Ordered some replacement parts for an iPad and some tools to do do. Took about 5 days for delivery. Everything was in good and functional condition. I bought a part that I thought I needed, turns out I didn't, I was going to return it but after looking at the return policy and noting how I would have to pay for postage and my refund may not be guaranteed, I decided otherwise. Other than that I would still order again.

The items are good quality, but the customer service response time and cross communication among there own staff about matters is lagging. Also, make sure to select correct item the first time, because if you make a mistake they have no way to stop your order from processing to edit it. Its an order and its final company. No options for you until item is received and have to pay out of pocket to send back with no reimbursements of any shipping n handling.
You have to repeat yourself when addressing a concern with a different staff member then previous. Customer service response is overall a tad bit slow but not awful.

I've had my battery replaced and bought batteries from amazon to replace myself, and I must say that the battery from Repair Parts USA is a quality product. I'm not expecting it to last for long since my phone is about to be 5 models old. I know I'm not going to get the same hold charge like it is a brand new phone. So far it's worth the money. Shipping and customer service has been up to my expectations.

Received what we ordered and my 13yo was able to switch the battery on her own and able to use it now. Thank you for your prompt service.

Run Away, fast and hard.

Took order and payment. Customer service non-responsive. Sent emails, texts, and no one answers phone. Parts were never shipped.
Just sent notice to cancel order and refund payment to credit card. Might as well hold my breath.

AVOID THEM.

Our orders are shipped the same day if placed by 4pm. It seems your order was lost in transit. USPS this past week has not been "on top of their game", but it is understandable due to the whole Corona Virus issue. We did cancel your order immediately as requested.

He makes no mention of a refund.
I want the tracking number because I do not believe the parts were ever sent.

Just what I ordered. Excellent service. My item arrived timely with no issues.

I wish I could put 0 stars. My phone screen came in damaged packaging. I tried to install the screen, and there was visible was damage to the screen. I was told by customer service it was my fault it came in a rain soaked envelope that was partly opened. Won't even accept return or replacement. I do this professionally, I have ordered many screens but now I no longer will.

The batteries I ordered work perfectly. I would definitely order from this company again!

I paid double for next day delivery which altogether add up to $52 and im on day 2 of waiting. DONT PAY FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Your order was placed after 4pm. As noted on the checkout process if the order is placed after 4pm, then the order will ship the next day, which is what happened in your situation.

I ordered a Note 9 replacement stylus/pen from RPUSA.com. Samsung site had them for $29.99 - $crew that! These guys had the right one for $9.99 + only $3.98 shipping, and I received it very quickly. I put the pen in my phone, and it clicked right in, no problems. Thank you!

Upon opening up the envelop for the camera glass - it was shattered. I contacted the company by messenger (they responded within 24 hours) and was told they do not replace items due to installation. I replied that I was not installing it - I just opened up the envelope (which has a baggie inside where the glass was placed but otherwise - no cushion to protect the glass). That was exactly a week ago and I've yet to receive a response. I am very disappointed and will not return to purchase anything.

Product arrived promptly and as requested. I am completely satisfied with the transaction.

I don't buy it, that this company has near 5 stars for reviews. I ordered a replacement screen for an iPhone 7 (black), but received a white one instead. No big deal, they didn't send the correct one to begin with. However, it was the lack of communication that really irked my nerves and made me change my mind from exchanging for the correct screen to returning it for a refund.

After I received an initial response to ship back the screen so they can send me the correct one, they disappeared. I sent them three emails afterwards - one for letting them know I was keeping the adhesive, another notifying them I had shipped out their screen and asked when to expect the correct replacement, and then a third asking them again when I still hadn't heard back from any of the three emails. What was supposed to be a 3-4 day process turned into 2 weeks from purchasing, to returning for a refund.

When I didn't hear back from them via email I tried contacting the # on their website and had some luck. By then I was irritated and just asked them the process for a refund instead of an exchange. The person kept copy pasting the same text saying "what is the order number and the issue with the product?" after I asked them for the refund process followed by notifying them about their lack of response to my emails. They denied it by saying they responded to all of my emails and the most recent one they had received 30 min. ago at that time. So not only were they not being truthful, but they had received my emails just chose not to respond. Please do not sound annoyed or act like you are doing me a favor when you are the one that made the mistake in the first place. Also, I paid for a good and did my part but they failed to deliver on their end. Fed up, I asked the person to issue a refund instead of an exchange once they got their product back. I would rather spend more money else where than give it to a company that can't be bothered to communicate with its' customers.

Products arrived on time as promised. They were all in perfect condition and all were the parts I needed. The price was awesome. I ordered a screen and digitizer with small parts included for an iPhone 6, a home button for the iPhone 6, the lightening charging cable with headphone jack and the deluxe tools to do the repairs and it was less than 40 dollars. Very pleased. This wasn't my first repair using this company and I won't order from anywhere else.

I received my package in a timely fashion and was kept apprised all along the way of where it was and when it arrived.

Great Price For Full Screen Assembly and tools. It was an easy install after watching a YouTube video and also great fit. I recommend to anyone that is attempting to fix their phone screen.

I ordered a new screen with the small parts & tool kit inc. and also a battery for my husbands I phone. The package arrived quickly, but we found the tool kit was missing. I emailed the company, who responded to my email quickly, requesting a photo of the contents. I replied with the photo of the contents and they responded quickly again that the tool kit was being sent out. We received the missing tool kit within 2 days. We still need to repair the phone, but I felt the company was great with their response and timing to make it right. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Prices were reasonable and service was prompt with great communication.

I never received the parts that I ordered, I called them and they never answered the phone. They finally answered my email and told me that they already sent it to me, but it never arrived.
