Waterloo Rural King responds to the Complaint, NoXXXXXXX, filed September 23, by stating that the customer did not purchase the proper advertised product to receive the additional offerThe advertisement states the SKU of the product that would qualify for the promotionThe customer's
purchase was a different SKU and therefore the incorrect model for the customer to participate in the BOGO promotion

The business called here yesterday two timesOne time I was told the warranty would not cover it however I reminded him that we were told it was coveredI asked about a refund and he said that it was damagedIt is not damaged, it is not working. He said a manager would called me backI did
receive a call in the evening and he asked what we wanted them to doI explained that I just want them to fix it and when the problem was first brought to their attention it was under warrantyIf they are not going to fix then give us our money backThey have had it since 1/15/17, so just give us our money back

Mr*** has been refunded the amount for the cancelled itemsThere should be a credit on his account in the next 48-hours.We consider this matter closed.We apologize for any inconvenience
