I appreciate that the company repliedI understand that 100% wool rugs shedHowever, the rug purchased from this company sheds FAR in excess of what my experience has been in the past with rugs from other vendorsI argue this is a quality issue, and am very displeased both with this purchase and inability to receive a refund for this a poor quality item

I have not received the promised shipping labelI was unable to print anything online and had to call UPS directlyI was informed a shipping label may be sent to me through UPS or the company in business days and I may be charged a pick up fee should I request a pickup of the defective rug at my residence
I will not accept this company's response They have brushed-off my requests and complaints numerous times and have again promised something they have not delivered
Until I have a shipping label in hand and a no-fee piby UPS scheduled, this issue is not resolved

I reviewed the order *** and saw the reason for the cancellation was because the rug is on back orderDuring processing the manufacture advised the rug will not be available until mid to end of AprilWe charge at the point of sale and would not be able to keep the customer's funds for the extended time frameBack order dates are subject to change and can arrive sooner or be pushed back to a later dateThe customer's price will be honored if she chooses to reorder the rug once it returns into stock

they continue to offer a non-responsive answer to the problemTo reiterate, they state they cannot refund for items "not received by our warehouse." This again neglects to address the fact that the items WERE DELIVERED to them, and they refused to accept them without justificationThey then lied about the refusal and stated it never happened, despite having already admitted to it and despite the tracking number confirming the sameIt is not my responsibility to track down packages that Rugs USA refused to accept, without justification, that have now mysteriously gone missing

Unbelievable What a scamTheir information is incorrect, or they are lying The item absolutely was offered for sale at 70% off I entered coupon code *** The 60% off pkept flashing on the screen Even though I closed it, it appears that if you purchase the item after that thing flashes on the screen-- they will take away the discount you thought you were getting and only give you 60%
