I purchased a sofa and matching loveseat from the Rooms To Go location at US Highway North, Clearwater, FL 33761, in November The sofa and loveseat have been in the living room and are rarely used The black wood frame on the front of the sofa has sagged in the center, approximately one-half inch, and the legs are once again starting to separate from the wood frame It is obviously a design defect which could be simply rectified by adding a supporting leg in the center front of the sofa
Rooms To Go came to my home shortly after the sofa and loveseat were initially delivered because the front legs on the sofa were separating from the frame within one month of purchase Rooms To Go can review their records and find documentation of that service call I have spent many thousands of dollars at Rooms To Go over the past years and I am appalled that their customer service representatives are unwilling to repair this defective sofa
