Furniture delivered with defects
I reside in San Antonio, Texas and recently went into a local showroom to order a bedroom setThe first delivery, the footboard was damagedIt was delivered at 10pm and the driver stated I had to keep the itemOn 4/a tech came out and assess the footboard and also deemed it to be defected and will put in the order to have a new one deliveredAn additional delivery on 4/of a dresser and mirror had to be refused for defects as wellThe total costs with taxes and deliveries was over $3,Will have to wait 2-business days for Rooms to Go to notify me of a re-delivery date for the defective items

Inside upholstery giving away and fabric shield not working
The inside of the upholstery it so low on both arms of the sofa, that when you seat and place your hands or arms you can feel the wood structure
I have also purchase the fabric shield and its not working, it actualy makes it worse, when I try yo clean it likes a bigger stain that wont go away
I would like to return the item and get a store credit and choose another sofa/item

Rooms to go keeps refusing to refund or exchange our mattress that has collapsed inch's as per the mattress warranty and cones in the middle
We bought a mattress for over at rooms to go last year and we filed a complaint that we can no longer even sleep on it because it has collapsed on both sides and cones in the middleWe've been sleeping in our chairs because we can't afford another mattressThey sent someone out to measure that was unprofessional and didn't measure correctly so I requested a new tech who did measure correctly and it's in collapsed per mattress warranty but now they are refusing to do anything because there's a small stain on the mattress and want us to pay to have it cleanedWe can't afford that and there going to throw it away anywaysIt's a stall tactic to not have to do the right thing and we're still stuck sleeping elsewhere because rooms to go sells horrible furniture that doesn't last and they won't stand by there product or customers

I am VERY disappointed with the QUALITY and the CUSTOMER SERVICE for this companyI purchased a SOFALOVESEAT & OTTOMAN set back in Feb and within the first year had to have my ottoman repaired because the support beams completely had broken throughSince then I have had several tears in my cushions, literally busting at the seamsI called LESS THAN years from date of original purchase and they informed me there was NOTHING they could do to helpI explained that was very unfortunate since I had spent over $in the store with them and now was left with furniture that looked second handI was extremely frustrating because I got rid of a year old sectional couch to replace with RTG furniture, the year old sectional was in BETTER condition when I donated it than this Rooms to Go furniture that is less than years oldSince customer service could offer me nothing other than an apology, I don't intend to return my business with them and caution all other from doing the same

I have had deliveries attempts for a bed and both have have been defective
I ordered a full sleigh bed on 1/27/16, order #XXXXXXXX with delivery for 2/2/ In the delivery of the bed on 2/we found the items to be defective, cracks, paint chips, and missing be slats We called to get an exchange, which Rooms to Go agreed to We then had to wait another week for the exchange to occur on 2/ Upon receipt of the exchange, the product was worse than the first delivery It had cracked wood on the bottom of the head board and side leg of headboard We ask the delivery driver to take it back as we didnt want it, he didnt comply This is the second time with inferior product/quality I dont believe and exchange again will remediate the issue

I purchased the ForceField warranty that my sales associate advised and the company is not upholding their end of the agreement

They refused because I was not thereI did not pay for the mattress, he didThey wanted him to walk back through the store which would have been difficultSince I did not pay for the mattress, I should not have had to have been there, he should not have been asked to go backI was told they refused because my roommate got made and cussed themHe told me that he got mad after they refused to load the mattress

I purchased & paid for diningroom set & delivery issues leading ultimately to me set not being available anymore, even though paid for

I bought a bed with a waterproof stain protector pad it failed twice they won't repair/clean/replace bed
in March of my baby's diaper leaked, got some poop on the bed leaked through everything called rooms to go they came out to clean it
they did a terrible job
now two years later, baby is potty training, wet the bed and it leaked through the replacement bed protector! peeled back the zipped in comforter as it was wet, discovered original poop stain still on bed!!! never unzipped that before called the company the company is now saying that it's been two years since the pooping and they wont do anything
what about the repeated mattres protectors that have failed?
we had them come out to clean it we didnt' know that the poop had bled trough the comforter is zipped in
a woman just called saying they were denying my claim why? what about the recent failing of the mattress pad?

Failure to submit proper loan paperwork
