FURNITURE DELIVERED DAMAGED, BROKEN PART SHOVED AGAINST WALL, FURNITURE WAS DISCONTINUED theRETURNED I AM HAVING THE HARDEST TIME GETTING MY $$ BACK
Purchased sectional SOFA + pillows + ottoman on (PAID CASH) , set delivery for 3.29, called to move delivery date to furniture arrived damaged but I didn't notice until after the delivery guys left bc they pushed the damaged part against a wallMANY staples were left protruding from furniture and on my brand new wood floorsWent to find something else, didn't see anything, spoke to JEFF N., was told furniture would be picked up Friday 4.1, checked in Monday, and check would be cut 4.5, I should have it by Thursday, when it didn't arrive, I was told it was sent, I should get it any timeStill hasn't arrivedThen I was told it was REQUESTED 4.5, cut on but not MAILED until 4.11....STILL DONT HAVE ITI wonder if it will EVER SHOW UP!?!?!?!?

Awful customer service and rude employees
We are "purchasing" two beds from Rooms to Go, a queen size bed and a full size bed along with mattress covers We are making our payments thru Acceptance Now Back in December we had a issue with our debit card being switched from a MasterCard to a discover debit card, I called and advised I was working on getting the issue straightened out but my payment would be a few days late Finally was able to make my payment, when I called and made the payment Laura was extremely rude and hateful and said due to the number of payments missed and/or late I would have to set up auto pay, advised my card does not allow auto pay since the change in debit cards I called last month to make my payment and she refused to take it stating that we are now four payments behind and they want the beds back, fast forward to this month, I still have the beds, I have had to block the payments from being run on my account because they would run them three or four

Damaged caused to my home by the Rooms to go Delivery guys
I received a delivery from Rooms to go on 8/30/order# XXXXXXXX for a mattress that I ordered at the Pompano clearance centerDuring the delivery the very rude and disrespectful delivery guys damaged the mattress and a Chandelier at the top of my stairsA compliant was filed with Rooms to go on the incident the day the issue happened and they said someone would call me back which took almost two weeksWhen they finally called me back the person "Mark" said to send him a pic of the damaged chandelier and a comparable which I did, but I didn't hear back from that person ever sinceA delivery for the replacement mattress was scheduled for 9/and the same delivery guys which I asked not to send to my house anymore as they were very rude were sent and they started insisting that they needed to fix the chandelierI told them no that's not what "Mark" told me and they kept insisting and one of the guys even had the audacity

Support team called me saying that I can order the product at reduced price, but I will have to place the order at regular price and call in the internet sales support teamThey wasted all my time, called me and gave misleading informationAfter the order they tried to charge me full price and did not inform me about this until I called
This was completely unprofessional and unaware of what deals, retractions are going onApparently the deal was in error and they retracted it couple of days back but instead of letting me know that they wasted my time and asked me to order, once I did they tried to charge full amount instead of deal amount without letting me know
Looks like a bait and switch to me
Really frustrated with this experience, will never go back to this store or website again

NEVER EVER PURCHASE ROOMS TO GO!!!!! IT IS JUNK!!!!

I actually placed an order on rooms to go website The order was placed on November 5th for delivery of a tv stand Within a day or two of placing the order I contacted the internet sales department to request the vendor holds on to my order because I was my move in date got pushed back The day after I moved into my apartment I contacted rooms to go to have them ship the item They said they would have to reach out to the specialty department and someone would call me back This was on 11/as of todays daye 12/9/I have not received a phone call or email So I contacted RTG I was advised that they had my secondary number and was attempting to call and got no answer Well why did they not call my primary or email me? even if they could not contact me why hasn't my order been shipped thus far

I am *** ***, I bought the Sofia Vergara Laguna Beach sectional and swivel chair on December 9, Sometime in I contacted Rooms to Go, concerned that the cushions were flattening and the sofa was sagging A gentleman came out and took pictures and that was the last I heard
On April 9, I again contacted Rooms to Go as the furniture's condition continue to deteriorate:
1: The back cushions are flatten and difficult to fluff as they are attached and feel as if they will rip if handled too much
2: The seat of the left-side sofa have sunken and you seem to slide into holes when you sit on that side
3: The seat cushions do not rebound and are flatten and hang over the edge
4: The seat cover are loose and rumpled and appear ill-fitting

The Columbus Day RTG and Best Buy Gift Card - not provided on day of my purchase
The store said there is a company wide issue preventing them from keying in the code to validate a Best Buy Card, and that they are working to resolve the issueIt's been now days and still no resolution per the store manager Donnell Yet their Contract states that no refunds will be given if not cancelled within hours of furniture being loaded onto the truck I have held up my end of the contract, yet RTG cannot give me what they promised - a TV from Best Buy
