Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning

I cannot recommend Safe-Dry Concord, NC. Booked a carpet cleaning for a couple days before an important event. I booked it weeks in advance. Just 5 minutes before the schedule appointment time, Safe-Dry called to cancel my appointment because the technician did not show up. He said they had an appointment for the next day so I took it. (The day before our event.) No one showed up or called. I reached out to the 800-number and was told again, no technician. How do you not have a backup plan for situations like this? The people running Safe-dry main office are in Alabama, so cannot not actually help with a local situations. Overall, They really messed me up canceling last minute and not leaving me time to book anyone else. I cannot recommend them, my experience was exceptionally unprofessional and just bad.

We hired Safe Dry because they were a safer carpet cleaning company compared to others on the market [redacted] came to out and was a great representative for the company, he was professional and quick

I would like to commend Safe-Dry and its employee, [redacted] cleaned my carpet prior to Thanksgiving, and before the expiration of the guarantee of it smelling 100% good, he came and took my rugs back with him He cleaned them in his warehouse and delivered them on Christmas Eve His kindness and attitude was absolutely the best and he did a great with the rugs too I will use them again

This is our first time using a dry carpet cleaning company and we are very satisfied with the convenience of the process as well as the end resultWe have always used the steam cleaning process but the carpet always would stay wet for so longI saw Safe-Dry advertising dry in hour and thought we would give it a trySteven our technician was very professional and explained what he would be doing before he got startedAn hour and a half later the carpet in our home not only looked as good as it did when we had it installed years ago, but was almost dry alreadyVery satisfied with the customer service and professionalism from start to finish

We had Safe-Dry come out to our home for carpet and ductwork cleaning and were given a date and appointment time They called before their appointment time to let us know they were on their way We found [redacted] and [redacted] to be very courteous, knowledgeable and professional [redacted] was able to answer all my husband's questions on the methods used to clean the ductwork in our story home We were extremely pleased with the results and manner in which the work was performed and Tommy's follow up visit We would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends

Terrible bait and switch tactics!!! Lied about square footage (like I can't measure and do math)my square foot room total (and that is if the rooms were empty, rooms are 14x16, 10x11, and 11x11) magically turned into square feetI was quoted over the phone at $for square feet and cents for every square foot over that so in total should have been about $100, price went up to $when they arrivedEven at their increasedcents per square foot because my rooms were "so bad" even though there were no major stains and we do not have inside pets, should have only been $Don't waste your time on these folks, they are out to rip you off

Harassed and verbally abused my wife and mother-in-lawTheir buffer tore up my carpet and solution it so sticky and matted it is worthless now

I bought a groupon for Safe-Dry and used them for the first time on Dec The technician who performed the service was [redacted] He arrived on time, explained my options and then took care of three rooms of very dirty carpet It looks great there was a blood stain from a nose bleed of my little grandson on his carpet and [redacted] explained the procedures needed and then went over and above the required service to get it out for us I thought the experience was enhanced by having someone who cared so much about his job I will say that the cost was more than the price of the groupon however the service level was worth it Thanks for the good work [redacted] **
