Last July I bought a Key West model bedroom set in Rooms to Go at Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL The set consists of a queen bed, two night tables and a chestThe bed has a mattress that can be lifted with a remote control and a conventional mattress on top of it
The delivery took place a few days after the purchase and the staff put together the set in a defective manner, so that the side boards of the bed are released from the head and foot board without any reasonOur repeated phone calls resulted that a team of customer service was presented to try to solve the problem, but without success

We are writing to inform you of the unacceptable multiple couch deliveries of the same couch we received between May and June
Upon the first delivery, on May 14th, there were at least five areas damaged from pulled seams, permanent indentations, or discolorationOne of the delivery men said this will happen on the replacement couch as wellWhen I asked if every piece of furniture from this company will have something wrong with it, he replied, "Yes, this is how they come."

Purchased a living room set (faux leather) from Rooms to Go for my property rental business in Cudjoe Key Fl I then had one of my owners of another property buy the same set after months Both of our sets are completely frayed and literally breaking apart and falling apart in the structure of the fabric I called Rooms to Go and they said my year warranty was over and there was no recourse The fabric appears to be literally be dissolving in some fashion and separating Rooms to Go has had no interest or follow up to resolve the matter other than to say the year warranty is up Really? Would anyone buying a couch/loveseat set be expected to have that set for one year before it began to fall apart, quite literally We have both purchased another couch/loveseat set from another purveyor
