The customer purchased the chain saw, used it and then determined he no longer wanted itWe had a mechanic look at the saw to determine what the problem was and no defect was notedAt that point Mr*** indicated that there was nothing
wrong with the saw he just no longer wanted it
We explained that we could not refund his money as the saw had been used and we could no longer sell it as newWe explained our return policy for Stihl products, which prohibits us from accepting and selling used products, to Mr*** but he refused to accept this policy and demanded an immediate refund or store credit claiming "someone from management" told him he could return the saw
He was unable to provide us with the name of the person he spoke to, when he spoke to that person or any other information which would allow us to verify the statementAfter an angry outburst, Mr*** left the store only to return later indicating that he had contacted the Revdex.com who advised him they would have our assistant manager fired
No one from management would have told him he could exchange a used saw for store credit or a refund
We are unable to refund Mr***'s purchase price or issue him a store credit under these circumstances

As manager indicated it was bottle price not case price Sign didn't quote as bottle
2nd picture is just down isle and display has bottles out and displayedEven that
sign didn't indicate case or bottle but because top was filled with bottles it was obvious that was bottle priceBut sign was on a full pallet of cases

I have called the customer to inform them of the situation.”
