Another product, I didn't ask for. 2.95 was what I agreed to. I was also charged 5.95. I waited over 2 weeks for my trial size. It didn't come. I checked my bank account and I was charged 103.00 and 109.00. I didn't authorize this! One charge said it was from *** Never heard of it.
I contacted the company. They said ***was a vendor. And that I agreed to the charges. A recurring charge for face cream and serum. All I agreed to is a trial size!
After they charged my account the product came in the mail. I don't want it. I want my money! I live on a fixed income. The charges caused my account to be in the negative. I have overdraft protection, so now I owe my bank 200. Including interest. I can't afford this.
Beware of this company! I don't understand how they are getting away with this!

Case Summary:
According to our records, *** visited our website and placed an order for our products Prache Anti Aging cream and Prache Anti Aging serum on January 11th, 2020. Upon placing the order, *** accepted to our company's terms and conditions which clearly stated that if the customer does not cancel the order within 14 days trial period, customer would be charged the remaining amount of the product and will be put on the auto shipment subscription.
We apologize if couldn't explain our offer briefly. Kindly note that the offer she agreed upon is basically a trial offer that allows the customer to try our products for 14-days before customer is charged with the actual price of the products. Therefore, on January 11th 2020 her account just charged for shipping of the products. They were shipped together in one package which was delivered to her mailing address on January 31st, 2020. Here is the USPS tracking number: ***.
At the end of trial period, ***'s bank account was charged with the actual price of the products she had received during her trail period. The charges were posted on her account on January 25th, 2020. In response, she called our customer support center on February 4th, 2020 inquiring about the charges and requested refund. Support representative whom she spoke with explained about the trial program as she was unaware of it. He also informed *** about some promotions or discounts like reducing product price to $59.00 or $49.00 as she seemed unhappy with the price. But because she refused to continue, executive canceled out the account and sent an email confirmation to email address on-file. He also informed *** that he can dispatch 30-days products at no cost as the compensation for inconvenience. But she was more concerned about the charges and was looking to get some refund. Therefore, he then offered 40%/50% refund of the charges allowing her to keep the products, but she refused to accept partial refund. Thus, representative requested *** to return the products for refund. She even refused to return them as she didn't want to pay $20.00 restocking fee which applies on every return that arrives at our facility. After her refusal, case was forwarded to manager and she was told that she would get a call from manager. Later, manager tried to call but he couldn't reach her as it went on voicemail.
In response of his voicemail, *** called us on February 28th 2020. Unfortunately, 30-days had been passed since the charge was posted onto her account due to which representative couldn't immediately help. He told *** about our 30-days refund policy and that made her unhappy, she threatened to report us to Revdex.com and to her card service provider. Although representative escalated the matter to the higher authorities.
We've noticed that on instructions of our higher authorities, she has been contacted about these charges and after an agreement her bank account is being credited with $72.10 and $73.60. Please allow 3-5 business days for funds to get into the account. If she needs further help or assistance, she can call us at our customer support center where we have representatives available for 24/7!

TOTAL SCAM.. BEWARE
This was a Facebook ad... it was a ad to try this product FREE, just pay shipping. I decided to try the face and eye product. I ordered this on Feb 1st. I checked EVERYWHERE in the ad to see if this would be a monthly charge and nowhere did it say anything about a "membership" etc. it also didn't even say anything about a "trial period". So today I received the product Feb 20th ( 19 days AFTER ordering). Since I've been scammed in the past I decided to check my credit card statement only to discover THREE charges on my card, 2 for $109.00 and 1 for $103.00. Two charges on 2/15 and one more on 2/20.
I immediately called the number on my credit card statement ( the one that had the "just pay shipping" charges... (mind you, each shipping charge had a different phone number and company name. One was K EYE BEAUTY, and the other was THEBOOSTNUTRITION.com)
I was told (after 45 minutes waiting for a person to pick up) that this was indeed a "membership" and "trial" offer... after which I'd be charged the full amount of the product (since they say I was sent full size products... like I'd been given a choice). So now after not even opening or trying the product I'm sending them back with RME #s so I can get the 3 charges on my credit card refunded!
To make matters worse I had to call both separate numbers (waiting FOREVER for someone to pick up) to CANCEL what was supposed to be a FREE TRIAL....this scam needs to be SHUT DOWN

I was billed 103.00 for this product before I ever received it. I contacted them and was not able to return it.
Told me " technical issues".
Ordered online after receiving notice I could try their product for 2.96. This was in January 13, 2020. On January 24 my credit card was charged 103.00. I had never received the product. Called them and was told it was out for delivery. Got it 2 days later. Called this morning and was told I couldn't return it due to technical issues.
My order number ***. I paid with my debit card the 2.96. I didn't authorize any further payments, yet they charged me 103.00. The representative I spoke to both times sounded foreign. Could barely understand him. I don't feel comfortable giving my card information in this complaint.

An agreement was made between them that she would try the product once it's received and would call us before February 24th 2020 for cancellation (if required). Ever since, we've not been contacted by ***. Due to her enrollment into our monthly subscription, we even made an attempt to charge her account for a 2nd shipment of Prache Anti Aging cream but it didn't get approved by her bank.
Through this response, we would like to inform you that her account for the product Prache Anti Aging cream has now been cancelled out effective from May 25th, 2020. Please be assured that all her bank details have been deactivated and we can no longer process any transactions onto her account. According to our refund policy, we are authorized to cater refund requests that are received within 30 days from the date the order is placed. *** requested cancellation and refund of the charges through an email received on February 7th, 2020. Our email support team responded her with cancellation confirmation and requested to call our support center and speak to our executives to be assisted with refund request.
Few days later, we received an update from our team regarding her account and we were informed that *** had filed a dispute against the charges with her bank/card service provider. We were then contacted by *** on February 29th 2020, when our representative confirmed the account's status and informed her about the dispute.
We would like to inform you that the account for the product Prache Anti Aging cream has been cancelled out effective from February 7th, 2020. All her bank details have been deactivated and there will be no more charged applied to her account. Furthermore, because of dispute filed, we are no longer authorized to process any refunds or perform any activities onto her account. We suggest *** to contact her bank/card service provider for charge related concerns.

This company uses deceitful and fraudulent practices, making illegal charges to your credit card.
1. I ordered the sample online for the face cream and the serum on January 5, 2020.
2. On the day I left for a trip to Europe (January 17, 2020), I had not yet received the samples.
3. On January 19, exactly 14 days after the order, my credit card was charged for an "automatic monthly refill" of both products. My credit card holder suspected fraud from one company name and refused the payment, but the attempt under a different company name went through and I ended up paying $103.00 for a product that had not even arrived 12 days after ordering? Let's assume it arrived the day after my departure to Europe, January 17, the window of 14 days free trial of the samples, should only start on that day. Consequently, charging the actual products should not happen until the fair 14 days expire, i.e. January 31.
4. Nevertheless, after a long and unhelpful phonecall with a customer service representative, I agreed to send the products back, upon my return to the United States, on January 23, 2020. I received two RMA numbers and reluctantly agreed to pay the $20.00 "restocking fee" and the shipping costs for the return. The RMA numbers are *** and ***.
5. Today, January 30, 2020, I still have not received the items that I am supposed to return. I sent an e-mail to the customer service of this fraudulent company, but no response has been received.

Desired Outcome

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue, so that i will be reimbursed for every penny that has been charged to my credit card. I would also appreciate to receive a confirmation from this company that NO ADDITIONAL charges will ever be made to my credit card as I do NOT want to receive any products from them.

According to our records, *** visited our website and placed an order for our products Prache Anti-Aging serum and Prache Anti-Aging cream on January 5th, 2020. Upon placing the order, *** accepted to our company's terms and conditions which clearly stated that if the customer does not cancel the order within the 14 days trial period, customer would be charged the remaining amount of the product and will be put on the auto shipment subscription.
We would like to apologize for any misunderstanding and inconvenience caused from it. Please allow us to explain that our company doesn't deal in samples or testers. We provide 30-days product with an evaluation period of 14-days that allows our customer to try our product before customer is charged with the actual price of it. Therefore, on January 5th 2020 her account was only charged for shipping of the products and they were delivered to her mailing address on January 20th 2020. Delivery can be verified using USPS tracking number. Following is the tracking number: ***.
Later, at her trial expiration her account was charged with the actual price for the product Prache Anti Aging cream. We attempted to charge product price for Prache Anti Aging serum also but our attempt was rejected by ***'s card company/bank.
In response of the charges made onto her account, *** with her bank representative contacted us on January 19th 2020. In her conversation with our executive, she asked for cancellation of her accounts. Our representative cancelled her account for Prache Anti Aging cream and for cancellation of Prache Anti Aging serum's account she was provided a return authorization number to ship the product back. She was also informed that she could keep the product at a reduced price but she chose to return it, therefore, relevant return information was provided along with 30-days period to return the product and to avoid being charged for it. To cater her refund request for Prache Anti Aging cream, he offered 40%/50% partial refund to *** as it allows customers to keep the product but she refused to accept it. And then threatened to report us to Revdex.com and to post against us on social media. Executive who was trying to help, offered her to return the product for refund and also informed about the restocking fee of $20.00 that applies on every return received at our warehouse. *** agreed to return the product Prache Anti Aging cream also to get her refund. RMA number and all relevant return information was sent through an email.
Few day later on February 5h, 2020, she called again to talk about the products. She was under the impression that she would receive another shipment to return for cancellation and refund. Executive she spoke with explained her that no more shipments would be shipped and that she would have to return the products she received during her trial period.
Now, let us inform you that we received an update from our warehouse regarding arrival of her return on February 15th 2020 due to which her account for Prache Anti Aging serum has also been deactivated. Thus, please be assured that we are no longer authorized to process any payments onto her account as her account for Prache Anti Aging cream is cancelled since January 19th, 2020 and account for Prache Anti Aging serum from February 14th 2020. Furthermore, her bank account has been credited with $83.00. It only takes 3-5 business days to get into the account.

SCAM! I tried the 30 day risk free trial for the Prache collagen retinol cream. Didn't like it. Called to get return information and the guy had me on the phone for 25 minutes he wouldn't take no for an answer. First he tried to extend my trial for another 30 days I said no. Then he tried to extend my trial for 60 days I said no. Then he tried to sell me the product for $51.95 I said no. Then he tried to sell me the product for $21.95 I said no. Then he tried to sell me the product for $19.95. I said no. Then he tried to extend my trial for 70 days I said no. FINALLY he said ok he would send me an "RMA number" for the return via email. Got that immediately but now in the email it says theres a $20 restocking fee. I obviously called my bank and told them that this was a scam so they're not going to allow the company to charge me. But this is the first and last time I will do a 30 day risk-free trial of anything. What a mess!

I just posted on my local Revdex.com site, so I don't know where that review is....however, I agree with all the complaints already listed, as I had a very similar experience. I would add that I never agreed to any of Rollon Skincare ltd.'s attempts to get me to return product, pay a % for the product, or to receive a % of the money back -- I simply called my credit card company to dispute the entire $103 that was fraudulently charged to me. ***FYI, I have my credit card company text me each time a charge is made to my card without the actual physical card --- this way I see any charge immediately that I didn't authorize. I'm sure most credit card companies offer this free service, and you can be on alert/on top of these deceptive business practices before they get your charge processed/money in their pockets.

The problem with the response from Rollon Skin Care is that I did not receive the product within the 14 day trial period, therefore I could not even try the product before I decided if I wanted it or not, even if I had been informed in the ad that there was a trial period, which the ad did not contain. Most importantly, there was absolutely no indication in the ad that I responded to that I was signing up for a subscription, or that I was required to pay full price. How absurd! I paid shipping for a sample, nothing else, as this was the full extent and content of ad!! I repeat: The offer in Rollon's ad was for a sample, for the shipping charge only. I found it to be false advertising to not show in any way, shape or form whatsoever that I was signing up for the full price of the product or for a subscription or for a trial period. This response of feigned innocence from Rollon infers that you think you were completely in the right, when actually you were completely in the wrong. I will never do business with your company ever, no matter how much I may or may not like the product. I do appreciate that you have decided to refund the full charge, and probably because I immediately phoned my credit card company to dispute your fraudulent charge. After reading other customers's postings, it's clear you didn't offer them a full refund you did nothing of the kind except try to 'make deals' about getting more money from them, which is exactly what you tried to do with me for nearly 30 minutes when I called you to protest the charge. So, no, this is not a gracious offer, it was what you needed to do to save face and to look like you're a legitimate business, which you are not.

TOTAL SCAM AND MISLEADING scheme. NO DISCLOSURE OF WHAT YOU ARE GETTING YOURSELF INTO, AS THERE IS NOT EVEN ANY "PRINT" , let alone any"FINE PRINT" I was charged for two separate products, but only received one. Called first time, was told second one on its way. After two weeks, called again, was told they shipped TOGETHER. In order to not have "subscription" product charges, I would have to return BOTH products. Have to return by end of "trial period" - which is arbitrary depending upon with whom you speak. Then they try to charge you 1/2 to keep product. The original email you get has NO confirmation, tracking or other information to give you any leverage whatsoever. If you look at your credit card transaction details, the two products are charged out of two different companies, neither one having anything to do with the original product name promoted. NOTHING ON THE INTERNET IS "FREE"!!

Terrible ***, would never recommend this company to anyone.

Was planning on trying the "free sample", signed up for the shipping price, hit submit received an error, the order did not go through. Tried again, received the same error.
Noticed a $103.00 charge on my bank statement on 2/3 for some muscle pro life, figured someone got a hold of my credit card, canceled the card. Called the 800 number on the bank statement.
Called on Feb3rd, guy said all systems were down call back in 24-48 hrs. Called back the next day to find out that this was actually the 'free sample', I didn't notice the $3.95 charge from the 21st until I started to review my statement in greater detail.
The order was made on Jan19th delivered Feb3rd
I told the guy on the 4th that that I never received anything, he said it was delivered on the 3rd at 3:00 pm. Told him I no longer wanted the product since it was so expensive, he said it was past the 14 day free trail and that I could not return the product. I would also be getting a shipment and charged again on March 3rd. Told him that would not happened because I canceled my debit card, he out me on hold 3 separate times to come back and lower the price if I agreed to stay on the auto ship plan.

I emailed the support team 3 times as well, they said they cannot do anything for me.

I do not want the product for multiple reasons but mostly, how can you start a "free trial" from the date of order 1/19/20 and then send the product AFTER 2/3/20 the free trail period ended! That's a total scam, I should not be held accountable to keep a product that was delivered to me after the trail period, as this is not my error.
At this point I would just like to return the unopened "miracle cream" for a full refund. Looks like I may be stuck with the product, since the company is not willing to take responsibility for their shipping error.

While reviewing her accounts with us, we've noticed that *** called our customer support center on January 24th, 2020 regarding one of the products which was Prache Anti Aging cream. In her conversation with our executive, she asked for cancellation of her account. Our representative explained the trail program to *** as she was unaware of it and also tried to help by offering different sorts of discounts for future deliveries. She seemed unhappy in continuing with discounted price, therefore; our executive asked her to pay 50% of the actual price of the product for cancellation as it allows our customers to keep the remaining portion of the product. He even tried to reduce it to just $19.99 after consultation but the offer was rejected by ***. Representative then asked her to return the product for cancellation, but she denied it. Therefore, no cancellation agreement was made on January 24th, 2020.
On the other hand, due to no response from ***, her trial got expired and she got billed with the actual price of the product Prache Anti Aging serum on Jan 24th, 2020. Our system also tried to process a charge for the product Prache Anti Aging Cream as she had refused to return it. But our attempts to charge product price were rejected by her card services or bank and in-result her account got canceled for it.
Let us inform you that the account for Prache Anti Aging cream is canceled effective from February 10th, 2020 and account for Prache Anti Aging serum is canceled out effective from February 12th 2020. All her bank details have been deactivated, and we are no longer authorized to process any payments onto her account.

Order placed on 12/26/2019, called and to cancel 01/07/20... within 14 days trial period.. ad states 'no risk of redness or burning' False advertising
12/26/19 - placed an online order for 2 skincare products from Prache. Receipt states "order scheduled to arrive by Dec 31, 2019. Order arrived January 6, 2020. Overnight use resulted in red, burning skin... call to customer service resulted in a :20 minute hold before a rep came on the line. Repeated requests to stop, cease and desist, resulted in upsell attempts... ad states "You can cancel anytime by calling ***". Representative states he could not cancel my order, but would have a supervisor return my call within 48 hours.... at which point I am no longer protected under the 14 day trial period.

Desired Outcome

Cease and desist from unauthorized charges, will go after damages not limited to legal fees will attach Rollon Skin Care / dba Prache in a class action to end their deceitful practice. I have additional photos of my cellphone log showing date/time and duration of call.

Converse to what the business has stated, multiple calls to the customer service manager resultS in stall tactics... with callbacks promised time after time with no response.
A class action suit is building against the company over social media due to others having been "taken" by misleading, deceptive marketing.

This company preys on older people. It's a try for 14 day trial and quit but the product doesn't arrive until the 15th day. Then they charge $109.00 for their Prache K eye beauty and $103.00 for their S King Glamor Serum in ADDITION to the $3.95 and $5.95 gotcha offer. When you try to cancel the phone number is "UNATTENDED." My niece found numbers with the help of grandma's bank. Mom thinks she's gotten it cancelled for about $50.00 in the end but she also had to kill her charge card. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

My mother's name is Charlotte ***. The order was placed on 01.03.2020. Her card was charged on 01.03.02 and 01.06.20 for the $3.95 and $5.95. The products did not arrive until the 15th day. Card ended in 3290. After several phone calls, the cancellation number is XXXXX but she was charged an additional $19.99 for each product and did not receive any additional products for the fee. She does not want any more product. She broke out from it.

Charge credit card without authorization.
Went on Web site to try out product free trial, After putting in all your payment information shipping information next page tells you the obligations for the of free trial I decided not to try the product because of the monthly payment they were requesting. So when I backed out of the site because I no longer wanted the product I forgot to remove my credit card information so they just went ahead and charged my card without my authorization and shipped me the free trial and expect me to pay the ridiculous amount of a $103 & some cents per month after speaking with one of their representatives they told me I could pay a 1 time fee of $19.99 and it would cancel out any further withdrawals from my account which I don't believe is going to happen as my account says it's a re accurring charge I called once the again and all I get is the run around promises but no action this company needs to be put out
of country not just out of business.

Desired Outcome

Stop any and all charges to my credit card account re occurring or otherwise.

But later on the same day, she contacted us for the same charge. Our support executive she spoke with, explained her the program as she was unaware of it. He also tried to help *** by offering discount for future deliveries (like reducing product price to $59/$49) or shipping product for a month at no cost. But because she was looking for cancellation, our executive assisted her with it by deactivating her account. She was very concerned about the charge, she even informed us of her ban's involvement is this matter. Our support executive who had offered to refund 40% of the product price, provided a 50% refund after consulting with his superiors and *** agreed to it.
Our records also indicate that on December 6th 2019, *** called us regarding the charge of Prache Anti Aging cream. She got her account cancelled but couldn't get her refund processed as the line was disconnected while she was having conversation with our executive about refund.
On December 11th 2019, we received an update from our team in which *** had filed a dispute against the charges with her bank or financial institution.
We would like to inform you that her accounts for Prache Anti Aging cream and Prache Anti Aging serum have both been deactivated effective from December 06th, 2019. Furthermore, charges have been disputed by her bank, therefore; we are unable to issue any refunds or make any changes to her account. By submitting an order for a trial offer, you agree to pay a non-refundable shipping and handling fee as will be detailed on the Website prior to checkout, but is generally less than $6.95. Please note that shipping and handling fee will appear as two separate charges on your credit card statement.
If you are not satisfied with the Product in your trial offer, you should immediately contact customer service representatives to process a cancellation. Alternatively, you may send an email with "Cancellation" as the written subject heading, to ***. In the event that your email fails to contain the appropriate subject heading, your cancellation may not be processed.
Your 14-day trial offer use period begins from the date your order is submitted on the Website. To avoid automatic enrollment in a subscription, you must cancel your trial before expiration of the 14-day trial period. If you cancel your Subscription before the end of the 14-day trial offer use period, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number via email to return the Product. Returns of the Product must be made within 14 days from the date the RMA issues. If the Company receives the product within the 14 day return period, the Company: (1) WILL NOT charge you for the Product (but the Company does not refund amounts paid for shipping and handling); (2) WILL NOT enroll you in a subscription; and (3) WILL NOT send any additional Product to you. Typically, Products are delivered within three to five business days from the order date. If you do not receive your Product within five business days after placing an order, please contact our customer service representative for an estimated delivery date and/or tracking information.
In the event that you do not cancel, in writing, before the end of the 14-day trial offer period, the Company will automatically enroll you in a subscription and charge the credit/debit card on file with your account the full retail price for Product each month as posted on the Website. The trial offer comes with a full 30-day supply.
REFUND POLICY AND PROCEDURE.
All sales are final once the Company delivers the Product to the carrier. However, the Company, in its sole discretion, may offer a refund of up to the purchase price for authorized, returned products. The Company is entitled to retain a restocking fee of $20.00 or 20% of the total purchase price, whichever is greater. Due to the nature of the Product, the Company can only process refund for unused Product returned in an acceptable condition suitable for resale, received within 30 days from the date the order is placed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call customer service at ***, and a customer service representative will assist you in processing any eligible refund request pursuant to the Company's Refund Policy and in the Company's sole discretion.
To properly ensure the processing of an authorized refund, and as a requirement of our Refund Policy and Procedure, you must call customer service to obtain an RMA number and to process your refund request. By way of illustration and not limitation, packages marked "Return to Sender" or "Refused" WILL NOT be eligible for refunds. All refund requests require three to five business days for approval.
By completing an order, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by the Refund Policy and Procedure stated herein. You also acknowledge and understand that adherence to the Refund Policy and Procedure is strictly required and is your sole responsibility. You acknowledge that failure to follow the Refund Policy and Procedure, including you are obtaining an authorized RMA, may result in Company's inability to authorize or process a refund.
Case Summary:
According to our records, *** placed an order for our products Prache Anti-Aging serum and Prache Anti-Aging cream on December 17th, 2019. Upon placing the order, *** accepted to our company's terms and conditions, which clearly stated that if the customer does not cancel the order within the 14 days trial period, customer would be charged the remaining amount of the product and will be put on the auto shipment subscription.
On December 27th, 2019 *** called our support department to cancel her accounts. Our representative elaborated our company and program policies to her. She threatened our representative that she would contact her Credit Card Company. Our policies state that, if a customer wishes to cancel within the trial or requires a refund; customers need to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number from our support department and return the products back. As she refused to all of our cancellation options, our representative forwarded her cancellation request to our higher authorities for further consideration.
Now, after the expiration of her trial; she was charged with the actual cost of the products on December 31st, 2019. However, her account was also canceled effective immediately after the charge went through in order to avoid her enrollment in our monthly subscription program. She contacted us again on January 01st, 2020 to request a cancellation and demand a refund for the serum. Our representative confirmed her the cancellation of her accounts and proceeded with assisting her with refund. She informed our representative that she returned our products back and gave him a tracking number. The tracking number showed that, the package was delivered to our address on December 30th, 2019. The tracking number is as follows:

However, as mentioned above; we have a return policy as per which, every customer is obligated to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number to return our merchandise back in an authorized way. As she denied previously obtaining the RMA Number; hence, our representative informed her that she returned the products back in an unauthorized way. She started threatening our representative that she would contact the Attorney General and would contact her bank therefore; our representative offered her a 70% refund as an exception on courtesy basis. But she refused to accept the offer and disconnected the line. Our representative went ahead and forwarded her details to our warehouse department and to our higher authorities for further consideration. Later on the same day, she called us again and demanded a refund for the charge of both products. Our representative went ahead with assisting her. He went through the notes of our previous representative and realized that, *** was requesting refund for an unauthorized returned package. Therefore, he proceeded with explaining to her the return policy and offered her the same 70% refund that was offered previously. As she refused to the offer again; thus, our representative went ahead and forwarded her request again to our higher authorities for further consideration.
Moving forward, our higher authorities made an exception, processed a full refund for the charge of the serum on January 23rd, 2020, and were in the process of reviewing the charge for the cream. However, on February 11th, 2020 *** proceeded with filing a dispute against the charge for the cream. Therefore, our support department lost the access to process any activities on the account and our legal team is dealing the matter now.

Since this company states "their Legal team is dealing with the matter now" and coupled with my not having any written documentation from my bank as yet, I cannot accept the their response. This company has a Revdex.com documented bad reputation for these practices.Unfortunately not everyone files formal complaints so they continue to do business. This experience dealing with them has taught me a very good lesson that the old adage still holds true BUYER BEWARE! When this companies Legal team completes their task and I receive all the refunds as well as their response indicating that all charges are removed then I can respond to futher.
