Ordered two bedrooms suites Been waiting weeks for bed slats
paid a lot for something I can use for weeks now

I bought a bed from rooms to go under the pretense of still having my warranty intact even after movingI told rooms to go before completing my purchase of my bed that I would be moving before the warranty period was up and they specifically told me it would be NO problem just inform customer service that was the case and they could still schedule a ticket to have it fixed if need beI bought this bed on contingency of having my warranty even though I was moving!!! Rooms to go were the people who delivered and set up my bed and they were the ones who didn't put the bed together correctly so it's not fair that I am being penalized!!!! The bed is loose and is missing a peg that holds the end of the bed together

My wife purchased a lamp from room to go and the problems just keep arising from Rooms To Go
My wife purchased a stand alone lamp from rooms to go about a year ago and we had problems just receiving the correct lamp and the customer service was rude so we filed a Revdex.com complaint in order to fix the problem and after receiving the correct lamp we resolved the previous Revdex.com complaint and it wasn't as smooth as one would expectNow after close to a year the lamp's dimmer switch breaks so they honor the warranty and send a new replacement lamp after the technician came by to try and repair it, so all in all it took several weeks and two appointments to receive the replacement lamp which is fine but the new lamp was faultyAs soon as my wife tried to move it into place the heavy top aspect of the lamp fell off onto my wife's foreheadWe immediately informed Rooms To Go and they sent out another technician who stated the screw holding the top part of the lamp to the standing poles was too s

Careless assembly of beds by delivery crew
