They failed to send the appropriate and complete invoices for our purchase of our sectional and now broken pieces are not covered
We purchased a sectional set, with free recliner from this store The two end electric recliners were on back order so they arrived later, but were included in the original purchase and as part of the couch We purchased the service plan to cover any issues, ESPECIALLY since we had the electric recliners Now both recliners have stopped working (less than a year and a half after the purchase) and they are not covered by the plan apparently because Rooms To Go did not include them on the invoice they sent to the warranty company So I have two recliners, one of which is stuck in the up position, that do not work already and nothing is being done about it and I am being told they will not do anything I would obviously not insure only the middle of my couch, so this make absolutely no sense I was told my sectional was covered and now the key parts a

The cushions are like they are years old when in fact they are just over a year old Bought the extended warranty and they came out only to tell us it is wear and tear I cannot believe that when you purchase furniture it should only last a year I want the cushions replaced I feel that they should stand behind their product We have bought couches from other stores and they have lasted years or better and that is when we lived at the home full time

A baseball glove chair that was purchased on 12/14/had a couple issues along with some stains on the couch so I called customer service to report
After reporting the issues, a tech came out and fixed the stains on couch and supposedly reported the issues of the chair, which were the leather was ripped, the strings in the glove were coming off and the bottom had come off the chairthe tech only reported that the leather was ripped so rooms to go never had any intention of fixing the chair and only followed up by leaving a message on my voicemailwhen I tried calling them back in there was a long wait time and I never got to speak to themin the beginning of may I went to rooms to go to talk to them about the issue, they said someone would call me, no one ever didToday 5/31/I talked to customer service and they told me nothing would be resolved with the chair because,number one,the tech never reported that there was an issue with the chair other than the leather ripped

I ordered a bedroom set that was delivered with damaged bedrails, a rep re-ordered and they were delivered again damaged so I refused the order

The dining room table had water spilled and it warped
Water was spilled on the table and cleaned up It must have went into the cracks because it swelled up (warped) It was purchased on April The spill happened on Oct16th and we noticed the warping the next day and called Rooms to Go They sent someone out on the 25th to take picture The next week Rooms to Go called and said they wouldn't cover it so we needed to call the extended warranty We pulled out our paperwork which says it covers spills and warps but when we called they said no because it wasn't a manufacturers defect So I can't spill water on a DINING room table and expect that it will not damage it

I purchased a Handly Manor Pecan PC KING BEDROOM SetI waited a month and a half for the deliveryIt arrived on July 2018, and the dresser and one nightstand were damagedAfter calling their customer service I was encouraged to accept the damaged furniture and they would send a "Tech" to repair itI refused to accept the damaged furniture and was then told it would not be until Oct for the items to be delivered or I could just refuse all the furniture and try to get a refund, which if my spouse had not liked the furniture I would have readily doneSo, the total wait time to receive a complete bedroom suite from this company will be approximately four monthsThe furniture was more the likely damaged on the delivery truck by the delivery personnel when loading and unloading the furnitureThis shows a level of incompetence from this company that begins with the management, who could not accurately determine sales so to ensure enough items are ordered and on-hand to prevent 4-month delays and increasing the chances of a timely deliveryTo the careless delivery personnel who damaged not only the furniture, but my wallsAnd finally, to their customer service who suggested accepting damaged furnitureHow a business operates like this and stays open I am uncertain, I am not a business personThat being said I would not recommend this businessThe store was located at Harbison BLVD, Columbia, SC
