My complaint was settled with the business two weeks ago.

I did finally receive the Delta box from Rural King Jan 2nd but still no word from Rural King about anything. I would like an explanation from them on what happened and why their customer service is so poor.

As of 1/26/2018 the customer's account has been refunded for partial shipping. They should see the refund in their account in 48-72 hours. Thank youRural King

which reduced the cost to $9.98. Clearly, it was not the intention of Rural King to sell the tablets at such a price and the customer exploited this error once it was discovered. The customer was contacted and was offered and accepted one (1) tablet at the incorrect and greatly reduced price.
