Bad quality sofa and horrible exchange and return policies
I purchased a sectional, and after a couple of months the sofa was sagging (sinking or bulging downward under weight or pressure or through lack of strength) and the cushions were moving forward all the timeI've been dealing with this situation for almost a month and in order to get an exchange or store credit to get another sofa; I've talked to more than people,CC managers,floor sales associates, technician and now one more tech that needs to check the sofa againI have spent thousands of dollars in ROOMS TO GO and this is my first complain, and it seems like a never ending nightmareBesides having ridiculous appointment dates and times, they said that they will do an exchange of the same sofa when I DO NOT WANT THE SAME SOFAI am even willing to pay extra for a better quality sofa, and they still don't careI am still paying monthly for a product that I cant even use, because when I have visitors I have to si

Approximately two months ago furniture was delivered and the personnel damaged a wall in my house
I have waited for the complete bedroom set for approximately one month before having it all delivered to me During the delivery that occurred over two months ago, the personnel damaged a wall in my homeI have contacted the customer service line numerous times with no resolve The last person I spoke with was allegedly a manger and she almost acted like I needed to understand that the contractor assigned to my case was in the hospitalI am not a hundred percent sure but most reputable businesses have more than one contractor to take care of issuesI do not see why I have had to put up with damage the my home for this long with no customer service representative to help meIf this problem is not resolved soon I will contact my military legal department to discuss my options

To Whom It May Concern, This is my first purchase from "Rooms to Go" and I am highly disappointed The customer service is unacceptable At this time in age all companies primarly have a window when making delivery They will give you consistently a hour blockAs busy as families are now not to have that customer service available from one of the largest furniture company in business is unacceptable At this point they advise you that you have to be available all day Who can do this in this day and time Rooms to Go needs to catch up with todayI would be willing to pay more for that service but its not even available"They have all day delivery" no window slotsUnacceptalbe in this day and time as people are very busy and they will lose moneys if they have to stay at home and wait all day for a delivery at least give us that opportunity to have that time even if we have to pay more

Dining room chair stain
I purchased a dinning room set on 09/with insurance for the chairs,the seller say if any stains that get on the chais I can't get it off just call they will send there guy to take care of it and if still not good then they will ship you new chair, souls great rightAfter I use my chais for couple months I have stains on the chair so I clean them with the solution that they give it to me the stains got lighter,I been do that for couple time and after a year the solution not working anymore the stains getting bad so I call the customer service in 04/file a claim, they send some one out, the guy come take a look the chairs for a minute take couple picture and left, week later I got a call from them and the lady say we can't do nothing about your stains on your chairs you have to hire professional funiture cleaner to clean it and you have to pay for it after that we send our guy out to put on the protection coat againWhat in the word why do I buy th

Damaged front yard during delivery
On January 30th Rooms to Go delivered furniture to my houseonce finished, the delivery guys decided not to back out of the driveway on to the street but to go thru the yardWell the truck became stuck and created a big messI went back to the store and was told that they could not do anything for me and that I needed to get a hold of customer serviceI went home and sent an email to the email address in the paperwork with pictures of the damageI did not hear back and a few days later I called Customer service and reported the damage again and was told someone would get back to meSince then I have called customer service about this times and twice gone back to the store and had conversations with the store manager who says he will contact someone in corporate and get back to meAs of 04/10/nobody from Rooms to Go has contacted me about this

I purchased leather living room set - Cindy Crawford Gianna modelI had also purchased upholestry warrantyI don't remember exact dates but it was replaced once for damages that was not noticed during delivery After few months of usage, the leather top started flares up like BONDED LEATHER

- The product was backordered to be delivered on Feb
- On 21st, while unloading the items, center console was badly damaged
- The delivery guys insisted that another delivery attempt will be made and they cannot deliver other sofa and other pieces
