I had several quotes to clean my tile in kitchen/family room and they were outrageousI received a call from Safe-Dry and was asked if I was interested in an estimateI am so glad I agreed the professional came out gave the quote and said he could do it right now

I bought a groupon for Safe-Dry and used them for the first time on Dec 5 2014. The technician who performed the service was [redacted] He arrived on time, explained my options and then took care of three rooms of very dirty carpet. It looks great. there was a blood stain from a nose bleed of my little grandson on his carpet and [redacted] explained the procedures needed and then went over and above the required service to get it out for us. I thought the experience was enhanced by having someone who cared so much about his job. I will say that the cost was more than the price of the groupon however the service level was worth it.

Safe-dry Carpet Cleaning has very shady business practices. I agree with the customer who said they show up and do a switch and bait on you. They had a special of 3 rooms for $88.00. After I made the appointment on-line, I received an email that did not show the special that I had scheduled; but a note that said "prices vary." I called to confirm that I had scheduled the "special" and the person who answered the phone told me that they did not have a record of my appt, even though I had received a confirmation email. He said that he would schedule me for the 3 room special. I asked him if there would an extra charge for steps and he said yes, $1 or $2 each (which was a strange quote but I said ok. wasn't gonna argue over the difference between $7). When the person showed up to clean the carpet. He measured three rooms and gave me a $361.00 quote (included in the quote was a price for steps of $4.50 per step). Every time I would tell him what I booked and was told; he would ask me, who told you that? He wasn't moving any furniture. He was only cleaning the walk-thru areas. I politely told him no and he was insisting on not leaving so he stay on the clock (he actually said that). He went outside to call his boss 3 times and eventually came back with a price of 141.00 for a smaller space. When he finished, I asked him if he was finished because the carpet was still dirty. Thereafter, he asked me to sign a statement saying that I was satisfied with the work and I refused. He then had the nerves to me if he could take a picture with me on the steps of my house. I said, you've gotta be kidding me; you're trying to get an endorsement after all of this! He then asked me, if I would mind him asking my husband to take the picture. All I can say is I wish I had come to this site before I booked a cleaning with this company. The customer who said they bait and switch you is an understatement. STAY AWAY FROM SAFE-DRY CARPET CLEANING. This is the first time ever in my life that I have written a bad review for any company.

I would highly recommend Safe-Dry to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned. My person, Tayler, was very professional and very timely. He was through to explain everything he was going to do and what the cost would be. I would use them again in the future.
