Rollon Skin Care Reviews (%countItem)

I ordered a sample cream with only making a three dollar payment for shipping. I received the product, very small amount and now I am in collections for $103! I made my cancellation within the 14 day. So I should not have been charged more than a three dollar shipping fee. I had to cancel my card that authorized a three dollar payment because they do not have a secure website and I received multiple purchases from other supplemental companies that I did not authorize! It was a mess. If I had owed money why did they not contact me or give me any other sort of notice since they had my phone number, address, and email! They claim to have sent me emails which I have looked up in my history and I have not received anything other than the confirmation of my first initial order trial order.
Total scam!!! Do not purchase from Prache!!!!
Does anybody know if the pinnacle Law group is actually a legitimate collections agency?

This company is a scam I order the free sample was never stated or told that after 14 days I would be charged $103.00. This happened on Feb 10,2020. Fast forward now to Aug 17,2020 was never told or sent anything and I received a collection letter for a debit collector stating that I owed $103.00. There were never any previous attempts to contact me by phone or mail. One I never even knew I needed to cancel and now I dont have any info to do this and two you really sent me to collections. How dare you people. Total scam and I will tell everyone I know about this

I received a notice in the mail today that I'm in collections for Prache cosmetics due to an amount of $101.29 being owed. It threatens me with a possible judgement and I'm exceptionally upset. I never signed up for this product or trial and never received the product. I'm going to speak to an attorney about this because this is clearly extortion and many others have been affected. This is ridiculous and the last thing I need to deal with during a pandemic.

Just got a collection letter from an attorney in the amount of $103.00. I think I was charged a small fee for a trial at one time and I think it was around three dollars. And now I'm in collection! I never received any product from this company. Not even my little trial.

If I could give a zero star review I would. I have been promised a refund of 103 and 109 dollars since feb 2020 and despite weekly promises stating the check is in the mail and repetitive assurance not to worry the seniors will call you back as of 6/16/2020 I have no resolution 6 months after being promised 100% refund. Additionally the product arrived AFTER the free trial ended and my card was charged. These people are SCAM artists. BEWARE

The Rollin company charged me *** saying I received the product. I disputed this in Oct. 2019 with the bell banks assistance. I did not get the
product. The Bell bank and I explained we did not get it but in Dec. 2019 the bank recharged my account saying the company said I got it. I have called every month since Oct. and been told someone would call me back in 24 to 48 hours NO ONE has ever called me back NO ONE. Today May2,2020 I called again and was told my account had been closed and they could not refund my money. I explained our son had passed away and I would swear on his grave if thats what they needed to prove I did not get it. Also we live in an apartment complex of 40 units and things have gotten stolen. They did catch the people but the people who live in the apartments got nothing back so I explained that maybe the product got stolen but again no response. Please help me in getting my XXX XX dollars back please. In these trying times everyone is short of money and I have tried and tried for months to get my money back. PLEASE AGAIN PLEASE TRY TO HELP ME! This business is a RIP OFF!

Desired Outcome

I want my *** back please. I do NOT want any product I want my money back.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call customer service at X-XXX-XXX-XXXX, and a customer service representative will assist you in processing any eligible refund request pursuant to the Company's Refund Policy and in the Company's sole discretion.
To properly ensure the processing of an authorized refund, and as a requirement of our Refund Policy and Procedure, you must call customer service to obtain an RMA number and to process your refund request. By way of illustration and not limitation, packages marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused" WILL NOT be eligible for refunds. All refund requests require three to five business days for approval.
By completing an order, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by the Refund Policy and Procedure stated herein. You also acknowledge and understand that adherence to the Refund Policy and Procedure is strictly required and is your sole responsibility. I have been using Prache cream for over a year. I place my orders by phone, deal with the same salesperson every time and have never had a problem. I was offered an automatic shipment deal but declined and only order when needed. Have never had a problem. I love this product!!! Having sensitive skin and having tried virtually everything on the market it's my miracle... no reactions and it WORKS!! I am 63 and often get mistaken for 10 and even 15 years younger! Be informed consumers - ask questions, read everything... but I highly recommend this product!!!

This is a scam! I was charged $103 and $109 for product I never used at all. Requested RMA and have proof they received my return. Was told I would receive credit less $20 restocking fee. Numerous calls and emails and still no refund!

Rollon Skin Care Response • May 21, 2020

Dear Sir/Madame:

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Please be informed that the offer she had agreed upon gives an opportunity to our customers to try the products for 14-days before paying the actual price of the products. Therefore, as per the agreement, her account was charged at the expiration of 14-days trial period. Furthermore, our refund and return policy clearly states that the $20.00 restocking fee applies on every return we receive at our warehouse. Let us inform you that her bank account has successfully been credited with $83.00 along with $99.00 (as we made an exception to the polices while issuing the return merchandise authorization number on March 16th, 2020). Furthermore, accounts for the products Prache Anti Aging serum and Prache Anti Aging cream have been deactivated and we can no longer process any transactions onto her account.

For further information or help, feel free to contact our 24/7 customer support center and speak to our executives, we'll always be happy to help!

I still have not received my refund of $99 and $83. As I informed them numerous times, my debit card was closed that they debited on and I have a new account number for the credits. They said they could only credit the account they debited. I gave them the new cad number and they also have my address to send a check.

Unethical business practices where consumers are being scammed with unauthorized and unexpected charges, under the pretext of a free trial.
This company charged my card for $103, $109, $115.54, $109.53 on 02/15/2020, 03/01/2020, 03/16/2020 and 04/01/2020 respectively. I have spoken to various customer service representatives by the names of ***. Each call involved a lengthy argument with them for nearly half an hour to an hour. They claimed I signed up for a free trial of the Prache Anti Aging Serum and Cream and that the Terms and Conditions in fine print involved me signing up for a recurring monthly subscription. Scam! I would never enroll for such a costly product that is non FDA approved in the first place. So far, I have received a refund of $109.53 for only one of the charges dated 03/16/2020. I am still fighting tooth and nail for the others. I have the Refund Release Confirmation email for the $109 charge deducted on 03/16/2020, but still haven't received the refund on my card. Numerous calls have only led to so-called "escalations" at their end, for which I have no emails or calls from any managers at their end. They verbally assured me that they have released a refund for the $103 and $109 charges dated 02/15/2020 and 03/01/2020, but DO NOT send any Refund Release Confirmation emails for those citing "technical issues" each and every time.

I am also looking at reporting this company to FTC for their unethical business practices since they have gone too far in ripping consumers off their hard earned money. FTC guidelines clearly state Negative Payment Option terms must be clearly and conspicuously posted throughout the check out process and not buried in the fine print.

Desired Outcome

A complete refund for the transaction dated 03/16/2020 - $109 (Refund Release Confirmation email sent to me, but no refund yet) 03/01/2020 - $109 (Verbally assured me that they have sent a Refund Release Confirmation email on 03/20/2020, but no email received by me, nor any refund credited to my card yet) 02/15/2020 - $103 (Verbally assured me that they have sent a Refund Release Confirmation email on 03/20/2020, but no email received by me, nor any refund credited to my card yet) All the above refund assurances are on recorded telephonic conversations.

Case Summary:
According to our records, *** visited our website and placed an order for our products Prache Anti Aging serum and Prache Anti Aging cream on February 1st, 2020.
While we apologize for any inconvenience caused during her interaction with our business, we would like to explain that our company doesn't offer or deal in samples or testers. We offer actual 30-days products to our customers with 14-days trial period to determine their effectiveness. If a customer isn't satisfied with the products then he/she has full rights to request cancellation at any time and avoid being charged for the products.
We've been able to review her account details and noticed that her bank account was charged with shipping and handling for the products Prache Anti Aging cream and Prache Anti Aging serum on February 1st, 2020. The products were then shipped using USPS and following is the tracking number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
At her trial expiration, her bank account was charged on February 15th 2020 and on March 1st 2020 for the products she had received during the trial period. She was then enrolled into our monthly subscription program.
A month later on March 16th 2020, ***'s account was charged for the 2nd shipment of Prache Anti Aging cream and Prache Anti Aging serum. These products were also shipped using USPS services and can be tracked using following tracking numbers: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
*** called our support center on April 1st 2020 regarding the charge which was posted on her account for the product Prache Anti Aging serum. Our support executive elaborated it as she was unaware and offered to help by reducing product price to just $59.00 for future deliveries. In response, *** informed us that she would file a lawsuit against our company. Our executive helped her with cancellation of account, offered to provide 50% partial refund of the charge. But because she wasn't satisfied, he after consulting provided a full refund on the latest charge and requested to wait for delivery of refund check.
Few moments later, she called us about her account of Prache Anti Aging cream. We again explained her the program and charge and helped her with cancellation. She had informed us about her lawyer's involvement in this matter, our representative first offered a 50% partial refund but then after consulting with higher authorities, provided a full refund of the most recent charge.
*** also spoke to one of our support managers and requested refund on charges that were posted on her account on February 15th and March 1st 2020. Understanding customer's point of view, we made an exception into our 30-days refund policy and provided 50% refund on previous transactions. Although, we were threatened to be reported to Federal trade commission, Lawyer and Credit card company.
We received an update from our team on June 3rd 2020 about her filing a dispute against the charges with her bank or financial institution. Please be informed because of dispute filed, we can no longer process any refunds or perform any activities onto her account. Let us confirm that the accounts for the products Prache Anti Aging cream and Prache Anti Aging serum are cancelled effective from April 1st, 2020. All her bank details have been deactivated. We suggest to contact bank/ financial institution for further assistance in this matter.
For any information, please don't hesitate to call our support center. Our executives are available for 24/7 and would be happy to help!
We appreciate the opportunity of being at your service.

Customer Response • Jun 09, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The business should be aware that FTC guidelines clearly state Negative Payment Option terms must be clearly and conspicuously posted throughout the check out process and not buried in the fine print.

The reason there have been so many complaints by other consumers as well, against this particular company, is because they have not adhered to the above guideline.

Regarding my so-called "threats" referred to in their response, they were actually numerous "warnings" given to them in each call. Despite having received a refund confirmation email, no refund was received for more than 3 weeks, although they state 3-5 days for the refund to be credited. After waiting for nearly 3 weeks, I filed disputes with my credit card company and also a complaint with FTC. The other refund confirmation emails were sent to me 3 days AFTER I raised disputes with my credit card company! At long last, all the 3 disputes have been settled in my favour by my credit card company (no thanks to the business for this).

I could have just left this case at this, having received the amounts through my dispute settlements by my credit card company. But I do not want this business to get away with this unethical practice with other consumers. This business has already ripped off many consumers like me and my only request to Revdex.com would be to take appropriate action against this business to help avoid other consumers going through this horrendous experience.

First I did not order this product. They somehow billed their charges to a credit card, and after contacting them they bill me 3 times: over $309.
As discribed, I ask them to delete my account, and I could not get them to stop sending products, and I am still looking for which credit card they were billing me from. If may have to seek private council if I can not get them to decease sending and billing me. I am in process of finding which credit card they are drawing funds. I JUST CAN NOT GET THEM TO STOP SENDING AND BILLING ME.
I can forward receipts as soon as those cards submit their receipts.

Desired Outcome

Please have company to stop sending products of small jar creams as it totally does not work, and foremost stop billing me for products that do not work. I would appreciate if they would refund over $310.00 plus shipping.

Another 30-day product was sent out to his mailing address and its delivery can be verified using the tracking number: ***. Another month had passed *** then the 3rd shipment was mailed out on April 11th, 2020. Here is the tracking number for your reference: ***.
We were contacted by *** on April 16th, 2020 regarding cancellation and refund of the charges. Our support executive reminded him of the agreement which was made on February 18th, 2020. He also offered to help by offering future discounts but as *** had decided to cancel, he helped him with cancellation. He then tried to address charge concern, offered to send a product for free or to assist with a partial refund. *** chose to get refund, so his account was credited with $76.95.
Please be informed that the account for the product has been cancelled out since April 16th, 2020. All his bank details have been deactivated and we can no longer process any transactions onto his account. Furthermore, his bank account has been credited with $76.95 on April 16th, 2020.
For any further assistance or information, please feel free to contact our customer support center and speak to our executives. Our phone lines are open for 24/7 and representatives would be happy to help!
We appreciate the opportunity of being at your service.

Case Summary:
According to our records, *** visited our website and placed an order for our products Prache Anti Aging cream and Prache Anti Aging serum on November 29th, 2019.
Although, the terms and condition are posted on our website but we still apologize for any misunderstanding and inconvenience caused from it. Please allow us to explain that our company doesn't offer or deal in samples or testers. We offer actual 30-days products to our customers with 14-days trial period to determine their effectiveness. If a customer isn't satisfied with the products then he/she has full rights to request cancellation at any time and avoid being charged for the products.
While reviewing her account details, we noticed that her account was initially charged for shipping and handling on November 29th, 2020. The products were shipped using USPS to her mailing address. Here is the tracking id: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
When her 14-days trial period ended, as per the agreement, her bank account was charged with the actual price of the products that she had received during the trial period. Furthermore, *** was enrolled into our monthly subscription program.
Then after 30-days from it, her bank account was charged for a 2nd shipment of both products. According to USPS, these products were delivered on January 30th, 2020. Delivery can be verified using USPS tracking id which is: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Then on February 11th 2020, another batch of products was sent out and charged to her account. USPS tracking id: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
It was February 22nd, 2020 when *** called us regarding the charges that were taken out for the product Prache Anti Aging cream. As *** seemed unaware of the agreement, our executive explained the program. He then informed her of some deals he had, like reducing product price to *** for future. But because she was looking for cancellation, executive helped her by cancelling her account for Prache cream. He also offered to send a product along with a 50% partial refund on the latest transaction and she agreed to it.
Then on February 25th 2020, *** called us about cancelling her account for the product Prache Anti Aging serum and getting a refund. She informed our executive that she would reach out Revdex.com in this regards. Our representative immediately deactivated her account and offered to refund 50% of the most recent charge, she accepted it.
But then, an hour later, she called us again for confirmation of refunds. After confirmation, *** requested refund for the month of January. She seemed unhappy as she threatened to involve her lawyer in this matter. While she was being informed about our 30-days refund policy, we provided her with full refund on both transactions from February, compensating her for January charges.
We then noticed, that on April 8th 2020, *** called to request refund for the charges of December. She was very concerned about the charge as she told that she would take legal action and report our company to Revdex.com. In both of her conversations with our executives, on April 8th 2020 and April 18th 2020, our executives tried to explain our refund policy according to which we are authorized to cater refund requests that are received within 30 days from the date the order is placed.
Let us inform the account for Prache Anti Aging cream is cancelled since February 22nd 2020 and account for Prache serum since February 25th, 2020. Furthermore, her bank account has been credited with $51.50 on February 22nd, 2020 and *** on February 25th 2020. Along with *** and *** processed on February 25th, 2020. For any clarification or information, please feel free to contact us. Our phone lines are open for 24/7.
We appreciate the opportunity of being at your service.

Case Summary:
According to our records, *** visited our website and placed an order for our product Prache Anti Aging cream on January 19th, 2020.
Please allow us to explain that our company doesn't deal in samples or free products. We offer 30-days products to our customers with 14-days of trial period to determine their effectiveness. If a customer isn't satisfied with the products he/she has full rights to request cancellation in order to avoid being charged for the products.
Therefore, on January 19th 2020, ***'s bank account was charged with shipping and handling for the product Prache Anti Aging cream. The product was shipped using USPS (United States Postal Services) and following is the tracking number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.
When 14-days trial period ended, as per the agreement, her bank account was charged with the actual price of the product that she had received during the trial period. In its response, *** called our customer support center on February 4th 2020 and requested deactivation of her account. Our representative explained the program as she was unaware of it. He then tried to help and offered to reduce product price to $59/49 for future deliveries, even offered to send a 30-day product at no cost. Pula had decided to cancel it, therefore, representative cancelled out the account and confirmed it.
Then on February 22nd 2020, *** called us regarding the same charge and requested a refund. Our representative first explained and elaborated the charge, then offered to provide a partial refund along with a 30-day supply of Prache Anti Aging cream at no further cost. *** refused to accept his offer of getting a partial refund, but agreed to return the product for refund. Therefore, we provided a return merchandise authorization number along with 30-days return period. $20.00 restocking fee applies on every return we receive, but it was reduced to $10.00 only as she was not satisfied with $20.00 restocking fee.
We were then contacted by *** on February 29th 2020, she called us to provide tracking number and to get her refund. After verification of delivery, our executive immediately processed her refund of $93.00 and informed her about it. We also informed her about standard refund TAT when she called us on March 7th 2020 to get update on her refund.
After being informed by *** that the refund hasn't shown up onto her bank account. We have escalated this issue to our team who are trying to figure out the problem. They have also been told to take all possible measures that are required to avoid any further delay in processing of refund. While we apologize for the inconvenience causing, we would like to inform *** that as soon as we receive any update from our team, we will update you by contacting directly using your contact number. We appreciate your co-operation with us.

Customer Response • Jun 09, 2020

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I'm still waiting for my refund of $93.00. As of March 7, 2020 when they said they would immediately get in touch with their team and figure out the problem, I'm still waiting.

Constant charges in an attempt for them to force payment on a supposedly free trial
Company claims that in fine print is is "stated specifically that in order for trial to be free, bottles must be shipped back". Nowhere in fine print or otherwise did it state that my card would be charged. I have now had to decline charges from 3 different companies, and have reported them for fraud twice. Discover has declined all charges thus far, but it just keeps happening. Considering current situation, and that NYS is supposed to shelter in place, I am not capable or willing to spend my own money to ship this garbage product back to them. I literally don't know how to make the charges stop. The one phone number discover had shipped me to an offshore call site in India, where the person assured me they are a "legitimate business, and it was clearly stated that I would be charged." It was not, because I read all of it. I would not have ever ordered the products if I had known this would happen.

Desired Outcome

They need to stop attempting to charge my card.

I received what was an advertisement for a clearing shelf sale where all I had to pay was 2.95 shipping for a jar of facial cream. which I fell for on 2/20/2020. The tiny jar came in a large box unsealed which anyone could open, with this small little jar with a teaspoon visible cream to cover the bottom of the jar. This and the packaging alone aroused my suspicion, I wasnt about to put it on my face so I figure 2.95 I would just toss it. However it came on 3/2/2020 and on 3/8/2020 at 6am Sunday morning I got a bank notification that $103.00 was withdrawn from my account under the name of Arden Cliff Co. Of course I had to wait til Monday to contact my bank and they gave the the phone number which was identified as Prache skin cream LTD. After the representive of said Company tried to convince me to try the product to no avail, attempted to refund me 80.00 keeping 20 for stocking to no avail. The supposedly manager I requested to speak to was in a meeting but allowed to give my full refund. When I didnt get it I called back and was told that they could not return it to the exact card they withdrew it from. Then they said they would and sent me another email stating the refund was issued on 3'18/2020. It is now #/31/2020. the last conversation with Prache I was told to check with my bank to see what the issue was my bank say there is no record of the refund. I also informed Prache that I would be contacting Revdex.com as well. So far I paid 2.95 for a one time purchase cause I dont do subscriptions, plus 4.90 to return the product plus the 103.00 the stole from my account telling me when I placed the order that is when the 14 day trial began! before even getting the product now THATS what make me certain this was a scam. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
Product_Or_Service: facial cream sample
Order_Number: XXXXXXX
Account_Number: XXXXXXX

Desired Outcome

Refund I want my funds returned immediately no more lies and excuses. I will never ever order anything else from the internet and will warn everyone else not to. Not until better regulations are enforced to prevent folks from being conned, scammed and ripped the hell off by these despicable folks. Please help me.

Customer Response • Apr 22, 2020

Thanks the issue has been resolved and I got my full refund.

False advertising and non-disclosure of pricing and product auto-shipment enrollment. Use celebrity as creator and user of this face creme and offered risk free, free sample for just shipping costs (2 seperate). No mention of a limited trial period after which you would be billed $103 and $109 for products and enrolled in auto shipment. 2 products came in 1 box with no invoice or paper statement of kind. When I called they tried to offer me more product and reduce the prices I had been charged which I refused and said I could only obtain a refund by shipping product back and paying a 20% restocking fee (product already opened/some used). This company has been reported many times and perhaps there are others like them. The charges on my credit card showed 2 different entities: Skin Beauty = $103, ***; Contour Skiny = $109, ***. I think both phone #'s went to same place.
Product_Or_Service: face creme retinol/collagen

Desired Outcome

Billing Adjustment I want them to refund the $103 and $109 dollar charges to my credit card without me having to ship the product back or be charged a re-stocking fee. And somehow they must make their advertising more transparent and include an invoice with terms with the product - or else they must be shut down and stopped from running this obvious scam.

I foolishly ordered a product from this company, goes by rollonskincareltd.com, or creampurify.com which is the company listed on my statement, a charge of $103.00! I was charged for a supposedly "free" sample (only pay shipping). The actual product sent is labeled "Prache", Collagen Retinol. I used it and it looks, feels, smells no different than any cheap facial product. I would certainly never pay $103.00 for an ounce, although I know many beauty products are expensive. The "catch" here was that I was supposed to call them back and cancel my subscription, then would not be charged. This was not clear at all in the advertisement. So I did call and "cancel" my "subscription" which I didn't know I had or would have wanted. Hope I am done with them, lesson learned. Don't order from Creampurify or rollonskincareltd. There is a hidden subscription, sneaky charge, and I don't know what else in the fine print or invisible print.

Dear Sir/Madame:

We thank Patrick for posting his review. We are really sorry to hear that our product didn't meet his expectations.

The order for the product Prache Anti Aging cream placed on January 26th, 2020 was for a 14-days trial offer which allows our customers to try the product for 14-days before they get charged for it. Therefore, on 14-days trial expiration his account was charged with the actual price of the product received during trial period.

However, please be informed that the account has been cancelled out effective from April 4th, 2020. Hence, no more charges or shipments will be applied to his account.

For any further information, please contact our customer support center and speak to our executives who would always be happy to help. Our phone lines are open for 24/7!

I was miss lead by an add I seen of face book, for a free sample of product for cost of shipping and handling. I ordered it and it arrived so long after I had requested it I had forgotten about it. later almost a month I see a charge on my credit card for 103. from the company skin magic beauty which I did not recognize, so I called my card and they said I needed to persue it with the merchant. I contacted the company, and I spoke with Marco and he was very rude and tried to trick force me into keeping the product. I insisted I did not want it and complained I felt I was charged with out my permission the 103. he eventually told me to return the product and call back with the tracking code and they would issue a full refund. I originally paid 10 to receive the product, then I spent 5 more to return it. I checked on the tracking number and it was returned and I wasn't issued a refund. I called the company again to request my refund and they tried to issue me only an 83 dollar refund. they called it a restocking fee. I argued and they agreed with a 93 dollar refund. so im out 15 in shipping and handling and 10 dollars for no reason. I feel this company is a scam to get 20 to 30 dollars from each unhappy customer and a surprise 103 dollars from people who were not paying as close of attention to their accts as I do. ifeel this is unfair and needs to be looked into
Product_Or_Service: skin cream
Account_Number: cancelation number 2

Desired Outcome

Refund please warn other customers about this business and i would like my remaining 10 dollars returned, since i returned the product un opened and un used.

This company is the pitts. Stay away from them. They try to trick people into getting a free trial and then they hit you with a $103 charge. You may have to cancel or put the charge in dispute but they might keep sending charges each month. Buyer beware. I would rate them no stars for ***.

SCAM They have their 14 day trial hidden in small print, if it was even there. They used MACY's as a lead in making you believe it was their promo. When I received my credit card bill, I called immediately and canceled asking for a credit and return label. I did not understand it to be any more than stated $5.00 and shipping. I had to get very insistent they continued to push the product, finally they and I agreed on a settlement of a $20.00 restocking fee and they would refund the balance and email a return label. As far as I can tell (no card statement yet) none of this has been done. Now I am getting an email saying a shipment is on its way from Rollonskincareltd "Prache Serum". The co I dealt with was calling its self "Arden Cliff inc" and they charged my card $103.00.
I was incredibly clear and loud, CANCEL THIS ACCOUNT, DO NOT SEND ANYMORE Informed them I'll be waiting for the class action otherwise
question: Is it best to refuse it?

This is a scam, I was charged $103. When I called I was told that once you sign up for the sample they automatically send you a monthly supply. I cancelled immediately, then the 2nd month got charged $115.94 and then a second charge of $109.93. Each subsequent month I have been charged these 2 amounts, each time, it is listed under a different company name. When you all them and ask what their name is they reply Rollon Skin Care. I have had to cancel my credit card and put in a dispute.

This company needs shutting down for conning people.
