Thomas was very professional and informativeAnswered all my questions, not just with a yes, or no, but explained the whole processI initially had another company (Plumbline) come in to do a furnace inspection and that guy just seemed to be trying to scare me with this could be wrong, this heat exchanger could be cracked, might have to replace the furnace He actually told me that the piping from the furnace was not within code, and when I told him that when it was installed it WAS in code and until I replace the furnace, it is just fineAfter that he just wanted out of my place., since I wasn't going to be spending alot of money with themAnyway, I digress, but when I called Rock they were very patient with my concerns (talked with me for over an hour on the phone) and my desire for a "second opinion" Fact is, the inspection Thomas did was MUCH more in depth that the first, and he showed me some things I could check periodically if I had a concern about the furnace After all was said and done...my furnace although aging is humming along just fine Rock Heating and Air is the ONLY business I'm calling from now on

Chris and his team did really well with me asking them questions My wanting to understand how this new furnace & new thermostat will work He explained how in detail and I learned from him about the American Gas Association and their requirements along with new required City inspections for approval and have been doing business with them for many years

Craig replaced heater coil in furnace and water heater Absolutely incredible serviceHe had to come back a few times to flush all the old water heater debris out of the system, but was very timely in getting everything working well

I came home from vacation to find a leaking water heater They sent a tech out at AM sharp the next day and had a new water heater in by 1PM Owner even showed up to expediteThey always provide top notch service
