Very uncomfortable pillow and mattress protector
Recently I purchased a very high-end mattress and bed for $5,in addition I purchased a pillow and a mattress protector after the bed was delivered I tried to sleep on the pillow and the mattress protector both were lumpy and uncomfortable I am unable to sleep on them I took them back to the manager shortly thereafter who refused to allow me to return them he simply said only in store credit which does me no good I want to warn other people to stay away from Rooms To Go they are return policies and particularly in-store manages are very bad and unaccommodating I purchase them all in good faith and still do have the bed and mattress

Property damage by delivery truck not resolved

I have been highly disappointed with my order!!! The first time my order was delivered with the wrong sides to the bedThey sent PINK suede sides instead of BROWN leatherThen when they delivered the right sides there was no hardware for the trundle bed!!
