According to our records, *** visited our website and placed an order for our products Prache Anti-Aging serum and Prache Anti-Aging cream on October 12th, 2019. Upon placing the order, *** accepted to our company's terms and conditions which clearly stated that if the customer does not cancel the order within the 14 days trial period, customer would be charged the remaining amount of the product and will be put on the auto shipment program.

Therefore, initially her account was only charged with shipping and handling for the products Prache Anti-Aging serum and Prache Anti-Aging cream, and complete 30-days products were sent out along with 14-days trial period to determine their effectiveness. The products were shipped using USPS (United States Postal Services) and were delivered on October 19th, 2019. Following is the tracking number for you convenience: ***. Customer has full rights to request cancellation at any time to avoid being charged for the products.

When her 14-days trial ended, as per the terms and conditions, we tried to charge her account with the actual price of the products but all our attempts were rejected by her bank or financial institution. In-result her accounts with us got automatically cancelled.

Please be informed that the account for the product Prache Anti Aging cream has been cancelled out effective from November 1st 2019 and account for Prache Anti Aging serum from November 5th, 2019. All her bank details have been deactivated and we can no longer process any transactions onto her account. We would also like to inform you that our company has no association with "Pinnacle Law Group". We don't expect any more payments from ***. Therefore, we suggest to ignore any letter received in this regards.

I never purchased any Prache Products. Thank You

This is an absolute SCAM and should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered a Free Sample for Shipping charge and was then charged $103. I spoke with a rep who's final offer was to refund my money after the a *** lot of negotiation they sent me the tracking number was provided and to charge me a $20 restocking fee. I'm not sure why you are trying to "restock" used cream. THIS IS NON SENSE!!!!! Please don't get into their scam

Deceptive practices for skincare program and inability to cancel member program.
I signed up for skin care product on 2 Mar 2020 with the terms to cancel within 14 days. I called X-XXX-XXX-XXXX to cancel today and was told I had to pay to cancel The program. The terms and conditions on the order submission page does not state a cancellation fee. It states call and cancel within 14 days After 14 days you will be charged $103. The customer service rep who said his name is *** said he would cancel my program for $19.99. This is not in the terms and conditions.

Upon placing the order, *** accepted to our company's terms and conditions which clearly stated that if the customer does not cancel the order within the 14 days trial period, customer would be charged the remaining amount of the product and will be put on the auto shipment program.

Initially, ***'s bank account was only charged with shipping and handling for the products Prache Anti-Aging serum and Prache Anti-Aging cream, and complete 30-day products were shipped along with 14-days trial period to determine their effectiveness. Customer has full rights to request cancellation at any time to avoid being charged for the products. The products were shipped using USPS (United States Postal Services) and following is the tracking number which can be used for verification of delivery: ***.
While reviewing her account details, we noticed that *** called us on March 13th 2020 to know more about trial program and to request cancellation. Our support executive explained the program, updated her with delivery status of the products. He also offered to reship the products at no extra cost along with extension in trial period for her to freely evaluate them. He even informed *** that he could reduce the actual price of the products to $59.00/49.00. But because she wanted to cancel her accounts, he introduced her to our easy cancellation offer which allows our customers to keep the products received during the trial period. It also cancels out any account or services at just the cost of $19.99. She refused to pay $19.99 for each product in order to keep them and to obtain cancellation. Our executive then requested *** to return the products with return merchandise authorization numbers but she didn't agree to it. The case was then escalated over to the management and unfortunately no agreement was made on that day.

Therefore, at expiration of trial period, as per the terms and conditions, her bank account was charged with the actual price of the products on March 18th 2020. In response, *** called our support center again inquiring about the charges and requested refund. Our executive offered to resend the products at no extra cost, also offered to provide 40/50% partial refund but she seemed unhappy with his offers as she informed to report us to Revdex.com. He then offered to provide RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers to return the products for refund, she agreed to it. $20.00 restocking fee was completely waived off as she made us aware of her dissatisfaction towards it. We also confirmed her that no restocking fee would be applied in our multiple interactions with ***.
On March 30th 2020, *** called us and gave a tracking number after returning the products. After verification of delivery, our executive provided her with the full refund and also sent confirmation emails to her email adddress.

We would like to inform you that the account for the products Prache Anti Aging cream and Prache Anti Aging serum are both cancelled effective from March 18th, 2020. Furthermore, her account was credited with $103.00 and $109.00 on March 30th, 2020. All her bank details have been deactivated and we can no longer process any transactions onto her account.

A charge for $109 appeared on my account. I called the company to inquire about the charge. The sales person, ***, insisted I had ordered the product. I assured him I had Not ordered any such thing, perhaps my information had been compromised.

After a half hour discussion of me disputing the call and insisting on a complete immediate refund or I would go to all manner of federal agencies with information against his company, including illegal/fraudulent use of the Internet, he finally said when the company received the product back, I would be issued a refund less a restocking fee. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED SUCH A PRODUCT. I assured *** IF and WHEN I received the product, it would be returned. He insisted they would charge the restocking fee and I insisted that was unacceptable as I did not order the product in the first place.
This is a Very disreputable, despicable company that should be thoroughly investigated!

We are really sorry to hear about ***'s experience with us and apologize for the inconvenience caused. Please allow us to explain that our company doesn't deal in samples or free products. We offer 30-days products to our customers with 14-days of trial period to determine their effectiveness. If a customer isn't satisfied with the products he/she has full rights to request cancellation in order to avoid being charged for the products.
Therefore, on February 4th 2020, ***'s account was charged with shipping and handling for the products Prache Anti Aging serum and Prache Anti Aging cream. The orders and charges were all approved by her bank/card service provider due to which products were shipped out using USPS services and can be tracked using following tracking number: ***.
Later, at the end of 14-days trial period, ***'s bank account was charged with the actual price of the products that she had received during the trial period.
*** contacted us on March 12th 2020 regarding one of the charge which was billed for Prache Anti Aging serum. Our representative explained the program to her as she was unaware of it. She stated that she never ordered it and also informed us that she would reach out Federal Bureau of Investigation, Social Media and Revdex.com in this matter. Executive immediately helped her with cancellation of account and also offered his help by offering 40/50% refund. However, *** refused to accept a partial refund. Understanding her point of view, he then provided a return merchandise authorization number and requested to return the product for refund. $20.00 restocking fee applies on every returned item we receive but it was completely waived off in this case and she was told that she would get a full refund as soon as the product arrives at our facility.
While the account for the product Prache Anti Aging cream remained active and due to her enrollment into our monthly subscription program, we tried to charge her account for the 2nd shipment of Prache Anti Aging cream. It didn't get approved and her account got cancelled.
Ever since, we have not been contacted by *** and neither have received any update on her return. We did receive an update from our team on April 30th, 2020 about *** filing a dispute against the charge with the help of her bank or financial institution.
Please be informed that the account for the product Prache Anti Aging serum has been cancelled out effective from March 12th, 2020 and account for Prache Anti Aging cream has been cancelled out effective from April 12th, 2020. All her bank details have been deactivated and we can longer process any transactions onto her account. Because of disputed filed, we aren't authorized to process any refunds or to perform any activities on your Prache Anti Aging cream's account. We suggest you to contact your bank for charge related concerns.

I certainly did NOT see all the information claimed in the disclosure. I did call the company early in the morning of March 12 when I noted the $109 charge. After a lengthy heated discussion with the rep he did issue a RMA number but ADAMANTLY insisted there would be a restocking fee AND a shipping fee when the merchandise was returned. (Lie about any waiver!) I NEVER received the merchandise other than the 14 day trial sample.
The company has my address-they could mail me a refund check. Please pursue with company and record as not resolved to customer satisfaction.

We sincerely apologize for any misunderstanding and for inconvenience caused from it. Rollon Skin Care LTD doesn't deal in samples or testers. We offer 30-days products with an evaluation period of 14-days for our customers to determine their effectiveness before they pay for them or get enrolled into our monthly subscription program. Therefore, at expiration of trial period, her bank account was charged for the products she had received during the trial period.
However, as noticed, charge posted on her account for the product Prache Anti Aging serum is disputed as a chargeback is filed on it. We are unable to cater her refund request on this transaction due to the chargeback. We suggest to contact bank or card service provider in this matter.

I received a collection notice from Pinnacle Law Group representing a creditor named Armadillo Agency LLC, and Prache Anti-Aging Cream.
My free trial sample, with no indication of charges amounting to $103 was never mentioned in the ad or any paperwork that might have accompanied it. Therefore, when a charge for $103 appeared on my card, my credit card company notified me, and the charge was declined.
This is so obviously a scam and I will be contacting my lawyer to attend to this unless I hear of a retraction from all parties involved.

Thought I was getting free sample, pay shipping charges only, only to be charged $220 on the date I ordered trial sample and $230 the next month.
Spoke a customer service, couldn't understand due to thick accent. Supposedly no more charges, no more shipments, refund on charges. Had to cancel bank card and file fraud with bank to credit all the charges.

Stop sending products and refund amount charged. Via check since I've had to cancel card.

Upon placing the order, *** accepted to our company's terms and conditions which clearly stated that if the customer does not cancel the order within the 14 days trial period, customer would be charged the remaining amount of the product and will be put on the auto shipment subscription.
We are sorry for any misunderstanding and inconvenience caused from it. Please allow us to explain that our company doesn't deal in samples or free products. We offer 30-days products to our customers with 14-days of trial period to determine their effectiveness. Due to enrollment into our monthly subscription program, her account was then charged for a 2nd shipment on February 22nd 2020 and on March 6th 2020.***
*** contacted us on March 1st 2020 and requested cancellation of Prache Anti Aging cream as it hadn't met her expectations. Our support representative explained the program and charges which had been posted on her account. He then tried to help and offered to reduce product price to $59/49 for future deliveries. *** didn't want to continue with it so she got her account cancelled. Our representative also tried to compensate her by offering to ship a product at no cost and by offering a partial 50% refund of the most recent charge. *** didn't seem happy with it so he then offered to refund 70% of the most recent charge, allowing her to keep the product and she agreed to it.
On the other hand, account for Prache Anti Aging serum remained active. Few charge attempts were made onto her account for this product but they were all rejected by her bank or card service provider. In result, account for the product Prache Anti Aging serum got cancelled on April 18th, 2020.
Please be informed that the account for the product Prache Anti Aging cream has been cancelled out effective from March 1st, 2020 and account for Prache Anti Aging serum has been cancelled out effective from April 18th, 2020. All her bank details have been deactivated and we can no longer process any transactions onto her account. Furthermore, an amount of $72.10 has been credited into her bank account on March 1st, 2020. We've made multiple attempts to contact *** regarding her request but was unable to reach out.

As I stated before, bank was not charged shipping on the day of my order but instead was charged for full price as outlined in my above case. When I contacted customer support, told them the product did not perform as promised, he agreed to refund $70+/-. I asked that no other shipments or charges be sent. He said they'd already shipped and that I could keep it free of charge. I was fine w that, even though I stressed I did not want to receive further shipments, because there would be no other charges period. I received not only that shipment but another after! Bank continued to be charged. Total of $450+/-! No shipping charhed from first trial order ever appeared on bank statement! During my conversation with rep he stressed that I wouldn't receive any more shipments (save the one already on the way) or charges. I received another shipment after that plus additional charges. Since he credited $70+/- the total amount charged to bank was $380 +/-. The bank would not refund any charges, saying they'd contacted companies and that I had kept the shipments.
I wonder if there's a way to hear my actual phone conversation with their customer support?
At no time did their support offer to refund entire amount as is stated in their response above.
They outright lied to me during the phone call.
One last comment... in February, the email from them alerting me to upcoming charges had an "invoice" link that didn't even work. They're deceitful. Three companies bearing "prache" name? It's just another way to confuse and steal people's hard earned money.

Our support executive immediately deactivated her account and provided a cancellation confirmation number.
Then on February 26th 2020, *** called our support center regarding the charge which was for the product Prache Anti Aging cream. In her conversation with our executive she requested cancellation of account and refund of the charge. Our representative first offered to provide discount but after being informed that price was not her main concern, he deactivated the account and informed *** that he would also process 50% refund of the charge. *** refused to accept partial refund but agreed to return the product for refund. Representative provided a return merchandise authorization number along with 30-days return period. She was also informed about the $20.00 restocking fee which applies on every return received.
Few moments later, *** called us again about her account of Prache Anti Aging serum to request a refund. While our representative was informing her about cancellation, *** told him that she would report us to Revdex.com. As Gerri was very concerned about the charge, he offered to provide 50% refund but she refused it. She agreed to return the product, therefore, RMA number and other relevant information was provided. However, few days later, we were contacted by Gerri about restocking fee. She had objections on $20.00 restocking and she informed us about her Attorney's involvement in this matter. Understanding her point of view, our representative exceptionally waived off the restocking fee for both products.
It was March 12th 2020 when *** called us to share the tracking number with us. After confirmation with USPS, we provided her with full refund of both transactions.
Please be informed that the account for the product Prache Anti Aging serum has been cancelled out effective from February 22nd, 2020 and account for Prache Anti Aging cream has been cancelled out effective from February 26th, 2020. Face it, this business is a scam,they say the terms are clear but look at all the complaints that it isn't.I didn't even have the product for 14 days before I was charged. No where did they give the price of $103&$109 for a 1/2oz &1oz bottle, not even when I received it, it just showed up on my credit card. They wanted $20 each for restocking fees, when they finally agreed after several calls to waive it, I asked for an email stating that, which they didn't send until I called again. How many people are they ripping off?

I am disputing claim from debt collector for products I have not received. This is the first notice of any delinquent debt I have received. I was scammed . the product broke out my face on the second use .I called and cancelled .on the third day . but came to see the company tried to charge me $103 .. Saying they had no information yet was given a ref # and I recalled the company I was told to send product back .. Which I did they sent me a email at 3:10 am. 3/11 Saying they never recieved it . liars I sent it on march 4 at 8:36 am .. And called their company with tracking number at 8:38.am.. 3/X XXXX.. To verify .the company had it four days .but claim they didnt.. Prash is a scamming company .I recorded the conversation and I asked the man name dave . why this action of denial and asked him how many others have they attempted to gouge money from. He never would answer . I was so mad I cursed him and dont feel bad . I think this company is an absolute SCAM and should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered a Free Sample for Shipping charge and was then charged $103. I spoke with a rep who's final offer was to refund my money after the tracking number was provided and to charge me a $20 restocking fee. I'm not sure why you are trying to "restock" used cream. I explained that is not a solution and asked for a manager. A manager was not available at the time and I was PROMISED to have a call back in a FEW HOURS. This was at 11am. NO call all day even after sending 2 more emails. I called back the next morning and got another gentleman who said he will do it for $10 restocking fee as soon as they receive the tracking number. It has now been returned and a tracking number provided but now they want to wait until the receive the item. My account is now OVERDRAWN!!!!!! Are they also going to pay the overdraft fee they caused? I literally have an attorney and I will be asking on how to go forward and what I can do about this. Looking at all of these reviews I am not sure how this place exists. Crooks and thieves. Pretty soon after the Revdex.com and my attorney they will wish they paid back my money without question. Really better come up with a pretty quick and comfortable solution before this ends badly. If I even see so much as one more charge from this company it will be over for them, maybe soon after my attorney is done looking into this.

A continuing horrible experience. Falsely advertised low-priced samples on Facebook with no mention of trial periods or potential future billings. Shocked & surprised to see charges of $103 & $109 show up on my account unauthorized. I was given a complete run-around which finally culminated in a promise to return the two charges if I mailed back the samples. I returned the products yet the story keeps changing as to when the credit will be issued. I have spoken with three representatives. Still no reimbursement for the money stolen from me by this outfit. Beware.

ONLY then did he seem to understand me and said immediately "no, don't do that. I cancel future order. You will not receive more." Gave me a canx number which is probably useless.

I never received the box until after I found the charge on my statement and reported it for fraud. Then the box came. I talked to my bank and they said to send the box back and I should receive a refund. But Rollon skin care refuses to refund my money even if I send the package back!! This is a total fraud. I read the ad that it was a free sample and you only had to pay shipping. First, I received 2 charges for shipping and then only received one package. All of a sudden I got charges on my credit card. Thought it was fraud so I cancelled it. Now got another charge. I am sending back the samples, didn't even open the box. Two separate charges were on the card from yoursparklingeyes and silky-smooth-skin. Be aware that the "free sample" is misleading and they will try to make you pay for it. I am very unhappy and it seems that they do this to everyone.

SCAM is putting it mildly. I phoned and 855# on 2/18/20 prior to placing my order since the AD on Facebook had NO fine print, no warning about joining a subscription, etc. The guy I spoke with, heavy Indian accent, assured me there were no hidden fees or charges, that I could cancel within 14 days of placing the order. Of course, the order didn't arrive until 6 days later. I phoned 3 different numbers today to cancel and of course it's a scam, they want to charge me for half price of this ***. I am about to take a trip to Palm Springs and I think I'll stop in Palmdale to see if this company really exists. I will yell and scream and maybe even take a policeman with me. Brace yourselves, a'holes....you're messin with the wrong woman!!!!!!!!!

This company charged my card without my permission. They claimed I signed up via email for a product and charged my account $103.00. Scam!
On 2-5-20 I called the company to see why my credit card was charged $103. They claim that I signed up for this product and was going to give me a 30 day trial and I never signed up for this product. The customer service representative name was *** and he argued with me for 30 minutes. He argued with me for 30 minutes saying I was going to have to pay a restocking fee for the product. He told me if I return it within 30 days I will get a full refund. He was very rude and impatient when I told him that I did not sign up for this. He gave me a return number to put on the box.That return number Is ***.

A full refund on my card that was charged.

This is a scam. When I first saw the ad it looked like it was coming from Macy, which it was not. I did not receive any information about a 14 day trial period. In fact there was no paper work at all in the box when I received the product. They charged my credit card $103.00. I phoned and they told me I would get a refund of $83.00 when I send the jar back. I did so the first of Dec. 2019 and still have not heard from them.

I finally received an email on March 4th. I contacted them on their web site and told them I had a tracking number, date and time it was received and where should I send this information. I also phoned and asked to speak to a customer Support Manager and was told no one was available and someone would contact me by phone or email. within 24 - 48 hours. That was March 6. So fair I have had no response. This has been going on since the end of November 2019.

Almost 6 months later and I have not received my refund of $83.00. They told me that they had processed it in March 25, 2020 and I have yet to get it. I have talked to *** about 6 times since then and still no respond .Each time they say that someone will contact me in 24 hrs. If they did they never left a message for me to return the call. They have my email. Now they are blaming it on the virus.

It seems they are telling me the same lies every time I phone. This has been going on since Dec. 2019. HELP

I don't even know who this company is or what prache cream is. I don't know why I received an email with a tracking number for something I never ordered. I called the phone number I found on Google but got no answer. Hopefully I'm not charged for whatever this is and I didn't order anything.
