needed to add a piece to a sectional sofa I purchased months prior and it was unavailable in my region but not in others
I purchased a Wilshire Place Sofa in the summer if and was told to come back in and purchase other pieces to the sofa if I wanted to add to itWell a few months after purchase I went back in to add a twist/turn piece and I was told it was unavailable in the Tennessee areaI asked if it was available in other regions and they said yesI went online and saw that it wasI asked if the piece could be shipped to me and I was told noThis is absurd!

Sectional I purchased had visible quality defects within the first monthA year and a half later and it has holes and is coming apart at the seams
Sectional was delivered in 02/Within a month saw issues that product description said would not happen (ie squared edges were rounding and breaking down) Customer service said "wear and tear" In 01/noticed major stress on the seams, contacted customer service and was told again "wear and tear" and that we were "sitting on it wrong" In 05/the first hole appeared After multiple back and forth emails with customer service was told product was no longer under warranty, but they would send new covers and schedule a repair Both pieces of sectional are coming apart yet received only one cover and after email attempts to schedule the repair, no one has contacted meI finally resorted to sewing the one hole myself because it was only getting worse New holes are threatening to appear everyday I now have a $

REFUND DELAY

The color from the leather is rubbing off after years of light use
The Cindy Crawford Home Van Buren Burgundy Pc Leather Sectional was purchased April The stain on the leather is rubbing off This recliner has very light use We bought year warranty to avoid problems but now I am told it does cover this Purchasing a high end product you expect more then years of light use We have other leather products with over years of heavy use and no loss of colorI have pictures to show the damages The quality of this leather is completely unacceptable

I purchased power lift chairs to be delivered on 5/12/ They finally tried to deliver on 5/13/- but they were the wrong chairs

I am so disappointed in Rooms To Go, My delivery (that I had already waited over a month for), was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday March 13th, they called me on Sunday and told me that my delivery would be between 7am and 1pm
I took the day off to make sure I was there to have the bed delivered
At about 12pm, I received a call that the delivery would be delayed until between 1pm and 5pm, I told the dispatcher that I had to go to work at 5pm could they please make sure that it arrived before 5pm, he put me on hold and then came back and told me that would be fine and that would call just before delivery
At 3:30pm I called because I had not heard anything, at that time they told me that the driver had more stops before meI

The only reason they are getting a one star is because it does not have any ZERO'S
If I were you I would not spend my hard earned money in this so call ripoff furniture store

When my bed was delivered one of the boards was broken and you know the delivery guy just threw the mattress on top of the broken boardI only noticed it because I had to remove the mattress to put the sheets onThat alone should tell you about the quality of customer service
She only pretended to reach out to me because she wanted to show other customers that they were trying to help meYou know what else she did? she blocked my email from send any more emails to the complaint website and they erased my comment onlineWhen I go to the website now it says ACCESS DENIED!!!
