processing companies at one time in order for Riverside Payments to have proof of a savings which I feel is poor business practice and simply unreasonable.
Savings is defined by Webster’s dictionary as: a reduction or lessening of expenditure or outlay. As the business owner of *** Auto the competing payment processing company has beat Riverside’s contract in a couple areas. The competing company is offering: Equipment cost: free placement, credit interchange 0.25%+ $0.05, debit interchange 0.25%+ $0.05, annual fee waved, monthly service fee $5.00, debit access fee $0.00, batch fee $0.25, and online access and supplies no charge.
Compared to Riverside’s agreement the competing payment company has significant savings. December of *** Auto started using the equipment and services of the competing payment processing company. Not only does *** Auto have payment processing equipment but has also processed many transactions resulting a fraction of the cost compared to the simple monthly charges of Riverside.
In addition to monetary savings the completing company also has no term limit. At any time *** Auto may dissolve services with no penalty or no obligation. Given the amount of productive time wasted on being released from Riverside, this alone would be a more favorable business decision
When *** Auto received information of saving from the competing payment processing company, I contacted Riverside to notify them of the savings, giving them an opportunity to fulfill their guarantee. Although Riverside attempted to match the competing payment company’s monetary savings they were unsuccessful.
Signing another contract with a competing payment processing company is not necessary nor was it defined as necessary for Riverside to honor their guarantee. Riverside says that offering the best rates and superior customer services makes us the worlds’ best merchant provider is simply not a mottoThey clearly have not done everything they said they would do. Riverside has not fulfilled the stated guarantee therefor *** Auto is requesting to be released from all processing and equipment obligations

emailRPI only does the processing for UPA and has nothing to do with Northern Leasing in this case nor do we have any emails or calls to cancel out the processing*** I'm sure can attest to this as he has only dealt with Joe and Ian at UPARPI out of good faith has already cancelled the processing account per ***'s request at NO chargeWe ask that this post be terminated or reposted on the proper companies Revdex.com page as again Wingers Roadhouse is not a merchant of oursWe will also reach out to *** directly to solve this matter

I am rejecting this response because: I am in discussions with our District AttorneyI am sure you are familiar with your websiteThe solution to this problem is that you cancel the contracts, I return to the deposits you made into my accountI attempted to do this when they were made but my bank said Wells Fargo refused them. This is fairI have told you the reasons for my immediate distrust of your company which were confirmed once I received that "equipment" your sales person insisted I had to have to be "in compliance" and the bill for the reprograming of my POS software which was initiated by your companyThe way she obtained my signature on the First Data forms was deceptiveWe disagree on the timing and nature of those eventsThe public has had enough of these low rate/irrevocable contract leasing schemes which is a "scam" to use common languageDefinition of scam for English Language Learners : a dishonest way to make money by deceiving people
