Rock Heating and Air replaced my furnace and air conditioner todayThe service was exemplaryThe installers were respectful, very efficient, and completed the job sooner than I had expected

When I called for an appointment, they were booked up and the first appointment they had was a week out But, they offered two other businesses that may be able to help me faster I decided to keep my Rock Heating and A/C appointment since the problem was with one of my A/Cs and the other was still cooling fine They called and said they were running early and coordinated be to my home early, so showed up before the appointment time Both techs were dressed well, very polite and wore booties in the house to keep our floors clean They found the problem quickly, offered what they said needed to be fixed as well as a short list of optional services with prices It was easy to select what was necessary and what wasn't at the time I will use Rock Heating and A/C again

Alex was amazing, very friendly, on time and price was reasonableWill recommend this company to everyone

Austin and Shawn were the service technicians who came to my house yesterday to assess why my furnace was not working properly They were very thorough in the assessment and, despite the bad news of a major repair, were quite helpful in understanding the options I had available and in assisting me in making a decision Thanks to both gentlemen for their assistance

CON ARTISTS, DO NOT USE!!! I called Rock for a diagnostic because my furnace had stopped working Upon arrival I was immediately told my furnace is a "dinosaur" and I should consider replacing it rather than just applying band aids After the diagnostic, I was informed there was an irreparable "crack" in the unit, allowing gas and carbon monoxide to leak into the house and my furnace needed to be shut down and replaced immediately Thankfully, I got a second opinion from an HONEST company who was able to correct the issue by simply cleaning one of the burners and loosening the wing to allow the gas chain to flow properly They found no evidence of any "cracks" and assured me my furnace was years old, was in good condition, and should have a life expectancy of to years Thankfully some in this world are honest and I was able to be back up and running for $instead of over $($4,after the "10% discount", which I was also told is about $1,higher than I should have to pay for a new furnace) Do yourself a favor and avoid Rock
