The bunk bed set I paid for arrived with no hardware to assemble it The hardware was overnight mailed and now I can't get anyone out to assemble it
I purchased a bunk bed set on 3/10/order# XXXXXXXX and a delivery date of 3/31/ The delivery arrived but was missing the hardware to assemble the pieces together I was told that the hardware would be overnight mailed on Monday and once the hardware arrived to call them and technicians would come out the same day and assemble I called once the hardware arrived and was told no one could come assemble because it was minutes before the last scheduled delivery time I was asked for a manager and was finally transferred to MsAwho told me that her notes on the account indicated that a night manager had called and made arrangements with me for a next (today) delivery with a minute call ahead, which was a lie I had not been contacted by any manager during the night to inform me of a delivery the following day (today)

Dresser deliver with drawer not working properly Tech comes out and instead of fixing it he damaged it more
I waited a month for furniture delivery They give you a hour windows which they have they never delivered withinMy window was to 6pm, they came at 10pmThe dresser drawer will not function properly, call rooms to go and they sent a tech out to fix itInstead of fixing the drawer he broke itI was told they get in touchThey call and dididn't leave a message and never bother to contact me again I had to call to ask what they going to do, I have to wait week for a replacement dresserI paid $for the delivery which they should refund that moneyI talk to the regional delivery manager who was nothing but rude who told me delivery are normally late

I purchased a table on June 9, I was told that I wouldn't get the table until the end of July, but the manager would be able to call the warehouse and get it soonerJune 15, I still have not received a call about getting my table sooner, so I called the storeThe manager never caller the warehouse, so the salesman said they would have the manager call nowI get a call back about an hour later and they tell me there's nothing that can be doneOnline says you can receive this item in 2-weeks so why am I waiting weeks?

Rooms to go has failed to delivery undamaged furniture in a timely manner
I ordered a bunk bed set on November 27, The original delivery date was set for January 30, On that date, the driver stated some of the pieces were damaged and they were only able to put together the bottom bunk They stated they would order the correct piece and reschedule
On 1/30, I took another day off work to be available for the delivery They arrived outside of the delivery time and they had the wrong piece They had to reorder and reschedule again
On 2/they arrived and put the bed together incorrectly and there were damaged parts againI had to reorder and reschedule
On 3/they arrived with another damaged piece I now have to wait until 3/
I have had to use time off of both of my jobs to wait for rooms to go to attempt to deliver undamaged merchandise and it still has not been resolved I can not afford to continue to take time off work to wait for a delivery

I placed on order and paid delivery and deposit in advance for a pc living room set from RTG that after incorrect delivery attempts I cancelled
I originally went to RTG on 3/21/and placed an order based off of the furniture displayed on the showroom floor The order consisted on a sofa, loveseat, accent chair, coffee table, (2) end tables, and a rug The original delivery date was abt wks out, with everything other than the loveseat and carpet scheduled to be delivered, which was backordered On the 1st delivery the sofa's right arm was damaged while being brought in I asked the delivers to take it back, they said I'd have to call in to customer service to have it replaced On the 2nd delivery, I was told I'd receive a call prior to arrival The call I received was once they arrived to my house The delivery man stated that the sofa he was delivering had not been covered and was damaged so he was just going to send it back and request another sofa On the 3rd deli

I received a call from Rooms to go after I have purchased my bedroom set at the Store right next to the Dadeland MallI was told by the sales person that my furniture would be replaced or fixed no matter whatNever did she mention that damage to the furniture caused by accidents were not included in the guaranteeTo me that is information to make a sale and FRAUD

I have ordered throw pillows from the parts department and have not received them and it has been well over days since the order was placed

Faulty product that was purchased less than 1yr
I purchased a living room set less than 1yr agoThe pillows feathers are coming out of the pillows through the fabric, the buttons are all popping off which causing the shape to changeThe repair guy came out stated there's a certain type of tool is needed to replace the buttons, but I received buttons in the mailThe repair gentleman also stated the pillow would need to be wrapped in difference fabric, and someone would follow up with me within a weekStill no updates, and I received buttonsWhy am I experiencing this problem with a new product?

Deliver Status-
I have to state that I am very unhappy with the service delivery We were told that our delivery would be here between 2- I took off of work to be here for the furniture I get calls asking me how was my delivery, I informed them that we have not received the furniture 6pm come and not furniture or no call I call the customer service department which was rude! and was informed that the driver route has been changed and the at 6pm he still has more stops to me
No one reached out to us to let us know that the driver was late was the main problem I need to be reimbursed for my delivery fee for the HUGE inconvenience!

Three delivery drivers brought two night stands and a dresser, mirror and headboard to my homeOne night stand was placed to the left of my bed and the deliver person was messing with the stand for a lengthy amount of time and I asked what the issue was and he stated he could not get the nightstand drawer on track, he left and came back with the second nightstand which he place to the right of my bed were the blood stains were foundHe explained he would place the other nightstand in the position where I wanted it, but it is broken and will be replaced
When the representative called I explained as I was looking over the other drawers in the dresser and nightstand to make sure they all worked I noticed blood on my itemsMyself and the three delivery people were the only ones in the room so the blood came from them and it was on the wall where the delivery guy placed the broken stand so I know it had to be him

REFUSED MY PAYMENT - THEN REPORTED NEGATIVE ON MY CBR
I went through the company within their building to get my couch set I called to pay over the phone days late and the lady refused my payment She advised me the only way she would take my payment is if I would pay the month coming up to I told her no that was not the agreement and asked to speak with someone else The lady refused I called back the next day, the same lady answered and refused my payment unless I paid the other one in advance to A few months later I received a call from a gentleman and I paid the account in full and advised him of the issue prior and he advised me that the lady has since been fired for her actions on other ways she handled customers I asked him prior to me paying the account in full if he would guarantee that they would go back and update the account from day one to a current payment on my credit report since the lady kept refusing my payment The gentleman on the phone reassured me
