Wish I had googled reviews prior to ordering my "free" sample. If you are reading this STAY AWAY from this company. They say it's free and then send full size and try to charge you for keeping the rest. When I contacted them to return they gave me the run around trying to sell me more things. I insisted on a return and full refund so first giving me the wrong return address. Then they gave me one return code that I had to write on the package. Then when I called back after shipping it with the tracking #, they told me that number was only returning 1 of the items. I just spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to fix and still not resolved.

Online "free Sample" Scam. Please do not give them credit card info, especially debit card info.
I sent an email Cancellation just as advised, in online add instructions, 7 days after receiving product.
They admit receiving it, but won't return my now approx $600 credit card debt with them. The email wasn't enough they said.

I too ordered their "trial" face cream and was charged $109. When I ordered the trial, I believed it to be a "sample" I was paying only shipping on; there was no advertising clarity that this was a 14-day trial period for the cream. There was no communication in terms of order confirmation or company contact information after the trial was ordered. My bank shows the charges from an escort service...for face cream. And the bank was unable to cancel the transaction as they "are blocked by the company from cancelling the charge" so I have to proceed with a purchase dispute. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with Rollon Skin Care Ltd. and couldn't even get them to agree to tell me they wouldn't charge my card anymore even after I told them that they do not have my permission. There was no refund offered outside of the next deal they offered, where the product was half off. I directly asked for the company contact information (name, headquarters, phone, address, etc) to report a dispute and was refused the information and a supervisor. I was advised that my claim would be escalated to a manager who may or may not contact me. They hung up on me because they "couldn't prolong" the call any longer, provided no answers to my direct questions, and suspiciously sent me an email (I've never received one before) after the call saying my accounts were cancelled; yes, apparently I had multiple accounts with this company. I've had to cancel my card since they have all the information they need to continue charging me (my bank advised this and agreed that this is a suspicious company) and I am still out the $109.

Do not trust a company that does not provide their phone number. have a valid Website. They have charged me considerable amounts for undelivered items that were charged to my credit card. I have seen moderate improvement in my skin appearance but certainly not worth what I was being charged for products not received. They did not use the name Prache in any of their credit card debits. I did not receive any emailed confirmations. I believe that These are misleading and unethical business transactions. I will be looking into other business names that they may be using.

I ordered FREE samples for shipping cost of 3.95. They sent me and billed my credit care for an additional product, which I DECLINED on the order form for 5.95. I didn't receive the product for 5 days and they billed an additional amount of $103.00 to my credit card!!!! They advertised FREE. I called and they said I had been given full size products which I had 14 days to return! There was NO MENTION of that on the site I ordered from!!!! I sent the products back immediately and they had already taken the money even before the 14 days of my receiving it!!!! This company has scammed many people by the comments I have seen online. Some for over 200.00!!!!
They offered me a 50% refund and I said I wanted a full refund, then they offered me a 60% refund and I said no. I have put in a dispute of these charges with my bank and I hope these people will be put out of business for their unethical business practices!!

Huge scam. First they add products to your order that you specifically declined and then charge you for it.
But worst of all is that they charge you 109 dollars after 14 days stating that it was in fact a subscription that you had signed up for. They tell you that they tried to contact you to confirm that you wish to continue with their subscription and just went ahead and assumed you wish for 109 dollars to be drawn out of your account for a product that many reviewers are confirming doesn't even work.
When you call to get a refund and stop the subscription you never signed up for, they tell you that you can only receive 50 percent of the money they stole from you back. I am still waiting for that 50 percent

This is the biggest scam I have ever come across. I ordered a sample and a couple of weeks later they charged my account for 212.00. What a ripoff don't be sucked in by them.

This is a scam. Don't fall for it. And don't provide a form of payment or you will be charged again and again.

I signed up for skin cream product advertised pay shipping only. There was no information about membership or any other charges visible to me with the order form.Over the weekend I noticed 2 changes on my bank account $109 & &103.I went to my bank and cancelled my debit and completed a complaint.They told me to call the company. I called X-XXX-XXX-XXXX and spoke with a man named Vernon Jones. I asked for the $212 to be refunded. BHe put me on hold to speak with a supervisor and came back on the line and offered me a 40% refund. I told him I wanted a 100% refund. He put me on hold a second time and then came back and offered a 50% refund. I told him I wanted the $212 refunded and he again put me on hold and the came back offering a 60% refund. I too have a problem with Rollon Skin Care. I ordered only a trial and was later charged over a hundred dollars. I only used their product once and offered to send it back. I want my money back and they refused to send it back. They offered to give me 50% back, but I would like 100% back. I do realize that I did not read the the well enough. This company is not a member of Revdex.com, but thought I would let you know. Thank you

Every phone number I have for them, it rings one time and goes to a busy signal. I also was charged a lot of money and now I want to be sure it doesn't happen again next month. I also emailed them several times and have received no reply. How do you all finally get through to them?

It is a scam. I thought I was paying for shipping only on a sample. Then my bank account was charged $109 by Cream Aims,Utah and $103 by Eye Lookspro.
I called Cream Aims and they knew about both charges. I spoke with a man named Vernon Jones and asked for a refund. I was put on hold 3 times while he spoke with a supervisor. I was offered a 40% refund, then 50% and finally 60%. I asked to speak his supervisor and was told he was unavailable.
I filed a complaint with the FTC and will file a complaint with the Revdex.com.

Upon checking on the box, the terms of the program appears on the screen. When customer reads the all the terms and scroll down, the "Accept" button is activated at the end. Once the customer accepts the terms and click on "Submit" button the order goes through and shipping and charges are applied. However, we would like you to review our policies. Case Summary:
According to our records, *** visited our website and placed an order for the products Prache Anti-Aging serum and Prache Anti-Aging cream on January 28th, 2019. Upon placing the order, *** accepted to our company's terms and conditions which clearly stated that if the customer does not cancel the order within the 14 days trial period, customer would be charged the remaining amount of the products and will be put on the auto shipment program.
Our records show that on January 28th, 2019, *** called us and requested cancellation on for the account of Prache Anti-Aging cream. Therefore, our representative went ahead and cancelled that account effective immediately and processed a refund for the shipping charge she paid.
Now, as she only requested cancellation for Prache Anti-Aging cream; the order for that product was successfully terminated but her other account for Prache Anti-Aging serum was still active. After her 14-days trial expired for the serum, she was charged for the actual cost of the product on February 11th, 2019 and was enrolled in our monthly subscription. On March 1st, 2019 she called us to inquire about the charge which was billed on her account, our representative gave a detailed and an elaborated explanation of the program that was agreed upon to place the order. However, she did informed our representative that she already filled in a request of cancellation on January 28th, 2019, our representative informed her that the request she made was for only one product and not for both. She got upset and threatened our representative that she would take legal advice and demanded a refund. Hence, our representative offered her a 40% refund to which she refused and demanded a full refund, so our representative offered her a 50% refund, she accepted that but also demanded a refund for the remaining amount. Thus, our representative went ahead and forwarded her request for the full refund to our managers for further consideration.
Furthermore, if *** requires any further assistance, she could always contact us on our 24/7 customer support and we could always see what we could do to satisfy her.

When I cacncelled the subscription I was unaware there was two separate subscriptions involved. The representative did not mention only one thing was being cancelled. My intent was complete cancellation on the same date I ordered the initial product.

I just found 103.00 taken out of my account. I saw an ad on facebook for free skin cream pay shipping only. So I said Okay that sounds cool. I saw two small charges taken out of my account got the cream and then saw today my checking account had the 103.00 charge on it. I immediately called my bank and they said it was a recurring charge and I freaked out. I told them I did not authorize it. She blocked the company from taking any further money from me. I can't believe there are people like this out there. It was for Prache cream. The bank said the phone number they had was a UK number but it was missing two digits. They are investigating and I hope I get my money back. I'm glad nothing bounced in the meantime. These people are frauds. Do not get anything from them.

The product is nice, BUT, I could not afford to buy additional bottles of anti aging cream and eye serum . I called to cancel future orders and they insisted I choose between two options: 1) Send both bottles back and get no more bills or 2) pay $109 for the two items I had already used (which were supposed to be free TRIALS!) They steadfastly refused to just issue me a cancellation number for future orders. I was outraged, but obviously chose to send the bottles back to them. I am NOT a happy customer!

The trial was not a trial. It was an order for over $200. After a credit card alert they were willing to let me return the serum with a RMA number. The cream I could keep if they credited me 41.20.
We will see how this works out

It is a scam. The 14 day trial period starts from the day it's shipped. I emailed 2 days too late thinking I was in the trial period. They stuck me for over $200 and will only refund half. It broke my face out. Don't buy it unless you want to keep it.

Thought I was paying shipping and handling. ($3.95) for a free sample.They bill your card over $100 if you do not return product within 14 days. I ordered it a week ago and still haven't received it. Tracking said product is in Houston and will be delivered here in a day or 2...It is impossible to cancel the order until you actually have the product and can mail it back. Kind of difficult to do when it hasn't been delivered yet. VERY frustrated. Spent over an hour trying to have them cancel my order to no avail.

My information had been compromised with the Experian hack and I believe this company - who also goes by GloriousSkins.com and Best Eye buys stolen information and charges their accounts. In January I missed 2 small charges of around $4 or so on my bank account by both GloriousSkins.com and Best Eye. In February, I noticed 2 charges of over $100 on my account and looked into the businesses then alerted my bank to the fraudulent charges and closed my card.

After calling the number at GloriousSkins.com and talking with one of their representatives they told me they would refund me 50% of what they charged my card?! Yet, I never authorized a charge and had no idea what type of product they were selling. They have my name, address and my credit card information and told me I was on a skin care subscription and that they would not remove my information from their accounts, nor would they refund me the fraudulent charges. Stay away from Prache Skin Care, Gloriousskins.com, Best Eye etc. The representative told me they do business under several names but could not tell me their parent corporation.
