Purchased Livingroom furniture back in June and has been a nightmare, I purchased warranty and it does no good for the consumer-
In June, I went to Rooms to Go to buy me a new living room setI wanted a good quality set the sales Associate helped me out and told me after purchasing that my Single Recliner was the only item not in stock but would be in weeks and I was fine with that at weeks I got a call to say it would be weeks longer now we are talking weeks from purchase and finally arrived at my house weeks the delivery guys took all the plastic off of it and carried it in my house set it where I wanted and left with that I had purchased furniture to be treatedafter one month my husband noticed there was a slice on the side of the chair in the leather closer to the bottom and then I noticed the chair started fading at the top and side arms I was shocked! after calling them it took one month for them to send a Tech out he took pictures and left saying we would hear for

Do not buy from Rooms to Go First - Sales Rep., she was great Doing her job I purchased a bed for my mother Of course they sell you the most expensive regardless of whether it is the best item for you Since the delivery of this bed, my mother has made trips to the Emergency Room with severe pain in her neck This is not due to a defect in the bed, just not the right one for her Apparently Rooms to Go has a day policy where you must sleep on the bed for days My mother cannot and should not have to sleep on a bed for day in order to return it if it is causing her issues I am days prior to the days All I have asked is that they replace it, just come get this one and bring another That simple and these people are just going out of their way to not do the right thing I have talked with the Sales Representative, nice but no progress, Manager, schmuck, customer service-I took my anger out on her and am truly sorry for that, I apologized to the girl This is a company that is all nice, sweet and accommodating until they get your money Then it is fk you I am to the point now that WHEN I get my money back, and I will, I will never do busy with them againEVER And Lourdes C don't waste my time with your standard we will investigate letter It is quite apparent that this company does not care about its customers YOUR RATINGS, REVIEWS AND LOUSY ATTEMPTS to fix the situation is duly noted I really dislike having to give the one star just to be able to provide my review

We purchased and dining room set from Rooms to go, the table was delivered with no hardware to put the table together
The rooms to go delivery guys left the dining room table laying on my floor, and instructed me that I was the one who had to call and schedule for some one to come out and put the table together After calling rooms to go several times, and speaking to a different person every time, we are still unable to get any one to come out and put the table togetherWe were told by Heather at Rooms to go that if it were her she would have gotten her husband to put it together, I guess as a Supervisor she does not understand the liability of that mistake Rooms to go has given us nothing but excuses, and my husband and I seem to be the only ones initiating a resolution for this issueWe were told that there are no technicians in our area, and we were told that we would have to wait another week at least before a technician can come out to assemble the table In the mean

Long story short my credit was ran for no reason and a second credit account was open for meI showed and handed them several proofs of the account
I am not happy as I work really hard and pay my bills on time to keep my credit in great conditionThen because someone is receiving a commission for a credit account shady or even illegal things like opening a second and unnecessary account for their personal gainsI have worked in sales and banking and I know how it goesBy running my credit again thye broke the law and should be punishedIt was not by mistake as I handed them the card to lookup the account which was openAnd then followed up by pulling up the website so that they could see the account numbers and balanceThey did not try to use any other methods as to calling the credit company to verify or any thingIt really sucks that because of this I then had to return the furniture that my wife loved and close two credit accounts just to go and apply for a new one at Ashl

I purchased a bed from Rms to Go online for inflated price Return is accepted but I will incur exorbitant shipping feesNo price matchingMy loss!
As a consumer who frequently shops, researches products, and makes purchases via online sites, I am well aware that there is opportunity to be selective about who I do business with considering the number of companies competing to offer the best value to me Given that, when I selected Rooms to Go as the online store that I would patronize, it was only because my family members are familiar with shopping at the retail location near their home and considered it to be a place that would offer great service, value, and customer satisfaction When I selected the bed that they purchased for me online on 12/30/(sales order #XXXXXXXI), I had no reason to believe that they were so wrong about Rooms to Go's customer service and integrity
In terms of value, Rooms to Go offers none We purchased a Skyline queen sized, upholstered bed

purchased a bed which has been changed out twice and then came a sprayed lacker all over my home which I am disabled and have asma and stunkup my home
I purchased a bed from Rooms to go and not only have they changed out the bed twice they sent someone in that sprayed lacker and my house smells so badI am disabled and have asma, the customer service, now after smelling up my home wants to change out the bed a third time, thats four times coming to my homeI have massive headaches from this spray and then they want me to just let this goI want reimbursement for this messI will never buy another product from them

Bought sofas on JUNE 29thplus extended service contract
Within a few weeks the seat ' cushions' started collapsing
Apparantly my problem!!
On JUNE 29th I bought 'Beige/Popstitch' sofas from Rooms to Go BrentwoodI also bought a year extended service contractTotal cost $
Within a few weeks the seat cushions had collapsed in regular use areasMoved to different cushion - same problems
After visitors also complained, I phoned customer service to lodge a complaint (end August)
An inspector was sent - he agreed cushions had collapsed, but frame was ok!
I was then phoned and told that the collapsed cushions were my problem, and not covered by any warranty
This is inferior merchandise and misleading selling
One is told one thing then given a substantial, small print contact with your receipt (I paid the full amount by debit card)

(months)The cushion foam has failedThe springs are breaking downThese two things make it difficult to get out of the furnitureThe cushions also have faded even though they are not in the sunThe field service rep concurred with all of these problems and said he was writing his report as suchWhen corporate called us with their follow-up, they stated that the furniture was out of warranty and there was nothing they could do for us and that the report said that it was wear and tearThey furthermore said that we should have bought the extended warrantyThey refused to email us a copy of the reportIt is true that we have owned the furniture for slightly more than a year, but we feel that the only months of use

Problems with almost every aspect of our experience with Rooms To Go
Oh how excited my wife and I were when we left the house on Saturday April 22nd to go out and buy some new furniture We went to several stores that day and ended up at Rooms To Go on Loop in San Antonio I won't go into detail about the experience with the salesman Woody (who claimed to be a year employee and a mattress expert) other than to say it was slow and unpleasant My wife found a couch and entertainment cabinet she liked and while Woody abandoned us to go make a sell to some shady looking character who rudely interrupted us, we looked at some mattresses We laid down on one and it was really nice and soft Very plush and comfortable So we decided to go ahead and replace our king mattress and our daughters full mattress Woody eventually showed back up and added the mattress sets to our purchase order - order # XXXXXXX Woody agreed that was a very soft mattress (remember, he's a mattress ex

May 7th, 2016, 9:17am: Rooms to go corporate office calls me to inform me that delivery truck is at my residence I had to make arrangements for someone to be present, and requested that someone call minutes prior Tried to call the corporate office number back to find that the line was closed office hours Finally was able to contact customer care who informed me they couldn't turn around to make deliver later in the day, and that I wouldn't be able to place a request to reschedule delivery until many days later This was an experience that I was assured would not happen

On 2/6/I had a power dual recliner delivered after waiting for two weeks for it to be delivered The delivery personal was sub contracted by Rooms to go and this was never relayed to meI was not home when they delivered it but my fiance was and let them set it up in the room assuming that they would make sure all components were working I guess that was my first problem assuming Anyway I get home and try out the glider but it was not functioning I call the customer service number but I recieve a message saying it's closed even though operating hours were within the time frame I called I then call the store directly and speak with Tamera She tried to help as much as she could but had no explantion and was only able to help me in her limited capacity I gave her another couple of hours to see what she was able to do for me I waited two hours called back and she stated that the original subcontracted driver would b

Bad product for money ...Fake leatherPoor customer service
We bought sectional leather sofa for our living room along with warranty and their "so-called" leather care productWe paid around $3000+ ( total order purchase was around $including other room purchases)for that sofa and now it is started peeling off suddenly from nowhereWe had a previous sofa from Ashely furniture for years and had no issues with that leather sofa
I was been told when I purchased this product that it is pure leather and it will not have any issue till next years or so I am really disappointed with their product ..They charged $$$ for FAKE leather and market as real leather
I need them to fix my sofa or replaced me with new sofa ...Because I am not happy with the product that they sold me
