I ordered furniture from Rooms To Go upon delivery my furniture was damaged customer service was rude and I was left with rejecting the furniture
I ordered furniture from Rooms To Go weeks ago from the location in Brentwood Tennessee after I completed my order the guy informed me the salesperson stated that my furniture will be delivered to me on a Wednesday between the hours of p.mand p.mI am going through that I work midnights and those hours may not work for me he informed me that those were the only days that the delivery guy could deliver the furniture for my particular area so yesterday which was October 3rd an hour before my delivery I stayed home from work so I called in I use my last sick day to receive my furniture when the delivery guy brought my furniture in the really on my bed was cracked and scratched the dresser the whole back panel was disconnected and tore up from the screws when they brought up my couches my loveseat had a rip in the armrest the left side

On Jan1, I purchased a chair from Rooms to Go at *** SCooper in Arlington, TX It was delivered Jan24, and was damaged upon delivery The drivers did not speak English so insisted I keep it and call customer service the following Monday I reported it to the salesperson that afternoon and then called customer service on Monday They told me the chair would be on backorder until March and now they have called and said due to problems with the manufacturer it will be at least March 19th At this point I told them I would just like my money refunded to my credit card and for them to come get the damaged chair They just informed me they will not refund my money and that I will just have to wait for a chair to become available I think this is wrong because it is charged on my credit card I have tried to work something

online order can't be delivered when I am home they can't change so I cancelled order, they will not refund my $delivery fee

they came out and delivered with the wrong parts for the bed times and my wife and I missed days off work waiting for them, then after I said we wanted our money back, their MGR (MATT) said I wasn't getting any back, I detested that I was and that I was bringing their set back because he wanted to come get it in another 2wksthen he told me if I did they would throw it in the dumpster and I would still be liable for itbut after I went up there he claimed he didn't say that on the phone and scheduled me a week later for PUThese people don't need stars, they need middle fingers and i'll never buy a lamp from them and you shouldn't either

I bought a living room set from Rooms to Go that included electric chairs(placed in the room by Rooms to Go)We loved the set, however, they shot sparks out of a cord while my month old was playing in front of itI immediately called Rooms to Go to report the issue and have someone dispatched to my homeThey dispatched someone and confirmed that this was a fire/safety issue and stated we could return them with no fees and get something without electric reclinersWe went to R2G and found a couch(non-electric) which was much less than the ones we currently haveThey first said they would not comp the difference(even for store credit) and stated I would be charged another delivery feeThis is after my daughter was almost severely injured by the chairs
Let me be clear, we loved the couches and don't want to get rid of them, we HAVE to get rid of them now due to faulty craftsmanship by the manufacture
