Have a billing dispute with the company and cannot be connected directly with the billing deptYou have to leave a phone message for them and they may or may not call you backThey owe me money, charging me for a membership I no longer have and also charging an extra fee for ???.I have e-mailed and left messages x days and still no resolutionI believe this lack of customer satisfaction is totally unacceptable for a company

We responded immediately today to the customer and resolved this issue on the phone.We offered a code for months of service free and issued months of credits for the billing issue.It is our policy to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.Best regards,Acorn TV Customer Service Team

We have canceled the membership effective immediately and issued a credit for May through October monthly charges of $ Total credit issued is $to the card on file.It is Acorn TV's policy to credit accounts when accounts are indeed canceled.We reached out to consumer today and let
