Peeling leather chairs..Warranty upWe are Seniors and snowbirds and only spend a few months a year in FLInferior quality
yr ago, I bought swivel barrel chairsLike most in our condo complex, we are snowbirds and most of the year our chairs aren't sat onSuddenly I noticed the "leather" was peeling on the pillow of one of the chairs (the one that rarely is sat on) I contacted ROOMS TO GO via email and sent them a picture of the damaged chair, but mentioned that the one that my husband sits on is fine(so I thought) RTG then asked for pictures of that chair tooI then called them and hung on and on...eventually I left a call back #Never heard back from them...Long story shortHis chair was just starting to peelToday we took both pillows up to the store and spoke to the managerGuess what? The are willing to give us a (half the price of the chairs) credit to use in the storeCan't get a replacement since it has been discontinued (you can guess why

I purchased a new furniture set from RTG.one of my chairs was damaged.I have been giving the run around by RTG an customer service.everybody sayn different things bt not what was originally told.vencent the store manager said he would order me a new chair have it delivered an give me $credit..now its a$credit an I have to come pick my chair up because he is now saying he wont deliver my chair..customer service was no help telling me to call the store because theres nothing they cn do..I bought brand new furniture an its now a week later,an my chair hasn't even been ordered.the furniture was suppose to be brand new delivered to the store an I was supposed to pick it up an be happy.not the case..instead im stuck playing phone tag an not getting any closer to a resolution

Visited this store the first weekend of September, upon walking in the store I saw two staff members sitting on a couch, one looking down at his cell phone and the other just sitting looking out the window
I started to look around the store to find some items I reviewed in the sales paper I received in mailAfter looking around for about minutes I identified an item I liked, I walked around the store for another minutes to find a sales associateI finally spotted a young man with a rooms to go name tag rushing past me and was able to stop him to ask if a manager can come over to help me

Upon delivery on the 10/14/we noticed that the seams on the headboard are open and the bed has two scratches on the side and bottom panels
I called the company and scheduled a service #XXXXXXX on the 10/19/They took pictures and left
They never called back, when I called on the 10/31/I was told that this and the only action for me to take will be to choose another model and pay for delivery
The model in the showroom did not show any defects, I want what I paid for or my money back

On July ,rooms to go deliver to my home a sectional sofa .the day it was deliver I called customer service to let them know that I was missing a cushion ,which to this day has not arrivedI also I form customer service that these cushions looked beat up,also I found that the liner under the sofa must've ripped and staple back very sloppyOne of the legs was installed all uneven ,sticking out .the sides came dirty.I went back to the store to inform them of my issues and the customer service lady in the office just brush me away .this furniture was not given to me for free.prior to this issue I had also issues with something else.I asked them politely what they could do for me and everytime was refer to customer service.which in reality they can say anything ,even if you tell them to please exchange this set.I last spoke to them and they said a technician would come to do wonders .why do I have to deal with my new furnitu

This product disappointed me with the quality The sofa in the store feel totally different then the one I have It feel like pure plastic and hard
The sale rep was very nice I don't have the details of this product but I'm sure you can look my info up I shop at room to go all the time I have furnished my entire home from Rooms to Go This is my 3rd sofa from here and I don't have any complaints about the first or second sofa it was perfect but the 3rd one not so perfect I paid too much money for this sofa to have the quality that it has It only look good but it's not holding it quality I'm so disappoint in this sofa and I feel like I didn't get what I paid for I have had two guys from rooms to go to come look at this sofa and I assume my case was close I'm not happy at all this this sofa and I won't shop there ever again
