It took only months to get my order completely delivered (pieces)I made my purchase online by the end of May 2018, a month later I received 75% of the furniture damaged (pieces)I had to wait an extra month to get the replacements of some of the pieces and two more months for an item they did not have in stock Its September 7, and I was given a delivery window of hours for the last pieceI received a phone call from driver letting me know he will be at my house in minutesI waited for over two hours and the driver did not show upCalled customer service to ask for information and they could not help me, they were unable to get in touch with the driver and I was asked to continue waiting, that I would get a phone call with a new ETAnever got a call backI had to leave the house and ask neighbors to watch over the truck for delivery because it was minutes pass the delivery window originally given and I had to go back to workAt some point the furniture got deliver that day
In the mean time, Rooms to go keeps billing the monthly payment, but no reimbursement is made for all the time wasted for late deliveries and the time waisted with customer service calls trying to keep track of this orderIts unbelievable that I took them deliveries and months to complete a piece order

My wife *** ***, Husband (***) purchased a living room set from Rooms To Go sometime agoI believe it about 31/years, approximately? About 11/years into the purchase the product started to fail! Material starting peel off, Nail(s) puncturing through the Material and stabbing us and our guests, and at some points the chairs just collapsing inward?
My Wife called the Rooms To Go Corporate office on multiple occasions, Speaking to a couple of individuals, that was unwilling to help us or give us any direction us? They left us with Our product was out of warranty Which was not satisfactory for the lack of quality and the amount of time we had owned the product! I am writing this review to inform others DO NOT SHOP AT ROOMS TO GO! THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO SERVE THE CONSUMER ONLY TO SELL THEM! CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SELL IS NON EXISTENTIT IS A SHAME BECAUSE I HAVE BOUGHT OTHER FURNITURE from them, I need to buy a new set of living room furniture because of this and you better believe it won't be from ROOMS TO GO!

I bought a sectional couch set from Rooms To Go on 5/5/with a delivery date of 5/15/ When the furniture arrived it had a manufacturing defect which the delivery drivers were not aware of They told me that someone from Room to go customer support would contact me They did not I had to call and get the replacement delivery date When the replacement piece was delivered it had the same defect as the previous piece and was not replaced A Rooms To Go service technician then came to inspect the piece and said they would need to replace it Once again a delivery date was set and delivered with the same defectI had to contact the support team, who have NOT been helpful, to set up another replacement delivery (I was told Rooms To Go don't accept returns) Instead of a replacement piece, another service technician was scheduled He communicated that the defect was in fact on a different piece and not the piece that had been replaced previous times The customer serv
