We purchased an entire living room suit from RTG right at the beginning of the New Year's sale Leather reclining sofa and love seat as well as matching recliner We purchased end tables, coffee table and a TV console with bookcase piers We used the month interest free financing The leather has specks all over it Not natural defects in leather, but actual specks where it flakes off The bookcase piers have spots of missing stain and one has a huge black marking on the front where it looks like someone just tried to fill in a scratch with a marker The inlaid slate on the console is damaged and was noted on initial deliveryInitially, one of the end tables had an entire chunk of slate missing that was simply filled with putty to disguise We have worked with RTG on multiple re-deliveries and the furniture they send each time

Company is not honoring the year warranty for manufacturer defect
I purchased a sectional in September of from Rooms To Go, starting in the beginning of the year we noticed problems with the couch We called February to file a complaint regarding the issues of:
Springs tearing into fabric
Fabric lining tearing from the frame
The back separating from the frame
Cushions Deformed
Springs no longer have support
The sectional is a two piece sectional and these issues are only happening with the couch section, not the chaise section We use both sides equally and the chaise side appears to be fine A technician was scheduled to repair the couch on March 2nd, he was unable to repair the couch and took pictures, evening pointing out other manufacturer defective issues He said we would receive a call in days

I bought and paid for furniture through rooms to goThrough no fault of my own, the delivery had to be rescheduledWhen you have to reschedule a delivery, your furniture goes back into their revolving stock and can be delivered to other customersThis means that because they gave my sofa table to someone else and have no more in stock, my complete living room furniture won't be delivered for a until December 2018! So, furniture that I bought at the end of August will be made in deliveriesThey won't make this rightI spoke to several people, including a supervisor and a manager and they refuse to do anything to make this rightIn the meantime, I have no sofa table, defective end tables, and a defective coffee tableI will never do business with rooms to go againTo them it doesn't matter that my order is paid in full, they can still give my paid-for furniture to someone else because my order was rescheduled and then take months to deliver itThat's just bad business I will also post this on social media and I hope they go out of business
